It's close to my job and they serve relatively fast. But the food is top notch for the price.

Usually little to no wait. Staff always friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with orders being incorrect.

I went to Livingston Carl's jr and my college card (Mastercard) was not working. I asked them to try again and they said no, they were so rude to me. I gave them the food back and processed to Atwater Carl's jr. Joel Maldonado gave me my receipt and food. I asked him if my card worked and he said yes, but at first it didn't so he ran it again and it did. I had just gotten off work and was so hungry. Joel made my night and had amazing customer service. Thank you Joel!

OPEN 24/7!! Need I say more?! For me, that is quite a comfort. I don't shop for a lot of food at the store, because I am only shopping for myself. l never worry about being hungry and running out of food, because I know that they are always open, and I only live a mile away. The people are always nice and helpful. This is a cozy place to stop if out and about.

This is hands down a great Carl's Jr with great service they brought our food to the table and even asked if we wanted extra sauces for our burgers or Fry's. Best of all is the friendly staff they came by our table and picked up our tray for us when we where done eating.

Boy this place is refreshing to come and order at the register! Like all other fast food places, nobody is working the register , and if nobodies at the register, Everyone doesn’t acknowledge you or ask you anything! So this place is refreshing to walk in from a long day, a young tall guy was working the counter and I was able to order my Milkshake and Famous Star, with NO cheese! He helped me then went over and made me my milk shake, then that same guy went to the back to cook food! lol talk about an all around worker! Clean place, organize and Neat and I’m from out of town so stopping by here and seeing this. The whole team deserves a “bonus” !

Food was okay, service was very slow, and the soda tasted dirty. The Atwater location does not live up to the Carl's Jr. name.

The burgers are awesome but the drive through line is slow, the fries where great, my God those Fried Zucchini are from heaven.

Your basic fast food. They do have the faux meat burgers now that look interesting. Restrooms were clean, service was good. Stop here at times on our trip from Bay area to Fresno

Food is always great here, conveniently located literally right off the Winton way exit on the 99 south.

For the most part, they have a really good chef there that does their job correctly. Just the wait time is slow on some days and this last visit, I didn't get my whole meal.

It is Absolutely amazing how 2 meals cost OVER $30. It's a fast food place not a sit down serve me restaurant.. we got nothing special. A reasonable price would be $8 a meal.. =$16.. nope.... it was almost $32 for us to eat

Prices are high. Hamburgers are $9-$15. If I want to spend that much for a burger I can go to Applebee's, Black Bear, etc at least there u get fries &/or a salad with it.

Service varies widely depending on the shift. They get the food wrong sometimes but its always fast. It is usually not very hot though. They will make it right if you bring a mostake to them and thats all that really matters.

Got a Western Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger was amazing as it always has been. But the quantity of fries was sleezy considering the price being paid. Service was decent, considering that they're understaffed at this location. Kept things clean and well-stocked near the soda machine. My main complaint is the pricing. I could pay a similar price at a sit-down restaurant and get a much higher quality burger.

If you don't want to die of starvation stay away from Carl's. They are the slowest fast food joint in history.

Back years ago Carl's Jr was great but now hamburgers are not like they use to be.

I have been craving a chat chicken club and fried Zucchini and was able to be in the area this morning so I could get it. My son had been to this CJ's about 2 weeks ago and said that the food was VERY greasy. Well I figured it was just a fluke everyone had bad days and to my surprise it the food was SOOOO greasy it was soggy. The sandwich tasted like bacon only there was so much grease on it and the fried Zucchini was in no way crunchy. I have been going to Carl's JR since I was a teenager over 40yrs ago and I have never had a bad meal untill now. I hope they get whatever the problem is fixed soon because I will not go back till it is. Don't need that kind of Cholesterol.

The food quality was low. Fries were cold, chicken tenders were burnt, tasted like they microwaved it before serving it. The young man at drive through was a good dude. Only reason I gave 2 stars

The food here is nasty. I typically enjoy a burger from Carls Jr. every once in a while but this location can’t deliver. I ordered a burger and it was the slimiest mess of grease and mayonnaise I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t finish half of it before it completely disintegrated in my hands and at that point I just threw the rest of it away. Everything here is extremely overpriced. I paid over $15 for some of the smallest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen in my life and their “large” fries are a small at every other fast food chain I can think of. The only upside to this place is that orders are put together fairly quick.

I have always enjoyed Carl's Jr. but this week had the misfortune of seeing another side to this particular location. I ordered 2 super star combos a 5 piece tender and a hamburger. One of the super stars was made incorrectly and the chicken tenders were missing completely. I noticed the mistake when I got home. I called and was told I could come in for reimbursement. When I showed up the GM gave me the money for the tenders but I was supposed to come back that night with the burger to get reimbursed. (Burger had mayonnaise so I couldn't eat it).

Horrible service, ordered superstar with cheese meal and one of the Patty's was destroyed in a few pieces, called them to let them know and they said I can go back and that they will put me on a list to get a replacement. Went back a week or so later and all of a sudden they don't have me on the list. WOW and the manager starts arguing with me even after I tell him that I'll pay for my meal and continues to argue about that I should remember exactly when I was there since I couldn't remember exactly what day I went. Horrible service DO NOT GO THERE ATWATER Carl's jr is the worst.

Waited 30+ minutes for my food and got my order wrong. The fact that a staff member doesn’t use gloves while prepping food while having acrylic nails on is absolutely disgusting. Ordered Cod sandwich, asked not to burn it and received a totally black, burnt cod fillet in the bun. This happened twice on (2) separate occasions. Ordered a Famous Star w/no cheese and they added cheese and the burger was not fresh (like it had been sitting awhile). Ordered a Nachos chicken salad and it was so over salted it was in-edible. This is the worst Carl's Jr I have ever ate at, the owner is rude too. I won't eat here no more, other Carls Jr's are far better.

Went through drive-thru and ordered the new "El Diablo" and got nothing close to the picture. Pretty much got a basic burger with sauce on it and a whole bunch of jalapenos in the bottom only. What happen to the rest of the stuff that suppose to go inside the burger!!!!! Spent good amount of money to get my food worth but what a damn disappointment.

Okay so I figured chicken sandwich they don't have chicken sandwich items available either. I'm done with Carl's! I used to love the Santa Fe chicken, but has tasted like rubber the last 2 times, and the meat in the Western burger tasted like cardboard. Goodbye old favorite...oh yeah, too expensive for fast food done so poorly.

The last 4 or 5 times I've been getting food here i always been getting the large combo and been getting a very small amount of fries i don't know if this goes on during the night only because i only go to get food there at night most of the time but to be honest i kind of stop going for a while for the same reason but i went last night because i got the same as always the double famous star large combo with coke witch is like 20 bucks and it was so disappointing to see the lage container of fries with such a small amount fries i didn't knew there wasan option here to submit pictures otherwise i would've taken some to post them

My boyfriend comes in for a milkshake, manager claims “I don’t see it!!!!” And refuses to make it/refund/ or even check the confirmation number…and claims they never got the order, rolls his eyes and acting super unprofessional for what, a milkshake?Makes his two employees deal with him. Are you for real? Tries to MAKE him leave, instead of I dunno, checking the confirmation…So another ten minutes pass, this dude then tries to show my boyfriend a screenshot that’s Extremely small and rolled his eyes. He finally checks, and wow! There’s the confirmation, and all my boyfriend wanted to know - instead of blatantly not wanting to help and trying to make people leave. All my boyfriend wanted to do was to check if the order went through or declined, which wow! That’s what happens when you check the confirmation! what a management. 😐 JUST CHECK THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER The younger employees were more professional than the manager 👌

It's not worth it inless you get it during the night shift, to be paying $18 for a meal that not freshly made is ridiculous. Carls Jr is good, but this location is a Big NO. I just threw a whole meal in the trash. I live in the area and everytime I go during day time hours it's bad.

Very disappointed in this Carl’s Jr, I have spent a good amount of money here at this location, and every time I’m in the drive thru, I’m asked to pull up front and wait for my food, what’s the freaking point of a drive thru? Then when I ask for 4 to 5 ranch’s with my order, which for my family is usually about 25 to 30 bucks…. They come back with oh you only get 2 you have to purchase more if you want more…. Seriously? Yeah I’m getting pretty fed up with the way this location operates, I think I’ll be taking my business over to the habit from now on, just sad, I didn’t even get a sorry for forgetting my fries with my meal when I had already driven across town to had to go back, even during times with these ridiculous gas prices also, lousy customer service, needs some serious work
