I hope they fix there orange/carrot machine. Every time I go in here it’s broken? Or do they just say that so they don’t have to make it but I love Jamba Juice regardless just that’s super inconvenient. Please figure out how to keep this machine up and running.

Everyone was great. Service great but I'm disappointed that I can't use more than 1 bogo reward unless I wait an hour between. I bought gift cards for buy 1 get 1 free. I used to be able to use them as long as I did 2 separate purchases, now i have to wait an hour to use it twice. If I paid for my card I should be able to use it as many times as I want.

Even though they just opened within the last week, there is some serious opportunity for training. I hope the owner reads this and works on correcting these issues. Wait time is extra long. Most Jamba Juices' welcome guests in. Employees aren't aware of promos/bogo cards and dont know how to ring them up. It took one employee 3 minutes of looking before he/she asked where the bowls were located. Side doors were locked, even though they state "must remain unlocked during business hours." All the other Jamba Juices' I've been to, run like a well oiled machine and the employees hustle. Not the case at this location. With such limited parking it would be nice if the employee's parked elsewhere. The drinks were made correctly and taste awesome. 2 stars for that.

They don’t listen to order very well. Be careful if you have food allergies or special requests like no granola… they can’t handle it.

I give 2 stars for the girls who showed up to work and I blame management and ownership for not receiving all 5 stars. The 3 times I've been in there I've gotten a bad attitude from the girl at the register, none of them look happy, and i highly doubt they enjoy their job. This time I asked for a ginger shot and was first told "we need to check if we have ginger first" then was told "we have ginger but none of us here know how to make it." MANAGEMENT!! You have unhappy, and untrained workers who are clearly unsupervised and from what I see overworked due to understaffing. You are killing your potential. TOO MANY Un's! I can't imagine what is going on where the customers can't see. Probably a whole lot of other Un's

Weird vibes at Jamba Juice this morning. I mobile ordered an açaí bowl first thing because I was craving it. I walk in, let the woman (who seemed to be in charge) know I’m there for a pickup, and instead of just handing over my food — which was literally sitting right in front of her — she immediately starts scolding her coworkers right in front of me for not attaching a receipt to the order. It was super awkward and honestly made me feel bad for the team. I get that there are expectations and maybe things weren’t being done correctly, and sure, it’s normal to be frustrated. But doing all that in front of a customer just felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Like… I’m just here to grab my smoothie bowl, not be used as the example of what they did wrong. It was frustrating, and honestly kind of embarrassing — standing there while she aired everything out like that, with me stuck in the middle of her weird little power trip. Probably won’t mobile here again with the way they are treating their workers lol.

Paid $9 for an Acai Bowl that came in a large cup, asked why & recieved an open ended, "oh uh, I can put it in a bowl." Definitely left me with less toppings and doesnt add up to 16oz. definitely not a "dope bowl". Get it together! Oh and just realized they forgot the shredded coconut topping.😠😠😠

Paid $9 for an Acai Bowl that came in a large cup, asked why & recieved an open ended, "oh uh, I can put it in a bowl." Definitely left me with less toppings and doesnt add up to 16oz. definitely not a "dope bowl". Get it together! Oh and just realized they forgot the shredded coconut topping.😠😠😠

This location needs new management. They don't accept the mobile app. Their self-service kiosk would not even scan the code for the mobile app for points. I needed to reorder at a different register. Then I'm told they don't have the pretzel dogs or the pepperoni pretzels and they're only by special order. When I do get my smoothies they don't include the plain pretzels that I order. Then I have to go over to the other counter to pick up the pretzels and they're inedible. They're dried up and disgusting. This was a total waste of time and waste of money and I received poor service from three different attendants.

Not a single one had a drink or a dish. One person was making drinks and the rest forgot to come to work. This is not how to operate a service business. After about 10 minutes. Without even eye contact from an employee. I rolled out.
