Burger King

I'm sorry BUT it would be nice to actually get a burger, chicken sandwich that actually looks like the picture of the order board. They are flat, wilted lettuce and if LUCKY you may get a small piece of tomato. I usually get the end piece with the brown vine area in the middle or a piece of non ripped tomato. The drinks are small (frozen drinks and the milk shakes ) plus they charge you for a small milkshake as if it was large from their competitor. I have came to the conclusion that I WILL GET MY FAMILY'S FAST FOOD FROM ANOTHER PLACE.

I got the dragon whopper and firey mozzarella with ranch and the lemonade it was amazing going back

I love the night crew!!!! My fav is the honey mustard wrap & i don’t mind the tiny wait for it at all. & I hope it doesn’t give the employees anxiety!!!! I ordered the Big Fish combo and he was courteous enough to ask me if I didn't mind waiting because it was going to cook for about 4 minutes. Our food was nice and warm when we received it. The fries were warm and crunchy. The milkshake and hershey's sundae pie were delicious. We are definitely coming back.

This location personally has been my all time favorite place because of the food and the people it’s highly recommended trust me

2 mini Whoppers and 2 fries for 3.99 with coupon, cant beat this price. The fries have the perfect texture and always salted adequately.

Friendly staff and for the most part accurate with the order and stays open later than most places these days. Food is hot.

Best chicken nuggets, no fatty globs in them. Their recent pancake sale got me to try some sensational pancakes! The staff are always super nice to me. There has been minimal mistakes when going through the drive thru, but the menu is too far away from the microphone, so it is really hard to read.

Fast and friendly for the most part, but sometimes the day shift can be a little loud and unprofessional. The restaurant was clean enough but not to its best. I will continue to go there because the food was still good and the restaurant is easily accessible.

Wasn't the cleanest Burgar King. Service was slow. They forgot another person's order while I was there. Lots of room for improvement.

Food is ok. Fast food. But ALWAYS check your order. 4X my son had to go back because of wrong order or order not complete. Also they are unaware that ketchup is made from tomatoes.

Food was hot and made to order. (drive thru) The lady was weird acting though, two separate dispositions toward my husband and I. Parked in the parking lot, it was clean, fed the little birds.

Food was ok when through the drive through, had to get off to re order my food about three times after getting off. They kept putting onions after I told them I was allergic. They need to wake up.

I could not explain how many times they mistaken my order. Not to mention some of the ladies are often rude, the wait time is kinda long.

I've been coming to this Burger King since it opened. It's the same as most others. The inside is a bit shabby, and needs a make over. Service is usually friendly, sometimes slow. Food is okay.

The food is good in Atwater, however they need to pick up the pace. The drive-thru takes way too long. I went inside to order. They forgot one of my Whoppers and as I was waiting on mine a customer from the drive-thru didn't get something from his order. So paying attention to orders is important too.

Slow drive thru line, food takes a good while to receive, but at least it's hot. Customer Service can be better. They don't let you know if your food is going to take long, just left me there with my window all the way down in triple digit temperatures. Overall good visit 🙂

Dining area had a lot of Flies and they were biting us and landed on tables next to us when we were trying to eat

When I walked up to the counter there were 3 workers. 2 females and 1 male. I said hello and both females ignored me (poor customer service... Acknowledge your customers) the male was very polite. Never had to leave a bad comment before but those ladies made me feel like we were an inconvenience to them. Luckily they don't depend on tips because those 2 would be broke!

Burgers never disappoint. I always enjoy a good burger here, but unfortunately customer service sucks big time!! It’s like the new generation didn’t get taught manners! Going in the restaurant, they see you and completely ignore you until they feel like it. Not even a, “ we’ll be with you shortly” or something. They take forever to prepare your order so people rather do drive thru for the same reason, and they even take long through the drive thru! I would give it one star, but they are still teaching them how to do the burgers right no matter what!

I only went because my mom wanted to take me there for lunch They have a special two Whopper meals for $5.99. It was okay, I prefer in and out burger or the habit but for free it was the right price lol. They do have the new Coke machine that mixes all of your favorite flavors together so that's kind of good

Well, it's Burger King. The food was so so. Had the Whopper with fries (I had a coupon). It was edible. The service was lacking. Could be they were short staffed, but the customers (indoors anyway) seemed like more of an afterthought. The interior was nice and clean except for the flies. Flies everywhere. Almost like they had their own private plague if flies. I'm sure I'll be back, someday.

Stopped by to get some coffee in the TA truck stop store, and had a burger king included with it. I decided to grab a breakfast croissant. Bad idea as i was watching the lady pull it out the microwave, and it was still cold in middle. Its cost me $5, and i would sabe money buying one of TA pre-made sandwiches if they had any.

This place is really slow and the contraption they have outside the 2nd window is going to damage someone's car. Either by the employee who jerks it when you pass or by how far out it is with no way to avoid it.

They forgot my tots and by the time we got our food, school was basically ready to start. Two stars because in the end, they have a nifty soda machine. 👌

This is the worst place for service. The wait time is horrible. The food is good but the service is ridiculously slow. By the time we got our food is was hot and our drinks were watery..

The fries tasted old when we went and I wish they'd get rid of the soda dispenser and go back to the old one. All the drinks taste awful. I gave it two stars because customer service is good.

I ordered value fries and two cheeseburgers with extra onions and no pickles. I came home the fries were fine I had one burger with two pickles on it and no onions and the other Burger had no pickles or no onions so they totally gave me no onions on either one when I asked for both I asked for no pickles and they gave me pickles the orders always are wrong there that's why I hate going there but I like the food just sometimes I do but the service is bad the orders are always wrong!

Apparently the 10 nuggets deal for $1.50 was the only good deal they've ever had. They're seriously under-staffed, the fried chicken is horribly battered, and the chicken sandwich is more batter than meat. Basically paying for a bunch of bread with a little bit of mayo and lettuce. The only positive part of this experience was the effort I saw the manager putting out toward customer service. Burger King needs to relieve her by providing the funds for more employees. That way it isn't one person doing EVERYTHING other than cooking.

Order a specialty whopper and barely got any sauce

Asked for a whopper with Heavy Onion and add bacon got zero onion and zero bacon. They added cheese and ketchup and tomato. ???? How The restaurant wasn't even busy? Only one vehicle ahead of me?

No drinks? Really? Only water and lemonade? Would be nice if you told customers that before they pay for a meal, get handed a empty cup then get told "oh there is only water in that machine but we do have some lemonade behind the counter" .. I wouldn't of paid for meals if I knew that to begin with.

They were out french fries. And had about 30% of a selection of soda. Plus they messed up on the order before us, she told them no onions cause someone was allergic to them. and it was even on her receipt when she got her order she checked an she flipped out because they put onions.

Cashier could not do simple math and tried to overcharge me $10 then after waiting 20 minutes for my order after asking them to separate the meals. I still had to ask for bags to separate the meals. Not to mention when I got home none of the burgers had lettuce on them.

This morning I was the only customer at the time of my purchase and not only did they give me the wrong order but I was given a small coffee instead of a large and when I questioned the mistake I was given my large coffee with an attitude and got half way to work before I realized the coffee was lukewarm. Heated up the coffee when I got to work and halfway through the cup I got a mouth full of coffee grinds. Way to ruin my morning Bk!

The orders are never customized as i order them. Same if you order delivery from the app. then even though you paid for the food to be delivered, you have to go back for the missing items or replacement items.

Personally I love flame broiled but the customer service here is the poorest they are so ratchet and ghetto they embarrass me. They are also so cheap and tight never giving any ketchup and when you ask for some they act like you went to their house and are asking to borrow a cup of sugar. Please. You guys who work here are old no wonder you are not happy with yourself or your life and your customer service is trash don't take it out on customers. The manager even acts a certain way that is uncomfortable, very unprofessional and always looks so dirty. He needs to brush his hair for once in his life. They are skimpy. Employees are great, and the food is great. However, either this restaurant, or the national chain allowed me to make a mobile order, then when I arrived at the location 3 miles away from my home, the location was closed (daytime), and they charged me for the order. The app stated it was contacting the restaurant before the order went through as though it was confirming they could take the order before it completed. I then had to find and contact the national BK customer service hotline, and go through more inconvenience to get my money back. The mobile app shouldn't allow orders when the restaurant is CLOSED for the day!

Old play land gate is ready to fall down and seriously injure someone. EVERY ORDER IS WRONG!! If you take the food back up to get it corrected the employees act like it’s your fault. Employees have long dirty fake nails handling food full of bacteria. Employees smoking at building entrance. Owners spent a lot of money redoing inside but soda machine is broken and staff is horrendous. If you order through drive thru they stick a broom out the window so as not to start the timer. Making it seem to corporate that they are doing an adequate job. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

They renewed the place but forgot to renew their service. It took them 30 min to give me 10 chicken nuggets and fries. I asked 2 employees in regards to my order and was ignored it wast till a nice employee that I asked went and got my order. The whole time it been sitting their and now one would give it to me. At no point was I in any way rude for them to ignore me the way they did.

Placed and order, they took really long to even acknowledge me at the window. The 6 meals I bought were chicken. The chicken was extremely hard, dry and some tasted rancid. Worst service I had EVER received in any fast food place. I tried calling the number to complain of the brick like chicken patties and their phone number is not correct. Pure trash.

I almost didn't even give it a star at all the only reason I give it one star is because they gave me a small Coca-Cola for free for waiting the 20 minutes it took to get my tacos my for $1 tacos that should have only taken 4 minutes 5 at the most I waited and waited and no one came to the window and said it will be right up we're having problems or shorthanded or whatever this is the 3rd time this has happened to me not necessarily with the tacos but with other orders I will never ever go to this Burger King again ever..... I generally really like burger King food but the Atwater one is just not good. My whopper burger was so dry with barely any veggies at all. They also don't give drink refills 😒 so after you finish your drink your just out of luck

Why are they charging me 16.01 for something that cost 12.99 with a coupon. They charged me .60 cents for the three whoppers that came in the family bundle coupon. I didn't have change for 16.01, I gave them $17 and I didn't get my change. What's up with that. They didn't even give me my change back. I'm never eating here again. That's the last time I'm coming back.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Atwater and the worst BK I've ever been to. They trick the timer in their drive thru. An employee stands outside and puts a bucket on the ground. I never know which window to pay at because they are trying to rig it. Plus they rarely get my order correct. Just really weird every time I go.

I live in winton, on my way to get gas a buddy of mine and I stop at the Burger our order included six rodeo "cheese" burgers with cheese. I checked that everything was in the bag,which it was I shouldn't have to open all six burgers to see if its correct. The chicken fries were hard and seemed like they were old, and the regular fries weren't cooked. I was extremely nice through the whole drive-thru, I am disappointed. And before writing this review I called Burger King, and the phone rang for about eleven minutes until I hung up. I didnt even want to put one star in the rating scale.

Nothing like pulling up to the drive thru window and being greeted with a neck full of hickies, a attitude like you're bugging them and then your order being wrong. Had it with them so I won't be going back.

Every time I order from here, they screw it up. Wrong drink, wrong burger, no fries, and just now, dash ordered , all dipping food. Chicken fries, nuggets, onion rings. The order states 2 sauces to choose. I chose 4. Not one sauce for my order. I had to drive there and demand just like I did with the missing burger , at the window. Pathetic.

There is always a wait at Burger King almost every time I go. This recent trip to Burger King was ridiculous, I was stuck in line for over 30 minutes to order and get my food and obviously I was stuck in the line or I would have left. I don't like that they put a mop out of the window for what I'm guessing if for the drive thru timer. If your going to do that and still take 15 minutes to bring the food then what's the point. After finally getting my food, I drive off and there is a huge line wrapped around to the street. After all that it wasn't even worth waiting in line. The nuggets were dry as if they had been sitting there for awhile, the fries weren't even hot. I will not be going to Burger King anytime soon

This Burger King is holding cars up in the parking lot line before ordering up to 5 minutes per car to reduce window wait times . Expect for a 30 minute drive through experience with 4 cars ahead of you . This is a common Burger king practice to reduce window wait times for corporate goals and this location is the perfect example of screw the customer first . #burgerkingcorporate

3rd time is not a charm! This is my third and last time coming to this place. Beware LONG wait times! You go here when you need to make about 10 return phone calls or to balance your bank book or need about a 20 minute nap because you will be waiting!

I ordered for my family today and the order was not correct. As per usual with the bellvue location I was missing my food. Definitely do not recommend going here. This was the second time it has happened.

Unfortunately I had a rather negative experience today. The soda was flat, they replaced. The biscuit was hard, sausage dry and I asked for no egg but had to peel egg off so not much cheese left. They get a D today

dont know who was working tonight but i got incredibly bad service. i usually have good service from here but tonight there was a girl at the speaker who said “one minute” and she comes back to the speaker just laughing the entire time with her coworker. i didnt mind too much but it kind of sucked when i got home and our order was wrong. a whole different order i almost think that mine got switched with someone else’s. fries were correct but they were colder than the piece of metal its been sitting on for hrs. disappointed

Worse BK I’ve been to. Tried it twice. First time all my burger had in it was just a patty!!! No cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, nothing just a patty. Fries were cold as soon as I drove off. But I decided to give it a second chance months later thinking maybe someone was new or maybe it was a hard day but yet again it had only cheese and a quarter size mayonnaise in it, the soda tasted flat and as if it’s been sitting out in a cup. It also looked like they flatted the whole burger. It literally looked smashed! I will never return there again and I’ve let plenty people know they shouldn’t go there. Drive to Merced if you really want BK. Atwater location is a disappointment and disgusting

This place is so horrible. Even if you’re the only car in the drive through and they have no customers you’re still waiting almost half an hour for your food. They always forget straws and napkins. Forget asking for any modifications on your food. If you ask for a plain cheese burger you either get two buns and a patty… or they just don’t do it at all. They have an attitude If you ask for a straw so you can drink the overpriced soda in the first place. I don’t understand how they even stay open.

Tried calling the 800 number at the window and it’s not even a complaint line it’s a fake number! Hangs up on you after 30 seconds! This place is horrible. Every time I go there is a major mistake and. Soooo slow. But today takes the cake! 32 minutes in drive thru! Only 2 cars ahead of me and 32 minutes later I got my 6 ice cream cones and two cheeseless cheeseburgers! They couldn’t get that tiny or right?? Then they looked at me like I was crazy for telling them very politely I thought it was ridiculous that it took 32 minutes in a fast food drive thru. No “I’m sorry” nothing but a blank stare!

This place is pretty much utter trash. I've always steered clear of burger king but I recently thought I'd give them another try after all the remodeling they've done. I will say the inside is kinda nice (probably because not many people go there). But the food is just trash. I was greeted to a jaw smacking tweaker to take my order. This was a somewhat older woman too. It was shocking. I wasn't aware methamphetamine is allowed on a drug test. But I got a classic whopper and it was straight up junk. It's dry as can be with a somehow soggy bun. The fries tasted stale. You guys need some serious revaluation.

I'm highly disappointed with the service. We waited at the window for 10 minutes, nobody greeted us. Plus the manager handed me half empty drinks without straws or napkins. She was very rude and when I asked for the the missing napkins and straws it seemed like it was a lot to ask for. Worst service I've experienced in a fast food restaurant.

10/26/24 update: returned to Burger King today. Went through the drive through & I had to repeat my order twice. The lady who took my order said that she was helping another customer. Paid for my order. When I got my receipt, my order was wrong. You have one job & that’s to take orders. How can you mess this up? You are now getting paid $20 an hour & you still can’t get it right? 3 time they messed up my order!! I didn’t complain the first 2 times but today I did. If there was a choice for zero stars I would give them 0 but since that’s not an option I have to give them 1 star. I’m not going to keep giving them my money!!

Been in the drive through for 15 minutes now. They have made 1 order in that 15 min. This is what $20 an hour gets you. These people don't deserve their job.

Drive thru order, and the guy did the drinks wrong and gave them to me overfilled. He made the drinks again and overfilled and made a mess on me and my car. Then I got all the way home on the other side of town and forgot one of our meals. So I went all the way back, and then the guy that originally took the order gave me my now cold food and said sorry they forgot to put it in the bag, and that was it. If you choose to eat at this garbage dump and use the drive-thru, always check the bag before leaving the parking lot.

They always get the order wrong I knew I wasnt tripping because I checked the reviews on doordash and on here and people in Atwater all say the same thing its crazy or something is missing. If youre coming here especially in the drive thru check your bag before you leave it seems like the workers dont care.

And the spicy chicken was flooded with sauce. What's going on to this burger king? This one especially. This has been the worst experience out of all I visited.

Been in the drive through for 15 minutes now. They have made 1 order in that 15 min. This is what $20 an hour gets you. These people don't deserve their job.

Drive thru order, and the guy did the drinks wrong and gave them to me overfilled. He made the drinks again and overfilled and made a mess on me and my car. Then I got all the way home on the other side of town and forgot one of our meals. So I went all the way back, and then the guy that originally took the order gave me my now cold food and said sorry they forgot to put it in the bag, and that was it. If you choose to eat at this garbage dump and use the drive-thru, always check the bag before leaving the parking lot.

10/26/24 update: returned to Burger King today. Went through the drive through & I had to repeat my order twice. The lady who took my order said that she was helping another customer. Paid for my order. When I got my receipt, my order was wrong. You have one job & that’s to take orders. How can you mess this up? You are now getting paid $20 an hour & you still can’t get it right? 3 time they messed up my order!! I didn’t complain the first 2 times but today I did. If there was a choice for zero stars I would give them 0 but since that’s not an option I have to give them 1 star. I’m not going to keep giving them my money!!
