I ordered the family meal from the Auburn location. It was fresh, delicious, and a great value. Great service as well. Glad Panda Express decided to put a location in Auburn.

I just moved to auburn and it looks to be just in time with my new favorite restaurant becoming available here. Good job staff! I got the BEST customer Service ever from a girl named Kahmya. She went above and beyond, best customer service I have had in a very long time anywhere I have been. Go Kahmya! You made me and my husbands day!

Kim was so friendly and welcoming. She actually made our night with her smile and energy. My guy loves Panda. Great food. This was my 1st time. I will definitely be back and that is due to the food quality and Kim's customer service. She's a keeper 🙂

Food is reasonable, parking is tight. Since the restaurant is small in size, very tight spaces when you go to sit down. Don't anybody in the restaurant sneeze, you might catch something. Always get your order to go.

Stopped in for dinner. Food quality was good, service was quick. They were busy both with dine in and their drive thru. There really was no wait to be serviced when we ordered our food. Very good selection of food that was there. As an overall, a good place to grab some decent Chinese food.

Food is decent. However, be prepared to wait an hour for your online order primarily on the weekends. The parking lot was hard to navigate with not nearly enough parking spots. The location is right next to 69 but the traffic Friday/ Saturday is unreal and not worth it.

I placed an online order, went thru the drive thru at the time i was to pick up my order .. the gentleman said they were waiting on “beef” and to park in one of the parking spots and he would have our order right out to us. 30 minutes go by, two other cars who were asked to wait have come and gone.. my husband goes inside to find everyone standing around and our order was just sitting there bagged up ready to go. Disappointing to say the least. Upside to this, the entire order was correct. would’ve just been nice to have it fresh.

If you’re hungry but don’t want crappy attitude don’t go to the Auburn IN Panda Express location. Attitude at asking questions at ordering. When I was handed bag I checked it, thank God. Box of Orange chicken up side down. Jaxson at the window opened the window while I was fixing the upside box. Said, can I help you (not like you would if you really wanted to help someone). I said, no thank you, just fixing the box that was put in upside down. His response back was. It latches and no problem. Yeah because I want my bag filled with orange sauce over other stuff. I’m in customer service and if I treated customers like this I’d expect to be fired. Not sure the girls name who took the order. I hope the owner or manager really care to do better for Auburn location.

The most popular dish and advertised dish was empty. They wait to make the dish went I ordered it. The waiteess went to ask how long before it's done? The cook said 2 min. No...8 minutes. Auburn isn't trained well enough like Ft. Wayne

Foods good bc it’s fresh most the time. but Always waiting, foods never made. I understand if you run out and have to make more. But be more prepared so customers don’t have to wait 30+ minutes after ALREADY placing their order online 30 minutes prior. Most of them dont speak English, why are the employees walking away from me? Simply bc they don’t understand me? It’s frustrating, it’s rude, it’s a waste of time, and money.

VERY slow. I have pulled up before, waited up to 10 minutes for someone to speak at drive thru, and just left. I received my double plate today with 2 entrees, drove home, just to find only one entree on the plate. The food has been hit and miss here as well.

Considering all the hype about this place we were truly disappointed. Food was just "Ok". Very noisy even with just a few people in restaurant. Staff was very difficult to hear and even more difficult to understand. Will not be back - there are many better choices in Auburn!!

Feeling for Kami; it's a pain, when people can't collect themselves and work functionally. As for the drive-thru manager Melissa; you should only move through side dishes like a lightning bolt, for the drive-thru. When you have the drive-thru loading island, loaded. Instead; you cost Kami and Neal to be without, making business inside the restaurant suffer. Finally had to go through drive-thru, because that's the only way I thought I'd get served. Quality, warm food. Instead; the attendant at the window seemed less eager to do a good job, than Neal at the front line. To Neal; take two deep breathes, next time you get to moving so fast you're making mistakes. Best of luck; Neal, from a sharer of a name. One last thing, cut your teriyaki chicken better. No one wants to shove full chicken breast in their mouth.

We ordered pick up and the app said it’d be ready at 6:11 on 7/3, yet we didn’t receive our food until 6:52. There is no reason we should be expected to wait 40 minutes for pick up.

The app was bogging down. Went through drive thru and was told that app will notify me. I already knew this. However, it is not my fault they were having computer issues with their app. I was willing to wait in a drive thru parking spot and have them bring my food out to me. This did not happen. You would think meeting them half way would be great. Nope, they had me go back thru drive thru and wait. If the app did not have my money already, I would have left.

This is the slowest panda express ever!! They never do online or call ins doordashes until there is a line forming at the pick up. Employees don't care.

I’ve waited to leave a bad review because I was hopeful. Every single time I order online I am waiting 5-10 min past the time it is supposed to be done. I get offered a drink like that is going to resolve anything, pay attention to online orders.

Order food through drive thru and it was your typical don't care cooks and window servers. They figure you don't see your food until you get home so they give you the bottom of the barrel. Ordered chow mein noodles and received a bowl of vegetables with 2 noodles. I just wonder when the manager is on do they ever see this is unacceptable and say something? In order to create customers you have to create cures. Paying attention to detail in necessary.

I waited 50 minutes for a delivery order. On the night before a holiday you should have more people than 6 working- This is like a Friday night, need better management in my opinion

Got a take out order & the food that we received was nothing close to edible. I’ve never had noodles resemble a mucus texture before, and I couldn’t even identify what was in the noodles at all. We tried to call & ask for a refund. The person who answered told us “You get what you get. It’s not our fault you don’t like it. We don’t offer refunds, so just don’t come back if you’re not happy.” and hung up. They will definitely get what they want, because we won’t.

I was made to go through the drive thru 3 times which the line was going into the road each time and I finally refused to go through once again when they tried telling me my food still was not ready. The AWFUL worker handed me my bag of food with the plate VERTICAL with the opening side faced down so all of my food poured out into the bag and I didn’t get to eat a single bite of it. Worst experience I’ve ever had. My favorite restaurant just became my least favorite restaurant.

The plates had nothing we ordered except for 1 with fried rice, wrong entree though. We order 3 sides and 9 entrees, that’s not what we got at all.
