This spot never lets me down. Order is always spot on. Manager Adrienne or El Heffe of pizza as I say. Drivers are on point. Food is hot and drinks are cold!

Never been disappointed by this Papa Johns and I order probably about once a month (sometimes more). I place my order online and typically get my pizza in about 20-30 minutes. I tip well, so maybe they just like me.

It was thin crust but it didn’t taste like cracker it was just tab bit thicker then a thin crust. It was so good I was so amazed! I was visiting my family now I’m back in NYC and have yet to have papa John’s taste anywhere remotely as good as that!

Amazing! An employee helped me by carrying out my pizza and meeting me in the parking lot. I had my small child with me and it was hard to manage the large boxes. Thank you so much!!

Pizza was the best I've had in a while. However, you guys need to work on the boxes, the texture was horrible and the taste was bland, it need more seasoning, maybe some sauce would help a lot. Please fix this.

My wife and I have been to this location a few times, and the service is always good. We're both big fans of the crust from Papa John's and it's pretty consistently good here. My wife wanted to give it a 3-3.5 stars because she found the cheese to have a slightly off-putting funkiness to it. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but in the interest of transparency, Papa John's was the pizza place I grew up ordering from, so there is likely a bias there. I struggle to find fault with it. The 4 stars is a compromise. 1 star for atmosphere because it looks extremely run down inside the building itself. The whole location could use an overhaul.

Been using this Pappa John’s for over three years now. We started eating Papa John’s Pizza in China. Now we’re eating pizza with our two grand daughters here and enjoy the taste, toppings and crust so much we wouldn’t change if we were tempted to. Friendly folks here.

I have not had any bad experiances with this location. They can be a lil slow at times. So if you want NOW! go pick it up yourself. I order alot of pizza from here. like 80% its here in 20-30 min. 15% around the 45 min mark and occasionally it takes an hour. But its pizza delivery, sometimes business is heavy, and sometimes its slow. I did have one instance where they didn't show up when expected. I called and asked. They told me they had delivered it, but no one was home. They sent me a new order, free no questions.

I ordered on phone. They didnt even know thier specials. I ordered 2 Super Hero XL pizzas, and 2 other items. I paid $35 for my order. I asked them if I can get 2. Extra peperoncinos. They said it cost Extra. I asked how many do you normally get with one pizza they said only 1. I am like really! So its for decorations or garnish? They said If i wanted more I can buy 4 for .75. This is crazy. I remember when Papa Johns first came out you got at least 3 in a 8 slice pizza. When did companys get so stingy or money hungry for .75 cents. Well I wont be buying from this location again. ?? I will just stick to my store at least they compensate you and give you 2 extra. Thats what makes good customer service.

I wasnt feeling well this evening so I ordered pizza for myself and my five year old. The pizza delivery gentleman was OUTSTANDING in his customer service and friendly attitude! However as we set down to eat my son pulled out a hair that didnt not belong to either of us from his mouth and from the pizza. Frusterated I called and spoke to the manager "Jonathan" and he was super nice and quick to send another pizza on the way wich was just fine. Thanks for the great service...its hard to find!

Unfortunately have to update this to a not so good review. If someone puts a certain pickup time that does NOT mean have it ready a half hour before their selected time, as my last few pizzas were cold by the time we could pickup and I've been paying for extra cheese only to be able to see the dough still. Not very happy with the service lately.

Ordered a pizza yet again thinking they will get it right. But No! Once again it is delivered cold. Had to heat in oven before I could eat. I even tip, but the service is so bad, if you call in and talk to the young male manager it’s a don’t order here attitude. Never again will I use this store in Watauga , Texas!!

9.14.2024-8:45 pm I picked up my pizza & 1/3 of it is messed up. Picture added below. But at this point I’m in bed & too lazy to return it. I also ordered a 2L root beer. When I arrived, they had none in the fridge. The sweet lady who helped me went to the back to get me one. It was not cold & she gave me the option of a different cold soda, which I took. I didn’t reduce them to a 1-star because of her. But they were reduced to a 2-star. Sigh…. 8.20.2024-This is 99% about the delivery driver. When I received my pizza, it wasn’t cut. No biggie, but then I realized the driver didn’t leave my drink. I immediately called and spoke with Devonne (I apologize if it’s miss spelled) who was very courteous and understanding. He told me he would send the driver back. I live five minutes away and it took him almost 30 minutes to get it to me. (I called a second time & Devonne said it was just him and the driver today and they were busy, understandable) By the time I received it, the drink was not as cold & it appeared it had been shaken. I buy drinks from this location all of the time and have never had a drink that needed 2-3 minutes to open because of the amount of fizz that bubbled up. I’ve included a picture. Today is horribly hot and I could just be easily annoyed but my adult son who initially met the driver at the door, said he was very nice and the driver told him he “gave us” a bunch of extras for our pizza. I looked at my son and told him, “I ordered the extras and paid for them.” My son busted out a good laugh! A picture of the receipt included. I have been a part-time Dasher for over 5 years, so I know a delivery drivers do’s and don’ts. You already received your tip. No need to lie about something so small in hopes of getting an extra tip. Devonne apologized for the pizza not being pre-cut, thank you. The NY style pizza was good. I still prefer the thin crust over the others, but that is a personal preference and not a quality issue. I will go back to picking up my orders and save me the extra $9 I spent on the delivery fee + tip. It was just too hot to go anywhere today…

We used to love Papa John’s, but in the last year my husband has had 3 bad experiences. Once he had a dead fly in his pizza and two other times there was a hair in his pizza. We will never eat at this location again.

Ordered large Garden thin crust & small tomato alfedo. Received a hand tossed something large & a very small box of rolls stuffed with Jalapeños. Called & for 30 minutes listened to their very annoying recorder which is not professional at ALL!!! I really don't believe they deserve any stars or recognition of a job well done. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE & IN MANAGEMENT.

My family and I decided that we would order pizza to be delivered for dinner, I should have asked around or read reviews for myself before choosing this place! I will NEVER order from this particular store again. The complaints go on and on… For one, we tip cash and NEVER tip on our receipt (especially not until we receive our food). The delivery driver had the audacity to call me to ask if I was tipping (extremely rude if you ask me). I live less than 2 miles away so I don’t know why our food would not be warm at the least, and our pizzas weren’t cut! Huge disappointment, lesson learned!!! Apparently there are several people who have issues with this store and also with this particular delivery driver and yet NOTHING has been done about the complaints. Save yourself some time and your hard earned money and find a different pizza place!!!

When my order came into the system she started making my order WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. Immediately stated recording her to make my pizza without washing her hands nor putting on gloves. This is the 2nd time I've seen this at this location. I told her about my unpleasant visit, took the order but I did not eat it. I contacted corporate for a refund and filed a complaint. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!

Ordered pizza and wings and continuously tried to call to figure out where our order is and no one answered. When called as a new order they answered but refused to allow us to speak to a manager because he or she would put you on perpetual hold. So if you want cold sad pizza and wings this is the place.

10/21/24 8:20 PM When my husband went in to pick up our dinner, he spoke to the girl behind the counter, told her the name it was under, mine, and asked her how her day was going. She proceeded to tell him that it was fine and wasn't in the mood to be hit on. Earbud in her ear and a poor attitude. No wonder this location is under 4 stars.

Never going to this location again. My best friend, her husband and I were talking about ordering Papa John's and their 6 year old son grabbed the phone ran off and called them. Adrian from papa johns answered and was telling our son she's his worst nightmare and she hopes he dies. We called back and asked to speak to a manger and the same person who told their son this claimed to be the manger. Super unprofessional staff and this will be getting passed along to corporate!!

I had a terrible delivery experience, and when I tried to call the store to request a refund, no one answered. I called eight times, and it seems they eventually took the phone off the hook to avoid my calls. I will be calling back in the morning—and every morning if necessary—until I can speak with someone.

I wasn't impressed with the online ordering,or the food tbh. I ordered before I left work Friday. I work approximately 35-40mins away. Hot wings, to large pizzas ($18.89 and 13.99) hot wings and the pocket(I forgot the name)philly cheese / cheese crust.....I made it home in 30....driver called I gave directions and waited for him to to pull up..... 1 large pizza was hot, the other was somewhat warm... but thehot wings and pocket wasn't. For spending over $65 on my order I expected to have some bomb a$$ food. So I place wings in the air fryer and pocket in the oven just to eat dinner....needless to say that's a one and done.✌

Will continue to do business with dominos. My pick up was supposed to take 6-16 minutes (email confirmation). It's now been 25 and my girlfriend is having to sit there and wait at 930 at night. Thank you for being considerate of our time. No one loses but you. Post: I call to complain and Emily the manager hangs up on me after telling me the standard time is 20 minutes so maybe your emails should say that. Plus it's been over 30. You've lost a customer for life. That's my guarantee.

We ordered two large pizzas and found two long strands of hair baked into them. We do not know if there were more hairs due to not eating more of the pizza... the only reason we found two is because two people were eating slices and found the hairs within moments of one another. Papa Johns has always been my favorite however the last 3 times we have ordered from this location the pizza has been nasty. I've eaten PJ pizza at friends' houses in different cities and the pizza was exactly what I remembered, delicious! Not here!!! Crust doesn't rise and it's super dry like they are using old dough. The whole pizza is flavorless and it's like eating sandy cardboard. We tried for the last time tonight. Hubby and I couldn't even finish the slices we started, throwing out a whole pizza. I won't even bother calling the manager cause last time I did that they acted like I was trying to scam them even though I tried to give them back the pizza.

The Manager on day shift that worked 12.17.23 needs to be replaced. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I have been managing restaurants for 22 years. I understand if you have complications and or problems with ordering systems but customers don’t know this and to come at me like you did and tell me if me and everyone else would stop bothering you you could find out what’s going on is the wrong approach. You need to do everyone a favor a go do something out of customer service.

I don't order from yall but your drivers are very disrespectful. I live in The Enclave at Hometown. One of your drivers was delivering pizza to another resident. I asked him NOT to park in my assigned spot and he was very disrespectful. He disregard my request and then talked noise as he was leaving. He was in a Silver Chevy Camaro licenses plate ending in 1758. I pay for my assigned spot and when I asked him to move he should have done so without all the disrespectful lip service.

The food was decent but customer service was so horrible! We ordered and had our food delivered. It was raining when the delivery driver arrived. My 7year old Son told her he was sorry she had to be out in the rain, she replied “how sorry” because we hadn’t tipped her what she wanted. She then hands my son the plastic bag where the 2 litter soda we bought was and proceeded to shake off the water from her hand in my 7 year olds face!!! I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and horrible customer service! I will not ever order from there again because of their horrible service!!!

Ordered brownies and a Pepsi from this location and was given the allotted time of 29-39 minutes to show up. I understand, it’s Saturday, so it’s relatively busy. At the 30 minute mark, I get a text stating that the carrier is on their way. I wait outside, since their business is only a block or two away, to wait. An additional 30 minutes pass, with no sign of the driver, and I call the store to see what the problem was and was informed that their ‘eta was off and that they would be there in another 5-10 minutes’. So after a whole hour of waiting, I finally received my order of cold, stale brownies. Will probably not order from this establishment again, due to miscommunication and rude employees when trying to see what was taking so long.

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced anywhere in a very long time. Phones will not be answer by any employee's at any point. Order never got Updated even once delivered 2 hours later. I had to call corporate to try and cancel the order which turned into 2 hours of phone calls where I finally got ahold of someone from a corporate call center. As I was canceling the order, our two pizzas showed up.. cold.. like it sat for.... you guessed it. A few hours.
