I had issues with this establishment in the past. Spoke with the Manager who covers many of the Jack in the box restaurant. He offered me a free meal. (I didn't redeem it) after months of not going back to this place I decided to try again. I spent almost $20.00 for the loaded mini tacos, season fries, churro. I tried to order2 bacon cheese burgers with nothing else on it. I was helped by another employee as the 1st person didn't understand me. As I got to the window the person who was going to take my money and give me my food was rude. BUT I gave her the benefit of the doubt When I got home, the mini tacos were cold, soggy (from all the salsa and cheese), the churros were over done BUT the season fries and hamburger patties were ok. I couldn't eat most of a costly meal. I won't go back. Some people swear by them BUT I have had TOO MANY ISSUES. This is just my OPINION

First time customer at this particular Jack in the Box. They did not disappoint. Prices are up to par with other Jack in the Box restaurants. I went through the drive thru so I can't tell you if it's clean inside or not. I shall return.

We just went through the drivethrough and we were asked to pull around to wait for the rest of our order, which came within 2 minutes. At that point, the server-Thalia- made sure we had our hashbrowns. We didn't, so she went in and got them for us. She graciously acknowledged and apologized.

Out of all the fast food places in Atwater, we actually get the friendliest service here when we go. Many places are losing customer service skills amd they really don't care. We still get a smile here, they look at you when they are talking to you, and hand your food off with a smile and a salutation. Basic things missing in this day and age.

This place has always been the place to go to, even after late nights out with friends. They're always open! And the onion rings & milk shakes are on point!! My father loved the tacos...a main staple in the restaurant to this day!!

Pretty good food and friendly service. It can get busy at dinner time, so expect a line. It has the soda machine inside with different flavors and varieties of sodas. Service is usually friendly and the inside is clean.

Usually my favorite fast food restaurant. However, my "spot" has had many issues of late. The burgers were RED. The restaurant refused to take care of the issue. Also my daughter had to go inside to retrieve my debit card.

Went in this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese, unfortunately when I check the bag after leaving the drive-thru there was cheese on my sandwich. I called and they were kindly to replace my order when I was able to return to the store, they very kind, good customer service and understanding. Will be returning in the future thank you.

I had not been to a Jack in the box for several years. Jack in the box was my go to place for burgers when I was younger. but given it that I took a small road trip with my soon to be teen son who asked for Jack in the box, I decided to stop and order myself my old favorite ( Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato’s and onions. Let me tell you that the burger came out well presentable like if it was meant for a commercial and the taste was pretty delicious too, it made me reminisce of my youth years. ;-) I also noticed the employees kept this place really clean. The only shock I received was the spike in prices from when I last ate at Jack in the box, but with todays crazy inflation prices, nothing really shocks me anymore. LOL.

There usually good but when they put things in boxes that your not expecting then act like your trying to get something for free when you tell ye them, and speak in Spanish because you don't sound like you speak it and say that I'm trying to get a extra one it makes you angry. If they think someone doesn't speak Spanosh they should have the courtesy to speak English since I heard all of them speak English

Drive-thru experience was good and quick which was surprising because it was busier than usual. Customer service was satisfactory, and the best part was they actually got the order right. Normally I love Jack but the last time I went the mini tacos were still frozen! And this time I went had to park in front so they could "make the fries" and quite a long wait later, the fries were barely warm and could tell they been sitting for quite a while! OK place for a fast food place fix. Very prompt service and polite. Could be atad cleaner but it is a fast food restaurant. Is easy to locate. Have a good drive thru. Prices are OK can eat for very little. Food is typical fast food but is hot.

Customer service is terrible. The employees work in customer service but they don't know how treat the people that go and buy food there. Especially when they give you attitude straight to your face not professional at all.

The customer service is horrific, the last two times after repeating no less than four times they still got it wrong even when the screen showed correct. The last time went in and was about to pay, the cashier read the order back and it was wrong again even though the screen showed it right, after a back and forth a few time and she still couldn't get it right I just said forget it, I'll go somewhere else.

I went there at 2am and ordered a chicken club sandwich, milkshake, and two tacos. When I ordered the shake they told me the machine was being cleaned so I didn't get that and that's the 4th or 5th time that's happened. The sandwich bread was really hard. The chicken was small and over cooked. At this point I had lost my appetite and gave the tacos to my roommate.

Made the meal efficiently, got my order correct, but the negative outweighs the good. VERY unprofessional! They didn't have the right size of straws stocked up, so I asked for one. She literally HANDED ME the bag of straws and asked me to stock them in their appropriate place. IM A CUSTOMER NOT AN EMPLOYEE. It's YOUR job to keep things stocked and clean!

Fries were cold and the burgers were basically really cold. Not even like out of the warmer cold. Just crunchy on the edges and "COLD". VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

Worst customer service ever!!! The young lady that helped me through drive through was very rude and seemed like she didn’t care about taking my order. After paying they told me to pull to the side, keep in mind no one was in front or behind me at all. I pulled to the side and they took forever to take out my food, when I received my food it was extremely cold. I also got a ranch for my salad and for my fries and there was no sauce in my food order. I told the girl and she gave me an attitude and said I don’t get any ranch and I told her I got a salad and they asked me what kind of dressing I wanted. She said it was an additional charge for each ranch. I asked if I could speak to her manager so she went inside and came back out with ranch and said “for this time I’ll give it to you, but next time you have to pay”. Her name started with an E, she was kind of sort I wish I could remember her name. But I can’t believe this, worst experience ever!!!

I come to this location every now and then, but I’m noticing a trend. Tonight I ordered the 7 piece stuffed jalapeños, I only got 5 in the box and a mini churro which I didn’t order. I also ordered two tacos and you can clearly tell that they are rewarming the food back up. The tacos were cold and soggy and the jalapeño peppers or luke warm and soggy as well and had the sugar on it from the churro. Extreme laziness how the food was put together.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and it’s always been a disappointment. The food looks sloppy and unappealing, their card machines don’t work half the time so you need to use cash to pay and you can be the only person in the lobby and it’ll take five minutes for an employee to take your order. I’m honestly surprised this location hasn’t gone out of business yet.

The staff finds the drive thru more important than the customers that thethe time to get out of their cars and come in. They ignored me altogether about 10 minutes each time i decide to spend my hard earned money there. I always choose to go someplace else.

I ordered food on May 31st at 9:05 am on jack in the box app they had a system issue which took $90 from me the manager and the manager who said they investigate said wait 3-7 business days and if I don't receive my money back they would get me in contact with the owner as of today I haven't received anything he was very rude and unprofessional and said there barely going to start investigating I asked for the owners number and he refused to give me any information I lost $90 and there making excuses to not refund me the money this jack in the box has messed up plenty of times forgetting to give food having to drive back and get it so to the owners of this local jack in the box get your restraint in check do better stop stealing money since your managers can't provide the right information.

Worse customer service anywhere. My husband and I waited several minutes before even being acknowledged. Two employees looked at us many times and said nothing. There was nobody else in the restaurant at the time. When someone finally came to take our order, he talked so low we could not hear anything he said. Before we left my husband went up to let them know that their soda machine was waste tray was overflowing onto the floor and again was not acknowledged and at this time 3 people were waiting in line. Asked for no pickles they gave me pickles, buns were cold, No napkins no salsa nothiiiing. Aside from that girls were rude and rushing us. Never going back there.

Got home and order was wrong after waiting close to 20 min to get it, go back they had a bag waiting for me and one of the bacon cheddar wedges didn't have bacon and my burger had mayo when it says on receipt NO mayo. I got diarrhea a couple hours after eating here. I have a feeling the workers they're hiring here are young and don't wash their hands. probably on their phone while cooking or something. I had a feeling I was gonna get food poisoning here cause I hadn't ate here for years.

The last time we went here we ordered four meals. We nicely asked if we could have ranch with each of our meals for our fries. The lady at the window was rude telling us that we could only have two ranch cups. Our response was "since when?" She said since January. We have been getting ranch with our fries here most of the year definitely after January. My husband told the lady sorry but I don't think we will be back if you're not willing to give all of us ranch for our fries. She just responded with well you can take it up with corporate but there's nothing I can do. She said that ranch is only for chicken strips and jalapeño poppers!!! We ended up getting ranch for each of our fries but she didn't tell us she was giving them to us anyway and she was so incredibly rude I'm not sure I want to go back there. If that were the actual case she could have just nicely told us what it would cost instead of saying she can't give us what we asked for.

This is the worst jack in the box I've ever been to,ive had nothing but problems at this location, the workers just dont care about the product they are putting out, paid money for extra cheese and not only did they not put any extra cheese on it, they put the smallest amount of chicken possible. Never coming back here again.
