Ordered online 10 minutes before arriving. Waited in store for another 15 to be told that our order, along with four others, would need to be pushed to the front of the ticket line. Ended up waiting for two drinks 20 minutes in store after ordering 10 in advance. 30 minutes total time. With several other coffee options in the area, Starbucks must be getting too big to care about service

I get coffee with my siblings every Saturday, and without fail, EVERYTIME I’m here they mess up at least one of the drinks I order. It’s extremely frustrating to know when they want Starbucks, I will have to stand there and wait for employees to remake something that’s on their menu after waiting for the first set of drinks. The first 3 times, I let it go assuming it was a training day. This was the fourth time. If I wanted this kind of service, I’d take them to McDonald’s.

Took over 15 minutes for my order that was supposed to be 3 to 6 minutes because there were three ladies working in there only one making drinks and taking orders and she was more focused on the drive-through than my mobile order. Then, on both of my cold drinks, she only filled my cup 3/4 of away. There is more ice in there than there is drink

Have to wonder what the point of having the app is. The last two days I ordered 10 minutes ahead and arrived at the promised ready time only to wait an additional 17 minutes for my order. 27 minutes to make one drink. If I had just gone through the drive through I probably would have my order in 5-10 minutes, tops. I understand keeping the drive through moving but that should not mean ignoring the app orders. People use the app to save time on the way to work. These last two days have me thinking maybe I should just go to the more locally sourced coffee shop just across the street. They don't have an app, but at this point, the app has lost its advantage.

Overall pretty poor experience. The staff seem to be working hard and fast, but it still takes so long to get anything. This was poor primarily in the staff and their prioritization of customers. My first day here I stood in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting for the staff to make my coffee. They had asked me multiple times what my name was, and after asking, they assured me that my order would be next. It took another 10 minutes. The next day I went in earlier when they were notably less busy, it still took 20 minutes to get my coffee. The worst part is that the staff allowed me to stand at the register for 5-8 minutes while multiple staff members walked past the register and did not even acknowledge me. No one mentioned that they would be with me soon, or cared to explain what took so long. Poor efforts and poor atmosphere from the staff. The coffee was decent, starbucks is the same everywhere so that's no surprise.

why would you go on strike because you don't think you make enough money pouring coffee???? If you wnt a better job you should learn how to do something else beside what I mastered when I was 10.

The morning shift is amazing and Mrs. Corey is a fabulous barista and leader. Stay away from the Auburn Starbucks after 8:30am. Those shifts are atrocious and there’s no sign of addressing speed, quality, and customer care. BEWARE! Only go if you have 45 minutes to spare.

Why can’t the Auburn Starbucks get the drink consistently right? I order the same drink everyday. I’m going to stop wasting my money on this store. I go to Fort Wayne or another store it’s almost always better. Today was there and bought the same drink white chocolate mocha. It’s horrible! Nothing about is white mocha. I even had them put an extra pump of expresso in . No taste of expresso and white mocha. I’ve taken drinks back several times to this store. I’m am totally through with Auburn Starbucks. I really don’t know what happened to that store but it hasn’t been the same for awhile.

The music is way too loud. I couldn’t even concentrate on my own thoughts. Gave me a bagel 20 minutes before I got my drink. Employees had to yell at each other to hear each because of the music. Worst coffee shop experience I have ever had.

Absolutely horrible service. Everyone seemed to be rude and it took forever to get drinks. No one was doing anything and they were all standing around. We ordered before 4 others but yet got our drinks last after waiting over 20 minutes. There is no need for this.

I wish I didn’t have to give 1 star but I think it’s needed. I come here often and it’s always a long wait. I order ahead every time and yet I still end up waiting 20-45 minutes by the time I get there. The staff seem to be working very hard and are sweet people so I don’t think it is their fault. Maybe they just need more staff?

Most unorganized, slow, no customerer service place I've ever dashed at. Their seems no organization or leadership in place. Everyone is all over the place. No smiles, no customer interaction. Doesn't ask what your order is. Very sad establishment. Dashing is horrible to do here
