Here from out of town and these are the kindest employees ever! Delicious drink suggestion yesterday when I didn’t know what to order on my first trip and today when i came back and was going through it in line and couldn’t hide it they were SO nice and truly made my day so much better. :) Providing a human experience day in and day out in the service industry is challenging and they do it wonderfully.
I'm not big on giving reviews but the employees in Logan, UT are the absolute best. I go ALL the time and they are ALWAYS just so wonderful. Most of the people who work there when I roll through already know what I want and sometimes I dont even get a chance to place the order and they have it ready! But tonight I went through and there was a sweet little drawing on my lid. Although it may be a silly little thing to them, it made my night headed into work after a rough day. Thank you guys for always just being so incredible. Much Love! 🧡

The folk's at this particular Dutch Bro's are amazing! They are all super friendly and creat an awesome atmosphere. The drinks are always delicious. I recommend all their drinks and if you aren't sure what you would like ask one of the employees, they will point you in the right direction of what you would like. If you're not a energy or coffee person I recommend the green peach tea! Highly recommend this Dutch bros. I travel a lot and this has been one of the best ones I have gone too!!!.

Good coffee, good service, and reasonable prices. Not sure what else to add. They have kind of a neat looking little spot where you order that has roll up doors to make it more outdoors in nice weather. I was there on a perfect evening and the doors were closed, so I'm not sure if/when they actually open it up, but it looked like a fun idea for the summer.

The team here is awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful and quick. The drinks themselves are delicious, but super sugary. They're definitely more of a treat than an everyday coffee, but sometimes that's what you want. My kids love the strawberry smoothies. The rewards system is pretty good, it's a nice treat to earn a free drink every once in a while.
Just had my first trip to Dutch Bros tonight, and I loved it! The staff were friendly, the vibes were good, and the wait for our drinks wasn't long. My coffee was delicious and fairly priced for what I ordered (I recommend the Caramelizer Blended Freeze). The only small nitpick I have is that there isn't any seating inside the store, but I'll let it slide since it's a pretty small location. Would definitely go back!
Had the annihilator coffee frozen and it was sooo good. Very interesting coffee choices and even though I always rather a black coffee these sugary inventions turned out well. Staff was incredibly friendly
Quick enough to stop by on a my break from work and get back on time. Been coming for years now and they’ve never gotten an order wrong. Terra stood out today for being so helpful and friendly. Their staff have been nothing short of wonderful!
I was having the worst day, decided to treat myself and of course DB’s is my treat of choice! Leah was working the window, could see the sadness.. took time to chat with me, asked my name and left a cute note on the top of my cup.. sometimes it is the smallest acts of kindness that make the biggest difference! If I could give 10 STARS I would! This Dutch Bros stand is consistently good and has THE BEST crew who I have grown to LOVEEEE! Gill, Tessa, Terra, Bailey, Melo, Kate, Ike, Emily, Brooklyn, Sofia, Ari, Jonas...I know I missed some VIPs (sorry) but regardless they make damn good drinks and all have hearts of GOLD(en Eagle)! Thanks for always making my afternoons *brighter* <3

What can I say ? Great coffee without the Starbucks political garbage. Better coffee and specialized drinks and reasonable price. Unlike starbucks overpriced, subpar coffee .
The right drive through entrance can be hard to find but the people working there do a great job of getting the line down quickly

The last few times I've redeemed points for the free unlimited drink, the drink doesn't include everything I asked for in it... today I ordered the vanilla cold brew with the shine effect in it and wanted oatmilk added into it with caramel drizzle. The drink I got was just a basic cold brew with a bit of caramel at the bottom. I get I didn't even pay $ for it since I redeemed points for this drink, but the person taking my order or the person making the order just doesn't actively listen to everything I wanted added in it seems. A little more extra attention to orders would be nice. The extras you can add to Dutchbro drinks is why some customers like me prefer you over Starbucks. :(

Their prices keep going up and I went today to order a drink that I have ordered multiple times and the lady at the counter told me that it would have to be double the price. I told her I’ve ordered it multiple times and she said that it didn’t matter and that is just how it is. Not impressed.
I never write reviews but after how I was treated last night I feel that I should. I went to Dutch Bros last night and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The employee Kate was so incredibly rude. She was very impatient, made zero eye contact, had no customer service skills what so ever. When me and my friends were trying to figure out if we were going to do one more order she snapped at me and said "what?" and gave us a dirty look. The only eye contact she made the entire time was a blank stare after that. She didn’t even ask how our night was or make any small talk, which is one of the things that always makes Dutch Bros such a fun and friendly place to go. We were honestly shocked. One of the main reasons I go to Dutch Bros is for the social interactions, the nice employees, and that's what makes getting my daily drink fun. But Kate completely ruined that for me and my friends. I cannot believe Dutch Bros would hire someone who treats their customers this way. Super disappointing.

Extra hot oatmilk latte- my usual order, I come here often. Today my order is Missing an inch of coffee in the cup, only 85% full and bitter as hell. Thanks Dutch Bros for charging me 6 buck for this BS. One car in front of me, no one behind me in line.
