Samuel (FoH) is a straight G and always gets my order spot on. He really knows how to take care of customers. The food is always fresh. This Chipotle gets a "highly recommended!" This location is very consistent, and the food is always good. 👌

I like the food, the prices are reasonable and they have a friendly staff. It's one of the few restaurants I actually go inside for pick up since there is no drive thru service at most locations. I do like the new Chipotle Lane locations for added convenience they are now opening.

Unless you have all day to wait in a restaurant with 20 other people waiting for their order don’t go here. The staff doesn’t communicate with any of the people waiting for their to go and mobile order. And this isn’t a one time experience, literally every time I go there it’s the same deal. Wait 30 minutes for your mobile order, end up not getting your order, Watch all the people who were waiting before you for the order storm out of the place, then storm out of the building yourself because you still didn’t get your order either. This place needs to get it together. Edit: the place now has better service for mobile orders. They got it together.

Island gave me excellent customer service. He really knows how to treat the military member as well. The place was clean and orderly and it looked like it was staff well awesome and 10 out of 10 by the way this chipotle is so much better than the one in Southlake, the one in Southlake sucks chipotle fix your locations, but this one stands on business.

It was nice. I was taken aback by how good the food still was. I hadn't been in so long because in Indiana, there wasn't one close. At the different Chipotle restaurants, the dining rooms always look dingy.

I recently visited the Chipotle on Denton Highway in Watauga, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and prompt service. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which made for a pleasant dining atmosphere. The food, as always, was fresh and delicious. I opted for a burrito bowl with barbacoa, and every ingredient was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The guacamole was especially noteworthy – creamy and packed with fresh avocado goodness. The portion sizes were generous, offering great value for the price. What really stood out to me was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Despite the lunchtime rush, they handled everything smoothly and made sure everyone was taken care of promptly. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, my experience at this Chipotle was outstanding. One of the best Chipotles I've been to. Had to come a few times just to double-check it wasn't a fluke. Staff seemed legit happy to work; their coordination and helpful attitude was incredible; after a big rush they went straight away to restocking, cleaning, checking bathrooms and changing different positions as needed all while with happy faces and talking well. None of this standing around doing nothing on a phone or tying down an employee to a single spot. They were fast and engaging and the manager/superior was helping cook. I've had 2 Chipotles now outright deny a simple request I've gotten for a decade, but they just did it as I would expect. The atmosphere is typical but clean and omigish its actually a little cool, they run their A/C! I've tried the el pastor, regular chicken, and my go-to carnitas; salad bowl, burrito, and bowl, all were pretty good; I've had better though so not sure what's going on there but I'll happily trade a slight dip in taste for the rest. Glad this is now our closest Chipotle.

Staff is amazing! Made sure the burrito tortilla I got was going to hold up and not explode so he discarded one for me so I didn't have an incident. 10 stars for that guy alone. The sweet lady adding toppings was amazing as well. Told me to have a great rest of my day when she handed off my food to the cashier. Little things make all the difference. Cashier was great and told me about the feedback website which I'll be doing next. You guys are great. See ya soon!

The management is great despite the inflow of employees. All the employees are friendly, and measure out correct quantities. I always go before close on Thursdays and have never had an issue. Online orders should be placed an hour before close.

Love this location. They made my food perfectly. The staff was very nice and the location was clean. They also had all the items full, fresh, and hot! Definitely a great Chipotle location to visit if you’re in the area. Remember to use the App for savings.

Since they open this Chipotle location it has been my family's choice. The fixings for your burrito or bowl are always fresh, tasty and they fill these burritos to the point that you wonder how they fold them without bursting the tortilla. Everyone behind the counter have always been very friendly and if you ask to put a little salsa, corn onion mixture or a tiny bit more of chicken or chicken without going to the point they consider "double" meat at which they have to charge you extra. That is how kind they are. I go there quite a bit that they would once in a while give me a free drink. I'm sure if I joined the rewards program, I've probably earned enough points to get a free drink. What is nice is they surprise you when you least expect it. Let's talk about chips and queso! This is the only place with chips fresh, salted with a bit of lime flavor on them and the white chedder queso that is full of flavor. I'm not sure about other Chipotle in our area but the one I frequent is this location on Highway 377. Check it out! Papa Jake

While it was a slow night when we went, I clearly went when they got a mini rush. There was only one customer when I came in and then shortly after, there were a couple of people behind me. What I appreciated was that, while I waited a bit for the person in front of me, not too long after, another employee helped me and then others started popping up to help other customers. What would have taken a very long time without the team with, was quick and efficient. They worked really well together and the food tasted great! I really appreciate how good this team did.

Atmosphere is good, food is fine. But for some reason they put in my bowl waaaay too little. For reference meanwhile others' food in bowl was overfloating from their bowl. Mine was like one spoon with all the additions I asked. So i guess if u r ordering there ask them to not be shy and out some more 🤣

I have been to this particular Chipotle before and always had a great experience. Well this time was surprisingly better than I had remember it. They were very friendly and attentive about everyone's order. I could see and hear both the people in front of me and behind me. I also was treated very well. I truly appreciate everyone who works at this restaurant and hope other restaurants will follow you in this great customer service. This is what going out to eat should be like. Thanks again. Just came to this location for lunch today and while the food was good and the girl who set it up was very nice, the manager was awful. She was screaming at one of her employees in the back loud enough to make the girl at the front apologize for her manager’s behavior. Very unprofessional manager who seems to thrive on drama and making the team feel like less than nothing.

This location has gotten much better in the last few months in food quality and customer service. We ate there tonight & I was very happy with the 2 tacos, chips & queso that I ate. My fiance got a steak bowl & they were a little skimpy on handing out the black beans. Even after asking for more, it was still skimpy. That's the reason for the 4 stars.

I gave this place 3 stars. It’s not because of the food being nasty. But the simple fact that when you order your food online. They barely give you any I ordered 2 burrito bowls. Online and had them delivered there was barely any food in the bowls. This is the second time this has happened when I order online. When I went in to order they gave me more. Not trying to sound like I’m a greedy person. Because I’m not but paying $10 a piece for them and barely getting food is wrong. I’ll just make my own from now on.

Food a bit of a 50/50 thing. It’s always either tasting amazing but the person building the burrito sucks at wrapping it, or the season sucks and everything taste bland and bad but it’s wrapped good. Sometimes it tastes good and the wrap it good it just depends. They need to retrain their cooks and employees because this is getting frustrating after eating here for lunch very often

We love the food at Chipotle. However, whenever we order online at this location, we have to wait for our food when we get there. Every. Single. Time. Meanwhile, there will barely be a line, and we will see customer after customer walk through the door, order their food, and get it long before we finally get our food. It makes me wonder what the point of online ordering is if you can just walk in and get your food way faster.

The food was amazing but... there system was down and they decided to hand write down people credit card numbers instead of suggesting people order through the app. O didn't like that at all. They should've just put a note on the door to warn people before they stood in such a long line. Either way the food was good. I paid in the app and the staff was very polite and the lobby was clean. This would've been a 5 star other than that.

Great location, menu has a solid variety of choices, and the food was delicious. Staff was friendly, speedy, and helpful with choices. Concern - individual behind the serving line was not wearing his mask correctly while cooking food and at times had it completely lowered. Chipotle is a fantastic place, but with the health concerns currently - this employee made the experience questionable. Mgmt can review the video - there were cameras...hopefully they will.

Lines used to be out the door at this place ALL the time. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have recovered from their own issues a while back. There are only lack-luster lines at best evetytome I drive by. Honestly...I just cannot bring myself to go back to this place...I used to love it here and I ate here at least once a week. The portions are huge and they have great prices for what you get. Food was always fresh and delicious. I know they are trying... So to be fair, I am NOT giving them a 1 like I really want to in my heart, and I am giving them 3 stars to give them the benefit of doubt. Trying to be neutral, but give my opinion. I won't go, but you can if you want to...eat at your own risk.

This location is very inconsistent. Food portions vary drastically every time I go in. Most of the time their chips are stale or overcooked. But this time they gave me scraps for chips with burnt chips too!

Came to get a late dinner... it was about 9:20 pm... all the chairs were put up, and you could only sit in a booth or outside. Which is fine... I get there getting ready to close. My son tried going to the restroom, but they were locked / closed.

3 stars because 2 hours before closing... they ran out of guacamole! What even ia that? How? Lol. You can't eat Chipotle without guacamole. I mean we did cause.. they didn't say anything about being out until the bowls were built and we were almost done. But it is really not acceptable.

Sadly, every time I have ordered pickup, without fail, something has been missing from my order. I have a simple bowl I always get with like 2 toppings, but somehow either one or both of them are forgotten. Once the meat itself wasnt added. I've tried using the built in "chat with pepper" thing to fix it, but it always says there's nothing it can do and closes the chat. A little disappointed, as I do like the food, I just wish everything was always there and I could get refunded for things that are missing.

All these stores are about the same. Food tastes great, but it's processed. Also it has received bad reviews and customer complaints regarding its food quality, including issues with inconsistent portions, ingredient freshness (e.g., stale rice or dry meat), and taste. First time here or ever with chipotle. The food was flavorful, however, everything was cold? Im not sure if that is how it is supposed to be served, just not my style. The queso was room temp? half the chips were chewy, and it already was a pretty small bag for a 8$ bowl of queso. I felt rushed to pick what I wanted and just get thru the line. Also,thought it was weird i wasnt allowed to mix soft and crunchy taco option, had to all be the same, haha!local taco truck seems better. Not the workers fault, so dont blame them, just the chipotle style and culture from what I experienced.

Brisket bowl was not worth $13. They are so skimpy on everything here, not much meat but lots of rice and corn salsa which I wanted less of. One time they didn’t even have lettuce or sour cream. They think I’m crazy for not wanting beans, but it’s due to sensitivity issues.

This Chipotle used to be good but last time we went they were out of a lot of stuff, basic stuff like lettuce and sour cream. I also had asked for guac on mine and they completely ignored me. Sometimes you ask for a little of something they put a bunch of and vice versa. One time I also gotten a meal here that was completely salty. Another time gotten a meal here and it was so wet it went through the paper bag and we lost our meal that night. Hit or miss.

I’ve been going to this Chipotle my whole life, as it was one of the first that opened in my area back in the day. When it first opened, the quality was amazing. Fast forward to now, I drive an extra 10 minutes away to a different Chipotle location to avoid going to this one. The quality control is always off. The rice is hard one day, mushy the next. The dressing is great one day, and terrible the next. I’m not really sure what’s going on with this location but I never know what if I will get a great meal or a total garbage truck or a meal. In my opinion, drive the extra distance to guarantee a decent meal.

I’ve seen all the dunking on Chipotle but I still went. While the bowl serving size was fine, this is the tortilla they gave me lol. And then I still had to peel off extra from the tortilla bc it was hard and stale.

Once I got there, I realized my coupon was online only so I sat down and ordered. They were not very busy so it was no big deal. I watched them clear every single in store person and thought oh okay now they will make my order. I saw they had three online orders to make. I watched them play around and laugh and joke and made ONE of the three online orders. Once more people started coming in, they ignored the online orders and both employees started working on in person ones. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally went up and asked when they plan to start making my food. The cashier didn't say anything to me and kept cashing out in person orders. Finally, I saw her run to the back and a manager came up and made my order. They have no sense of urgency and do not care about online orders.

Good food. I mean, its Chipotle. The service was awful. Used the app to order and was told order will be ready to pick up at 8:30pm. I arrived at 8:32. After waiting 20 minutes, a guy took down names of the people waiting. We were told that our orders would be worked on first since we were here. This was about the time that I noticed people who came in and went through the front line to order were getting their food. So you ask, "What's the point of ordering on the app?" Yeah, I dunno either. 10 minutes longer, everyone else on the list received their food. So, to recap. Ordered off the app for speed and convenience. App provided a pickup time. I get it, the time is "estimated". Arrived at the restaurant 2 minutes past the pickup time. No food. Was told by an employee that our order would be "fast tracked". 30 minutes at the pickup time, I received the food we ordered. Oh, and the order was wrong. One was beef, instead of chicken.

I've given this store multiple chances. I am over it at this point. The last time I complained, I waited 25 minutes past my pickup time for an online order I placed. Only to get home and have 3 of my 5 orders wrong. That's a lot to spend on a family dinner to have the majority messed up. I emailed them and they sent me something silly like a free chips and salsa...like that is close to their mistake. As I had gotten over that issue, I order again. We go to pick up, one order can't be completed and they have NO chips to fulfill the multiple bags I've ordered. They cannot refund in store, I have to call a separate number. I'm frustrated because I already know how their customer service works...very poorly. I think I will choose Qdoba from here on out. ...

Find somewhere else. Not worth wait or quality: Least efficient Chipotle I've ever been too. Every time I order takeout, it's at least 20 to 30 minutes later than when supposed to be ready and staff does not communicate with waiting customers for pickup. I've learned my lesson after 3 times and won't be back to this location. Poor efficiency and poor communication is usually attributed to poor management. Update: got good at 7:37pm so slightly before my 20 min est. And there were no apologies... No "drink on us for your wait"... Nothing. Update #2: our food is cold. If we're waiting for food to be prepared, you think it would be hot if having to wait for it so long to be prepared. Very frustrating.

Refrigerator cold food! My order was suppose to be picked up at 12:40 I walked in at 12::40 on the dot it was not on the rack I asked an associate for my food she went in the back to get it brought it out I drove 1.5 miles home and the food was like I had just taken it out of my refrigerator from the day before and not all of my order was even there.

I really wish I could give a negative star here. We came in for dinner at 615. They're out of chicken, white rice, lettuce, tea, coke and lids for the cups. I asked how long the chicken would take, I was told 5-10 minutes. After waiting 10 of those minutes and watched 3 employees just standing around, I noticed a manager and asked if someone could please cut the chicken. She acted like I interrupted her standing around and had someone start on it. We then asked how long the white rice would take. They said 40 minutes. I'm sorry, why wasn't the rice started 40 minutes ago. It's dinner time people. I'll be taking my business to the rufe snow location from now on.

Customer service lacks. As I walked in no one greeted me or stopped to take my order just stayed on their tasks of restocking bowls and cashier waiting to ring in an order although they both looked at me and new I was standing at the counter waiting to order. Asked for a salad to go, all they had was spinach. Servings were very light today like no other time I’ve been here and no forks, just spoons available.

Overpriced and under delivered, every time. An order of 3 tacos now have a limited # of toppings, despite the fact that it is the same cost as a burrito or bowl (both still unlimited). Tacos are already a smaller portion. You are already paying a premium, and now Chipotle just says 'eff you' pay it again, especially since at this location you'd better order extra lettuce if you want absolutely any at all. I understand they had to fix the 1 taco hack but don't punish people paying full price too. To go orders are often teeny tiny, and even more often sloppily made. I love getting 0 meat in 1/3 tacos, said no one ever.

This store at night time is ridiculous. Me and my family came in around 5:30,5:45 and was greeted by a nice lady but she was trying so hard to hear our order but couldn’t since I’m guessing the people in the back were yelling! Very explicit words. It was extremely inappropriate. This isn’t the only time either. It was insane language that should never be heard by kids. Forever lost our business. I will be contacting management. Dirty looking, loud rude people! Do not go here!!!!

Firstly let me start by saying I am not someone who often write reviews but I feel as though this is needed. I went to this Chipotle today March 9th a 8:15pm the restaurant wasn’t very busy but the stars was moving extremely slow. The guy who made my bowl literally gave me 7 pieces of steak. I asked the guy could he give me a normal portion of meat he then proceeds to scoop me 3 pieces of steak & then he says “if you want more you’d have to pay for double meat” which was extremely absurd being that he literally gave me a very small portion of meat to begin with. Chipotle is literally my favorite restaurant and I know how much meat I was supposed to get. This was my first and last time visiting the restaurant. The manager had a head scarf on threatening to write up an employee because he accidentally rolled a burrito incorrectly. This was super unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend. My food was cold as well

Poor management and rude staff. Don’t ever place an online pick up order at this location because you will be deprioritized. My pick up was for 6:10, I finally left with my food at 7 and that was only because I stood in the line!! After watching the line filter through while I was still waiting on my food, crazy! They shouldn’t take online orders if they are understaffed and don’t plan to fulfill them when they say they will. So many disappointed customers in there tonight! I will never return to this location again.

No need to explain a lot here. Most other low star reviews express the same concerns I have. Bad service, skimming on portions, etc. My concern today was being rushed through even with no line in front or behind. Two out of the three burritos we ordered were incorrect. This used to be a good Chipotle, but has gone downhill in the past few months and I will definitely be driving the extra few miles to get a burrito next time. However my dog did enjoy the remains of my messed up burrito.

Worst service ever. BEWARE… ordered 2 -3 tacos total came up to 30.10$ and only received 2 tacos. Craziness. 2 tacos for over 30$. They can’t read in that store. It happened twice. Delivery orders. I’ll make sure I will never order from them again. They are horrible. Wish I could give them a zero. UPDATE… complete sham the response from the owner you won’t be able to contact anyone. Wow, usually a constant experience. Under cooked and under seasoned rice, out of green salsa, out of guacamole, bowl was barely filled beyond the edge of the cardboard, more lettuce to cover the disappointment hidden beneath.... The portion sizes at this Chipotle are terribly inconsistent. I've eaten here before and felt like I received a good amount of food. Tonight I ordered a beef fajita bowl with multiple toppings (lettuce, cheese, corn, sour cream) and the standard rice & beans, and the contents don't even reach the top of the cardboard bowl. I could put flat tin foil across the bowl and it wouldn't touch the food. Go to literally any other Chipotle if you want their food, avoid this place.

The "acting" manager's reason for not communicating why my order was wrong was because they were too busy........ at dinner time at a restaurant..... and there was nothing she could have done in the moment. Insane reasoning lol.

I should've known when I saw the empty parking lot during dinner time that this would be a terrible experience. First off, the wait was silly, considering it was dinner time, and the restaurant was basically empty. The stations were dirty, with salsa starting crust to the containers. The worst part was the service. Not only did the staff move so slow that it was evident they did not want to be there, but even when customers tried to be pleasant, the staff continued to act rude. I don't think I've ever had such a terrible experience at a Chipotle before.

Placed an online order for a burrito and two bowls and arrived home only to find that all portion sizes were barely adequate for a toddler. I will for sure never be back to this location and quite honestly, this is becoming an issue at most locations.

Recently went there to get dinner for me and my wife. I paid with a $50 dollar bill and received change of around 26 dollars. I went back 1 minute later because I forgot to grab a bag of chips. When I went to pay the cashier said she could not accept the 5 dollars I handed her, which she had literally given me no less than 1 minute before hand. When I asked her what the problem with the 5 dollars was, she said that it seemed counter fitted. I feel like I was justified to then ask why she would give me a supposedly counter fitted bill when I first got my change. She started backtracking and said “I’m not saying it’s counter fitted”. I said ”Well then why won’t you accept it as payment? You gave me the bill as change to start with” I’m not an expert in counter fitted bills but now I feel like I could have received fake change from the get go. So what makes me upset is that they can check for cash payment to make sure it’s real but not the patrons change??? Should I report to police as suspected wrong doing ??? I never leave bad reviews but when this happens to you and the manager acts like I’m the one doing something wrong it really makes you feel taken advantage of!

This store is infamous for always order wrong. I ordered a burrito bowl, quesadilla, kids plates chips and queso. On the outside of the bag was my name but the inside was and order for Hillary. Not that hard. Also, sorry to Hillary that you didnt get your food.

Chipotle has gone so downhill it’s insane, $25 burrito bowl and they forgot my tortilla on the side and added chili corn salsa which I hate. They always make mistakes every single time I order without fail. If you actually wanna get what you ordered don’t go here. If I’m paying over $20 for a single meal I expect it to be right AT LEAST SOMETIMES.

When the girl was talking to me her voice was low and I asked if she could speak up she seemed upset but I have a hearing impairment. I always go into chipotle and order the same kids meal for my son and today I was charged for the sides/toppings. Yes CHARGED and the guy told me it’s depends on the General Manager on duty if we charge for them or not.Very Rude and unprofessional service and had an attitude because I asked when did this start. Also, google says the toppings are free but @ this location the GM picks and choose when to charge and not charge… Thats my last time going into this location.

Horrible customer service. Went to pickup an order and had to wait about 20min cause they couldn’t find my order, until they found it next to the cashier. Got home and was missing items so I went back, figure I’d speak to the manager on the shift but SHE was no help at all. She wasn't professional whatsoever, did not want to hear out the issue and cut me off while I was talking. Chipotle needs to do better job at hiring their “managers”.

We ordered quite a bit and they stuffed it all in one bag. Two burritos were not covered all the way. We got one bowl and it was completely the wrong order and was leaking. There was stuff on the other burritos. Edit: Place still sucks but Jonathan is fantastic at cooking!! Love going when he works!

I am pretty much to the point of never eating here again. It's like 1/10 times you will order and your food turns out correct and decent quality. Chipotle basically does nothing to help when issues arise. I had many many many recent meals with issues and all they did was give me one free entree after having to throw away two meals because the rice is undercooked (this has happened multiple times here) I can't even say I blame the workers at this point because the last time I went inside this location it reeked of mildew and when I looked at the vents there was what appeared to be mold growth in the ceiling around the vents. Maybe they should just condemn the building at this point and call it a day. Very sad because when they get it right Chipotle can be very good but it's just gone so downhill with the corporation.

Consistently slow service and employees with poor attitudes. The takeout process is horrible. Took 25 minutes to make one kids meal. They refused to let me switch it to regular order so I watched their front employees sit there doing nothing while they said takeout orders can only be made in the back. Stupid. Ordered a steak bowl.. the brown rice was so old and hard I couldn’t even chew it, felt like it was going to break my teeth. The steak was all chewy fat that I couldn’t eat.. and my whole bowl felt like it came straight out of the refrigerator. Worst chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. Never again 👎

Went to this location, when asking for a decently large amount of rice (but still not an amount that'd be absurd or even unusual), I was told that they were out and couldn't give me that much. I'm used to this, so I said I could wait, but I was then told it'd be AN HOUR WAIT for a new batch of rice because they were behind. This is unlike any other Chipotle i've been to, I've never had to wait for even close to that long for a fresh batch, and I don't even know how you can get that behind on what is essentially your most important ingredient. Just ridiculous.

Everytime I go to this location, I question why. The girl making our order was extremely high and couldn’t follow instructions she literally repeated to me. Completely got my order wrong and there’s about 3 pieces of meat, barley and rice or beans and an excessive amount of pico. If you’re gonna pay $15 a bowl, it should be made correctly with the proper portions. My 5 year old wouldn’t even get full of this.

Went to Chipotle for the first time in a long time and such a disappointment. When did they start giving you less but charging you more? I did an online order, picked it up got home and my order was wrong. I ordered a burrito and burrito bowl. They gave me two bowls. Can't get a person on the person, everything is all ridiculously automated and they expect you to resolve yoir issue through email. No not for this issue. 🙄 Went back to Chipotle, the girl that made my order asked what was wrong and gave me a look like I was the problem. 😒 She redid my entire order. Got home and the bowl was sad, less than a handful of lettuce and 6 pieces of steak. I definitely will not be going back to this location.

I have been to Chipotle multiple times, especially a couple years ago. However the food has gotten unbelievably worse, not to mention the way the pricing is through Uber Eats is ridiculous. Forces you select the "Extra portion" if you want steak, which is a $7 up-charge, and even then you don't receive an extra portioning of steak! It's pretty much the same as a regular serving. Ontop of that all I got for cheese was a measly half pinch, and the rice might as well had been a thin sheet on the bottom. I remember opening the top of the burrito bowl and having to not drop things while I mixed it around. Whats possibly worse is the lack of carefulness when preparing the food- Sure a single bean being in the bowl isn't a big deal nor is a huge chunk of onion that was not cut right, but the fact I found a top of an avocado is good enough reason to be quitting getting Chipotle entirely in my future and possibly including all guacamole too. Anyone could have easily choked on that piece, and the worse part is it was completely hidden due to the guacamole. I strongly would recommend just making your own bowl at home where you know you wont choke on an avocado part or, in my case, spend $31 (not including tip) just to get 75% of the food you paid for, and a health hazard on top of that.

I ordered a crunchy taco as I always do and when I arrived home from the 5 minute drive I opted it to find it very poorly wrapped in foil and completely soggy. It was inedible. I tried to call and received automation and frustration. This was garbage and I cannot believe they even thought this was good enough. Customer support is no help, they offer free food for another visit as a fix. I do not want to go back for the free food. It will be messed up too.

Well.. this location is terrible !! The service it’s always bad and this time I get a whole avocado in my bowl… they think that maybe I need to make my own guacamole! I just so disappointed. The employes are always so rude and mean sorry I will never get back

Workers do not make you feel welcome . Nobody looks happy here and they only do half portions then want to charge you double. All the other locations fill up the sauce all the way while again they only do half portions. I also asked for lettuce and the woman just sprinkled some on top. Won’t be returning to this location.

Look, you are there to basically throw together easy bowls,burritos,etc. Shouldn't be rocket science right? But for this particular location it is. Portions are small,not well put together, and not the freshest by any means. Save your money, don't spend it here. You'd have better luck at Taco Bell! If you are gonna choose food prep as a job,rock it with more enthusiasm and pride than 5 year old at a doctor's appointment.
