Tried this place a few months ago for the first time and it was great. I tried the spicy chicken strips and a burger they were good. The straps were way better than most of these other restaurants as you are paying for just crispy batter on top of a little piece of chicken. Culver's strips are all chicken and light. I would definitely recommend to give this a try so you can experience it. They have a big selection on the menu.

This is a great location. Order is always correct, fresh, and taste great. Also like that they have fried shrimp on the menu in addition to the standard chicken and burger options found at fast food restaurants. Culver's is the not so fast - fast food restaurant. They take time to cook your order after it's placed to ensure it comes out fresh. It's worth the wait.

I can't remember the last time I've had a grilled reuben, let alone one that I was ready to lick the plate from. The food was delicious. The portion sizes were large, and the prices were affordable. The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing but friendly smiles and quality service to match the personalities. This was, by far, one of my favorite dining experiences in a while. Even though it's an hour away from my home, I will go out of my way to return! If you haven't been yet, you need to!

WHAT AN AMAZING BURGER JOINT!!!! I know there's different items on the menu but their burgers are incredibly delicious!!!! I thought that Whataburger and Steak and Shake burgers were delicious but I was wrong. Culvers in Atascasita has the best burgers ever and the best service and very professional and kind employees like Eric. This young man was very kind very helpful and you can clearly see that he loves his job and loves to put smiles on customers. This location offers curbside and they do a very good job at it. They take every safety precaution necessary and wear proper PPE. I must say the burgers here are very tasteful... full of seasoning!!! The patties are big and juicy and the lettuce tomato onions and pickles are so fresh and those crinkle fries...OMG!!!!!!!! This was our first time here and I assure you this will not be the last time we come here. It is worth the 22 miles and I recommend this location to everyone in Houston and in any city country or county in Texas. I promise Culvers wont disappoint you 1 bit! Thank you to all employees for your hard work and for making my first experience here at Culvers the best and for cooking up the best burgers!!

Tried Culver’s for the first time and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Culver’s Deluxe with bacon — the burger was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly salted, just how I like them. For dessert, I went with the frozen custard featuring strawberry and Dove chocolate — smooth, rich, and the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Great first impression overall. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

I have been coming here since well past i can remember. Always been my favorite place to eat. Love the cheese curds and burgers. Today it was exceptionally great. Lane helped my and my friends out with picking up out trash, providing napkins and bringing all of our food.

Culver's is one of the better fast food restaurants out there. The food is normally good. Maybe 1 or of 15 times they'll be something off, but never anything unforgivable. Same with the service. Seldom do I go inside, but if memory serves, the place was always clean and welcoming.

My family loves Culver’s. Along with my grandkids, I usefully get the kids meal because, I am not a big eater and it comes with a drink and frozen custard with one topping. The frozen custard is awesome! The hamburger’s are really tasty and we prefer them over any other place in Humble. There crinkle cut fries are delicious. I had the chicken strips last visit and they were really good. I would recommend Culver’s to any family who loves to eat good food.

This place has great burgers. They are very consistent! The employees are kind and you get your order quickly! I am not sure how efficient the outside order taking for this establishment is (I've had a few errors when they take orders on the ipad) but I still love this place!

As an East Coaster. Culvers had been on my list for a while. Seeing that they are in Houston, it was a must that I indulge. The excellent customer service and recommendations went a long way. The burger was cooked right, and the cheese curds were bright and flavorful.

I had culvers on a road trip earlier this year and it was one of the best fast food experiences I've ever had, I'll never forget it. I had the same level of great service, food, and nostalgia again when I stopped by this Houston location. Tip: If you're into "shamrock shakes" order a mint chocolate concrete mixer sans the chocolate, and it'll be top tier!

The burger is like a smash burger and simply delicious and fresh. The fries are crispy and have flavor which is rare for crinkle cut fries. Came here for the special item, CurderBurgers. They were very good and so were fries and onion rings. Had concrete mixers as dessert; mini pumpkin and medium snickers. I got medium thinking it was like a milk shake but it was a big amount of frozen custard so mini or small would've been enough after the meal. Loved the food, the atmosphere and the music that was playing, and also the good service. We love Wisconsin dairy and we are fans of Culver's.

I wish there were culver’s everywhere, it’s like if chick-fil-a sold hamburgers, for fast food standards this place is top notch, I’ve coming here ever since I was little. 9/15: We tried this spot out of curiosity and to be honest it was slighty challenging to see how to order since everything is sold seperately and not in combo. The food was pretty good but feel the burger I got could have some more taste to it but you have the option to built your burger here. The price is slighty high I feel for being a fast food. Employee are very great at attending. Our order was messed up but they fixed it and apologized. This is a good spot if you want to try some burgers. Its okay compare to other fast food burgers. Stopped by for some Sunday night family ice cream. Very courteous and helpful staff and the ice cream treats hit the spot.

The food is normally good and we enjoy eating here but the last 3 times we’ve eaten here our custard has been soup. It is completely melted and I’ve asked them to remake it and it always comes out worse. No matter the toppings or if we just get plain custard, it has been completely melted. We threw out our $28 order today because it was so melted we couldn’t enjoy it.

We made an order online and parked and tapped "im here" on my email and mobile app. We proceeded to wait curbside for about 20 minutes before I decided to go in and check on my order. Our shakes were sitting in the bottom of the freezer forgotten about. They were really good and ill be coming back but probably not using curbside 🙂‍↔️

I came in yesterday, Saturday afternoon with my family. The young lady who took our order was very kind, and the food itself was good. However, when we received our custard order, it was half melted and incorrect. We decided not to make a fuss, but what truly disturbed us was the employee who handed it to us. The tall male staff member appeared to be under the influence of something, he seemed barely functional because his eyes were barely open and red. It was extremely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable, especially with my children present. Although I didn’t fully catch a glimpse of his name, I’m positive it started with the letter “C”. I find it completely unacceptable to see someone in that condition working with customers face to face. Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be returning as often as I used to. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of standards in a place we once enjoyed visiting regularly.

Normally I have no issues with Culver’s but please double check your orders and do not feel bad about asking them to remake something. The man looked at me when i said i thought they may have gotten my mixer wrong and told me “it looked that way because of the toppings… yeah its just the toppings… but if you want we can remake it for you”. I ordered vanilla and they clearly gave me chocolate and tried to tell me it was my mix ins. He did quickly apologize as I was leaving but I’m just amazed he really tried to tell me to my face that chocolate was vanilla.

Before yesterday, I rated this place 5 stars all the way around. I dined in and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. When the food arrived to my table fries were hot and fresh. I bit into my sandwich and the chicken was almost ICE cold. How do I get a hot bun but cold meat? I asked for a remake and now Togo and waited patiently. My food went back and forth from expo to kitchen before it sat in a bag for about 5-10 minutes. A young cashier came up and asked if I ordered. I pointed to my food and she kept questioning if it was mine. She handed it to me and had a grip on it like I was lying or something. Not one smile and rude. I get to my car and bite into my soggy sandwich. Guess this pregnancy craving has to hit the door. I don’t think I ever want to come here again.

Wait in line to order drive thru. Then be ask to pull up and wait for order. Then they brought out three orders for people in front of me not in the order ordered. Then ask to move up again only to watch the people behind me get there orders first. If maybe they would let the guy who is walking back and forth in and out of the store stay in and prepare orders we could get our food in the drive thru line. Ridiculous Now even the quality of food suffers. Soggy fries drinks are watered down from wait so long.

I've been visiting this Culvers for years. Today I ordered door dash and my order was missing a burger. I contacted the store and talked to the Manager named Ora. She stated there was nothing she could do about it and hung up on me. I called back and she continued to hang up on me. This is not how you treat a long time customer and they have just lost my business. Door dash is not responsible for making sure my order is complete before they pick it up to deliver it, as the bag should be sealed. I hope the owner Barry Nevermann does something about this rude manager.

The burger tasted old and didn’t feel fresh. The bun was dry and the cheese looked like it had been sitting for a while. When my husband went inside to ask for the receipt, we were expecting a solution, not to be yelled at. The manager raised her voice and said their food is small and that’s just how they do it. We love Culver’s and eat there often, but this was our first time at this location, and the manager’s attitude was not right at all. It really ruined the experience.

so i went to this culver’s location and i get to the drive thru and it’s as if the cashier, lakayla, was in a rush because i could barely get a word out without her interrupting asking if i wanted anything else … then when you get to the drive through you pay at the window and have to pull to the side, there was already about 6 cars waiting ….. since i couldn’t get a word out trying to order at the speaker i went inside after receiving my food to get a mixer and it just so happened she is also the one who made it now out of all of the times i’ve came to any culver’s locations i’ve never had them do this with a concrete MIXER, instead of actually mixing my mix-ins she just added them on top.. and the entire interaction was distasteful she needs to work on her attitude or maybe this store needs real adults working not teens just looking for a quick buck.

On Saturday June 8, 2024 at 4:12pm, I went to Culver's on Atascocita Road for the first time after a job fair. I was recommended to order a Butterburger with cheese from the worker, it came with fries and I ordered a concrete mixer (confused by the name, I thought I'd give it a try as it was my first time having this as well). The meal came out at 4:15pm, that's 3 minutes after placing an order. (See receipt picture and time stamp on photo). How is that considered freshly made? The burger was relatively small compared to the name of a deluxe. I thought to myself, ain't no way this meal is $10.79?! How when everything is so small: small burger and small fries. Culver's regular fries come as small as they can get it. Such a ripoff. It didn't taste spectacular and couldn't taste the difference. The cheese was just placed on the meat it wasn't even melted. If I wanted that I could've made a burger at home for a lot less. The concrete mixer, did not keep its "concrete" shape, as it kept melting as I consumed it. I've never had a custard before and kept wondering if the concrete mixer was a custard? It looked nothing like the picture. Although for $3, and the size of it. That was a deal. I just wish I wasn't robbed with the food. When I arrived home, 1 hour after arriving I felt awfully sick. I had an unexpected headache beaming from the top of my forehead and felt very nauseous, with a sharp stomach pain. So, I went to drink plenty of water and lie down. Upon laying down, my forehead began to sweat and I clutched my stomach with my hands, the abdominal pains were turning into cramps as if something was punching my stomach. Ouch! It was so severe, that I immediately got up and ran to the bathroom to sit down on the porcelain throne. I was in immediate pain and my stomach ached so bad. I knew this wasn't going to be good, as each movement was unbearable, and a stream of diarrhea flowed out of the back end. This is my first and my last time, I will not be eating Culver's ever again! Huge disappointment.
