If I don't show up for a few days to this location the whole staff checks on me! Love Dutch Bros. I always have. When I lost my mom 7 years ago, I went to a Dutch Bros while home in Arizona to clear my head and after the normal happy conversations I just broke down in the drive through crying. Every single one of the employees came out and gave me a huge group hug. Idk why I needed that so badly but they just knew. I will always love all of the Dutch Bros. Their staff is always so compassionate and seem like they really love their jobs. Thank you for having the culture you do. I am a forever customer!

I personally prefer dutch bros over starbucks. I like very sweat drinks and this place is perfect for that. Staff is very friendly and always helps me out when I don't know what to order.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros, fell in love with them in Idaho and was so excited when they came to Logan. Lines can be a little long at times but Dutch Bros has a really good system of keeping the line moving so that can easily be fixed as this is a brand new location that may just need to find its rhythm. I absolutely love Dutch Bros and highly recommend it.

Service wasn't great today! I asked the girl taking orders if I could get a 911 with the espresso shots and chia tea. She asked if I still wanted Irish cream and I said no so then I proceeded to have her scan the app and pay from it. She didn't say the price and I didn't ask because usually the price isn't $9.58. I loaded my card with $15 and now it's $5.42. I thought wow the girl really upcharged me so I told the other girl at the window and she just apologized and said the girl did a chia plus 6 shots which are 50¢ each 😩 I would have ordered differently if I knew the first girl was going to mess it all up. So... I didn't get any money back or anything.. I probably won't come back if they're going to do this kind of thing. I told the girl now I can't even get another drink. Oh sorry bye.

Very nice folks working there in Logan, UT location. Courteous plus helpful if you not sure what you want or first time. They do it naturally not forced like they actually want you to enjoy what you order. The coffee is delicious! Also menu is just enough not to be overwhelming or needing a flowchart to determine your drink.

The workers are always happy to be there and smiling. And their drinks are amazing, something for everyone in the family. My favorite go-to is an Islander Mocha with a soft top. And I either get it Hot (or Not-so-Hot if I want to drink it right away without burning my tongue) or blended. It's good both ways! And it's fun to switch it up! I ask what they like and try it. And they're awesome enough that they have me try it at the window and if I don't like it, they'll make me something else. They want every customer to be pleased with their drink when they leave. Chill place with semi quick service (busy times are almost California type traffic. Even then, they're fast.) Drinks are great and for reasonable prices. If you have the app you get a free drink after you spend a bit. Depending on your points is how big the reward is. Max points get you a large drink for free. So that's nice. Staff are super friendly and will hold up a decent chat with you when you're waiting for your drinks at the window. Absolutely love them. Would highly recommend this place.

Imagine you're me. You just had a 10-hour shift with no lunch. You have pizza ready for dinner and a few pastries at home. You need a drink for the pastries and a movie to watch. Well, Bailey here can suggest a great drink and movie to watch! Their service and atmosphere are amazing! I didn't know what drink to get or what movie to watch. It's always busy! Their weird 2 lane (that's still 1 window🤷) drive through always makes it confusing & easy for aggressive drivers to take advantage. . I love this Dutch Brothers and it's location. They always have the best drinks. My only 2 complaints are first the drive thru. When it gets super busy you end up waiting a super long time and literally stuck in line. There isn't anyway out if you want to leave. The design is a flaw and a bit annoying. But they do have an indoor order window if you want to avoid that. The other issue is that my daughter and I ordered drinks Saturday from there. Their hot drinks are fabulous. But I ordered a chocolate shake and she a Valentine rebel. The shake with thin and soupy. It was crunchy, not smooth. It tastes like a chocolate slurpee, almost. We won't be ordering those again. But as stated their hot drinks are to die for and we will go back for those. Overall it's a good restaurant and great drinks. Just time the drive thru right lol 😂

It's been awhile since I've been to this location, I just think it's odd with the cold brew and the empasis of not filling the cups you're using when I ask for easy ice. The other franchises have never given me troubles. I understand portion controls, and you're using a canned pour it in, at that point just use a smaller cup. Flavors are fine, everything else is great.

The coffee is good (it's hard to mess that up) however, every time I go to Dutch Bros - I order a Skinny Venti Carmelizer (iced), and every single time, it's a different color, different ratio of flavorings, and has not once tasted the same. Consistency matters. On the plus side: The staff is SUPER friendly and fun.

First time I ever been there and don't know what the big deal was I just got a normal black coffee.

If you have 40 minutes to sit in the drive thru then you will be rewarded with great coffee and a super friendly window interaction. I feel sorry for the employee in the drive thru taking orders in the cold because it doesn't speed up the line at all. They literally made our drinks at the window.

It is too bad it takes so long to get through the drive thru, always more than 10 min for me. But the kindness is unmatched

Usually love Dutch!! Really disappointed after the broista taking my order gave themself a tip without asking. Only saw it when my card was charged $16 for 2 medium blended rebels. It’s happened twice now just recently.

Giving three stars because 2/20 arrived at 12:30 and was told they ran out of their dog tags 30 minutes ago…. Then why did we see some in back untouched.. Same with Valentine’s Day- arrived and never got the bracelet… yet the employees seemed arms full of them, just seemed unfair how employees can have 10 dog tags and 10 bracelets but the customers who spend 100’s here can’t even get 1 reward for being a Long term loyal customer… will give my services elsewhere now, sucks because this is the only Dutch bros in town.

The drink I got was just a basic cold brew with a bit of caramel at the bottom. I get I didn't even pay $ for it since I redeemed points for this drink, but the person taking my order or the person making the order just doesn't actively listen to everything I wanted added in it seems. A little more extra attention to orders would be nice. The extras you can add to Dutchbro drinks is why some customers like me prefer you over Starbucks. :(

I went for the first time and asked for a cappuccino. The girl taking my order didn’t know what a cappuccino is. What kind of coffee place is that? I didn’t want a sugary drink in a plastic cup with a straw. Not going back

The drive through was quick I guess. I ordered an extra large nitro coffee. I received a large and it was filled to the brim with ice, the straw couldn’t even fit in. I can’t imagine this is actually how the drink is made. Terrible.

I tried to order in th3 drive thru and the young teenagers had their rap music blaring so loud that they couldn't hear me speaking and they asked me to speak up, then leaned almost completely out the window to get closer to me instead of them turning down their ridiculous, uninviting and unprofessional music. I had to ask the girls to please turn down the music so they could hear me speak. Not very impressed with their dismay in having to turn down the music. Where was management?!?!

At first they seemed nice, but that is where it ended. They didn't follow instructions on are ice coffee and the price was to high. We both, that is my brother and I paid for the bad choice he got sick and I got bad heart burn. I will stick with Starbucks.

I waited in line for over twenty minutes to get the completely incorrect drink. Then had to wait another twenty minutes to get it corrected and it tastes watered down and like it was thrown together in less than thirty seconds. Yay, I love wasting the majority of my hour for a poorly made drink. Normally my service is good but I’m disappointed today. I appreciate the quick action to remake the drink but I’d rather wait an extra minute or two for it to be made correctly.

One star because the drinks are generally consistent. Negative 4 stars for this being easily the slowest Dutch bros I have ever been to, every. Single. Time. Easily the slowest coffee spot in Cache valley. It's bomb.. but I still don't recommend it.

Wasn’t impressed and not worth the money and wait. Usually go to Starbucks for a Grande Cold Brew with Caramel Syrup and Heavy Cream. Decided I’d try something new and went to Dutch Bros for the first time EVER. I got an Small Iced Caramelizer for a little under $4. The ENTIRE cup was filled with ice, the iced coffee was the thickness of chocolate milk and just about as sweet if not sweeter, and had barely any in there because of all the ice. I barely made it around the block before it was all gone and I only got maybe 20 sips out of it? Not worth the money and wasn’t impressed with the drink overall, did not satisfying my craving for a cold brew. Felt like I drank a chocolate milk instead of coffee. Could have gone to the grocery store to get that. And the wait was terrible. By the time I made it to the window to pay (already having waited about 15 minutes in line to get there) I still waited about another 15 more minutes for my one drink. Shouldn’t take that long. In my opinion the drink should have been ready if not almost ready and out in like 2 minutes. There were tons of other orders behind me that got there drinks and had already left in the time I waited for mine at the window. Won’t be going back.

Seriously worst customer service! Last time I checked if you have two drive thru lanes but only one worker you put a sign/cone saying lane closed in the second lane. After sitting in line for over 5 minutes waiting for my turn two entitled young ladies pulled all the way to front of the line and went right in front of me and the others waiting behind me. When I asked the worker that was changing menu signs if they could please take my order and the ladies behind me before they take the rude girls who obviously thought they were more important than anyone else in line. She told me no and proceed to let me know that they have a specific way they take orders. Oh, she also told me how disrespectful I was and I could go somewhere else if I didn’t like the process! Needless to say we went to Starbucks where there was 1 lane we again waited our turn and got yummy delicious drinks served to us by the sweetest gal! Wish I would have caught the workers name! She need to be behind closed doors until she gets some better training Dutch Bros 👎 Starbucks 👍 Xoxo

I love this place and the people are nice but my order gets messed up almost every time. No soft top or caramel sauce ect. Staff needs to slow down and pay attention it's alot of money for drinks at least get what your paying for.

Extra hot oatmilk latte- my usual order, I come here often. Today my order is Missing an inch of coffee in the cup, only 85% full and bitter as hell. Thanks Dutch Bros for charging me 6 buck for this BS. One car in front of me, no one behind me in line.

I never write reviews but after how I was treated last night I feel that I should. I went to Dutch Bros last night and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The employee Kate was so incredibly rude. She was very impatient, made zero eye contact, had no customer service skills what so ever. When me and my friends were trying to figure out if we were going to do one more order she snapped at me and said "what?" and gave us a dirty look. The only eye contact she made the entire time was a blank stare after that. She didn’t even ask how our night was or make any small talk, which is one of the things that always makes Dutch Bros such a fun and friendly place to go. We were honestly shocked. One of the main reasons I go to Dutch Bros is for the social interactions, the nice employees, and that's what makes getting my daily drink fun. But Kate completely ruined that for me and my friends. I cannot believe Dutch Bros would hire someone who treats their customers this way. Super disappointing.
