Used the app, it tells you your order is successful, ..... But for the store to receive the order you have to click on the link they send you in a text messages.... The staff was great about working with me when they looked aty phone and saw that I paid... But they didn't receive the order. ....it was confusing for both and I thankful they worked with me.. I have order off the app and never had to verify with the text until that time.

Food was very good. The wait was a little longer than expected for a drive-thru.

Pretty good food sometimes and service was ok but the coke tasted like trash.

My husband's burger was amazing. My tacos had very little meat, what was there had a great flavor. The most disappointing part was my $3.50 large coke that I asked for light ice, was full of ice and I had maybe 4 drinks and it was finished. Lesson learned.....

First impression was good. Clean restaurant. Clean area. Employee, I beleived was Chelsea, super nice and patience. Ordered two number 1 meals, medium for takeout. Paid and a little over 6 minutes our food was ready. I will come back again.

I would give a higher review except the female at the window ALWAYS has an attitude, doesn't get the order right, and just plain ruuude. I complained twice and still NOTHING seemed to be done.

I don't usually have an issue with fast food places but man this was pretty bad, the lady was rude, sounded dead inside didn't even say that what we got was it we just guessed the bag she gave us was all there was.

Customer service sub standard. Ordered a western double bacon burger, and got a single. Fries were cold even though I asked for fresh. Burger patty at 120 degrees. I carry a thermometer with me to check temp. Place is clean though.

The staff was friendly but young lady got my order wrong twice. What sucks is that I didn't check it before I left and I didn't notice it until I was an hour away from the place. I would rate it higher but, 3 out of 3 visits using the drive thru I've experienced rude or almost glaring looks from the female employees working around 3-6 PM. Millennials these days expecting more out of working fast food crack me up...

It was getting late and there are not a lot of options for places to get food in this area after 9pm. We went through the drive-thru. For fast food, meals with no extras, it seems overpriced. Our total was close to $27-$28 which is about what we pay at a diner or coffee shop where we have healthier food, a cleaner, nicer atmosphere and table service. The food and sodas were good, but both burgers should have had more sauce. They were very dry and we had to add a lot of ketchup, ranch or BBQ sauce. I like the onion rings here.

They got the order just how I ordered it. The staff were amazing, but the food at Carl's Jr is horrible. The monster burger is the greasiest thing I've ever eaten. It was double wrapped, and still leaked through both. I threw it away. I didn't get mayo. It's hard to believe from fast food, but it was so greasy it took away from everything else. Tread lightly, but the staff and service make it worth going if you have to.

Food was good but 3 of the 4 sandwiches were not on Honeywheat buns as requested, change was not returned and no reciept given to us.

I just had a very disappointing jalapeño thick burger lettuce wrap sandwich. First, I was served the sandwich with a bun. So, I'm thinking no big deal I'll take it back and get the order corrected. Well, they took off the bun, as well as, the tomatoes and the onions. The patty was thinner than I remember. I told the manager and she assured me I got the correct sandwich. Honestly, she couldn't care less. UNBELIEVABLE! Carl's Jr. You just lost another customer. With the jalepeño poppers I was cared almost $12. I think they gave me a regular star patty and got mad at me and took everything off. Watch everyone they are overcharging here. Something is very wrong at this restaurant.

So disappointed. The cashier in the Livingston on Winton was blah like the food. Didn't even know if he was ready to take my order. No emotions or personality. I have had the chicken nachos years ago at a Carls/Green Burrito & it was tasty. This one was blah & so dry. Then I found food in my lap as I was eating while someone was driving & thought it was falling out from the rough road. Nope! Found holes in the bottom of the Styrofoam container. The food wasn't even hot so did they microwave the food in the Styrofoam container? Health violation? Gross!

I ordered the guacamole burger with the 1/3 angus patty and spent $17 to make it a combo. When I got the burger, there was a small patty. I took it back and was told they were out of angus patties. I asked for a refund and was denied. The drive through attendant offered another burger. After giving him a distasteful look, he offered a second patty. I told him three would be more to par with the angus patty. For a second time, I was refused. I begrudgingly took the burger and now, sit here, eating a $17 meal I didn’t order complaining to whoever will listen. Check your burger Pattie’s people. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

This location is slipping. Messed up our order last time I was there, all the burger toppings were in a weird mound in the middle. Staff seemed new and didn't know the menu

Overcharged. Two sausage and egg biscuits went from 2.50 to almost 10 dollars because i added cheese. I complained, cashier said the biscuits with cheese weren't on sale. Grr..

Ordered 4 regular size meals. Read back with small meals, that had to be fixed. When handed one stuffed bag, I confirmed there was 4 meals inside. Employee responded with "yes, 4 meals". Received 4 drinks, 4 fries and 3 burgers. This is not the first time this has happened. It will be the last time I go there.

My youngest daughter asked the question in the kindest way possible, but the old lady replied rudely saying “ Give me a chance and let me finish this, okay, okay? “ it was in the worst tone possible so we left with my youngest one crying. I had the Western Bacon Cheese Burger. Medium fries and a medium coke. The onion rings were so hard that they had to be pulled off and thrown away, the fries were waxy and the coke had too much carbonation. It was extremely unsatisfying and cost almost $13.00 for the meal. I will not be returning.

I ordered a biscuit and gravy, who they state is freshly made and the biscuit was super hard, the fork would even poke through it from how hard it was. The soda tasted really nasty, and the machine was out of ice. When I asked the employee for ice, another drink, and another good item she rolled her eyes and said something to her coworkers in Spanish, thinking I didn’t speak Spanish. Really disappointed will never be coming back.

Awful experience. I ordered a number one. There was one squirt of mayonnaise on it, no mustard, no ketchup. The meat was under cooked my food was cold. My husband ordered the swiss chicken sandwich. His sandwich was overcooked in the microwave. Our bill was too high for the low quality of food. We were very dissatisfied and won't be returning again to this location. Poor quality service and food.

Normally I love this place, and the staff used to be so nice here. But today they charged me $31 for two MEDIUM COMBOS!!! ? And when I asked for a receipt they said their printer wasn’t working? And on top of that we asked for a double patty and they only gave us a single. Very Upset.

Worst Service ever, I came in thursday morning and was not pleased at all with the service and food quality I received Sandra was very rude rushed me basically all my order and they still had the audacity to park me, not only that but I ordered a side order of the waffle fries payed 5 dollars !!!! And received only 4 pieces of fries ! Never coming here again
