Very happy with the quality and taste. Instead of drenching everything in sauce, they varied the amount for each flavor of wings. We ordered boneless chicken in galbi and honey garlic flavors. The galbi was a light drizzle since it was much stronger than the evenly coated honey garlic wings. Our waffle fries were breaded and freshly fried. Soju was offered in many fruity flavors as well as some draft and bottled beer options. We will definitely go back.

I’ve ordered and dined in at this location numerous times. The cost is a bit on the higher side, but the quality is worth it. Got my brother and I a quick bite to eat for pick up last night.

This place sheltered us from an awful thunderstorm last week with the best KFC I've ever had! So crispy and addictive. The cheesing was the best, but the sweet and spicy also hit the spot. Going to return soon! 😋

it was very good! This was my first time EVER trying this place. Chicken was crispy and intense with the spice which was great. I also got the cheese stick, man were those babies so cheesy and yummy. The outside was crispy and the inside was oowey and gooey. I have no complaints other than i wish i had one closer to me lol. (my photo didn’t capture the beauty of it)

I have never had a bad meal from bb.q chicken. The wings are always cooked to perfection and the steamed rice compliments it perfectly. I love the little bucket trash you get on the table for the chicken bones, very convenient. The tteokbokki is a good meal to share. They also accept Apple Pay which is very convenient for me.

Secret sauce chicken with bones and a larger fries . Service was great but meal was too expensive for the portion . Neat atmosphere and the meal just taste okay 👍🏿 .

The food was AMAZING 🤩 Crispy fried chicken, boneless wings that were not nuggets but rather chicken taken right off the bone and fried to perfection before dipped into delicious sauce. Their spiciest sauce was still somehow sweet and deep in flavor. Secret sauce and hot wings were the favorites from our group. In a larger group service is a little bit slower but still good.

Came here on a Saturday night with a group of 5 around 9:30pm. The restaurant was packed and we had to wait 10 min before a table cleared up. We ordered a large soy garlic, and a medium spicy wing. We got soju and sweet potato fries. The chicken was delicious and the sauce was amazing with it, the radish helped with the spice. The staff were nice and the service was quick. They do charge a 20% group fee for the 5 of us which is a little hefty.

My kid was talking about wanting to try Korean Fried Chicken. I had seen a few places that were much closer than this one, but decided to pull the trigger and make the road trip to North Central Austin. If you go during lunch, the parking lot is a zoo. I am not sure who designed it; but, it is really hard to get your car between the lines. I hopped out and placed my order in the door. The menu was amazing. I opted for the boneless fried chicken. I was not sure how spicy the spiciest chicken was, so I opted for the medium, spiced one. I also ordered waffle fries. I was told it would be about 20 minutes. We decided to explore the rest of the shopping center which was amazing Asian haven for anything you could think of. About 15 minutes later, I got a call that our food was ready. The boneless chicken was crispy and right the right amount of spice. I appreciated they put a little thing of ketchup and onions in the bag. If you have more than two people the medium size chicken will probably not feed everyone. I would opt for the larger size. The chicken was amazing. I am a big fan. I am glad I made the trek to North Central Austin to pick up Korean Fried Chicken. The service and food were amazing. If you have time, I would also shop the shopping center. It is a hidden gem.

*Takeout order* Was looking for a change up from my normal wing spot. This place hit hit hit the mark. It’s Korean style - dark meat and extra crispy. I love spice but went with their mild flavors this time around. The garlic honey wings had the perfect amount of sweetness and weren’t overly sticky. Definitely coming back here.

Dined in today as it looked covid-safe-ish. Tables are far apart and staff sanitize the entire table very thoroughly every time ppl leave. Had soy garlic and spicy galbi, which was a nice combo. Liked spicy galbi flavor. Want to try other flavors next time. We got to taste ddukbokki at the end - I liked it! It’s spicy but not too spicy. Has a nice kick. Overall it was a good - tasty kfc, beer, and friendly staff. Will go back and recommend!

Rating: 4.4/5 [Postmates delivery] Bb.q is a popular food chain known for its consistent food quality. Pickled Radish ($1.20): Pricey, but they give you a large container. We didn't know that each order already came with a side of pickled radish so we ended up with an extra one. Caribbean Spice Wings (Medium - 9 Pieces, $21.54): Crispy chicken slathered in their special Caribbean jerk sauce. We don't usually eat Caribbean food, so I was surprised when my husband ordered this flavor--but it turned out to be really good! Honey Garlic Wings (Medium - 9 Pieces, $21.54): Brushed with a sweet, soy-based sauce. A classic flavor you can't go wrong with. These were a bit crispier than the Caribbean Spice wings since they weren't as saucy. Cheesling Side Sauce ($3.20): A generous portion of rich, sweet cheese powder sauce--great for an extra flavor boost. However, we barely made a dent in it since the wings were already flavorful enough on their own.

Korean BBQ Chicken winner It's a chain but they do a great job. Nice hot and crispy Korean style BBQ chicken. They have a variety of flavors with a fair portion. You can get away with a medium for two if you add a side or two. You can have bone in or boneless. Note the boneless isn't just white meat, they include some dark which I like. Atmosphere is fine, nothing fancy, but nice. I will point out though the staff is friendly, they do encourage you to leave. I've been here a few times and it wasn't a one time thing. I find it a bit annoying but not a deal breaker.

It was a cool vibe. We got there right at opening on a Saturday. A few other parties already there. There were tvs everywhere with pop playing in the background. The tables are somewhat spread out with a bar at the front if you just want drinks. We ddeok bokki (add cheese!) and waffle fries, which had such a great kick in spice. We did half and half, which are boneless wings that are shaped like wings with dark meat..flavors classic and half secret. Classic is def better on bone in chicken/wings. The secret has heavy cinnamon flavor with a little kick, so if you don't like cinnamon, pass on it. We also got an order of galbi wings, which is described as smokey, and that's really the only the only way to explain.. good but different. The customer service was so good. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Lots of parking spaces. The staff was super friendly, and establishment was clean. We started with Yogurt Soju. It’s hard to find in restaurants, and one of my favorite Sojus. So, I was excited to see they offered it. We ordered Cheese Sticks, So-Ddeok, Steamed Rice, and Soy Garlic boneless chicken. Everything was delicious, except the Soy Garlic Chicken. I don’t know how it’s usually served, but as you can see from the picture the Soy Garlic sauce was super clumpy and gelatinous. The chicken was really dry, so it missed the mark for me. I still recommend this place, and I will be back.

A decent place to satiate your craving for Korean fried chicken. This time around I got the boneless (I know lameeee) hot spicy. Let me tell ya, it was definitely hot and spicy. Just a fair warning to whoever gets it. We also got an order of the rose ddeokbokki which was pretty tasty. It’s not the best Korean chicken I’ve had and the prices are pretty high, but it’s definitely worth a visit!

The customer service, hospitality, and clean atmosphere are excellent, but the unacceptable wait times are a major issue. I waited nearly 45 minutes for my 9 nuggets, even though there were orders ahead of mine. Better queuing and ticketing options for cooks and waiters would improve this. The chicken is overpriced for the quality. I paid $17.95+ for 9 medium-sized nuggets, but the temperature, taste, and texture were decent. Donkey Mo’s Korean Fried Chicken down the street offers better food, cheaper prices, and shorter wait times.

TLDR: overall, decent chicken, but very pricey for what you get. Came here for a weekend dinner. It's sort of not the restaurants fault, but parking is terrible in the whole center. I went with the spicy chicken and an order of fries. The chicken appears to be thighs, and was well fried. the sauce was pretty good, but not revolutionary. The fries were hot and crisp. Nothing was particularly wrong with it, it just seemed rather plain, and for the price tag, I expected more than what I got. Good chicken for a bad value. 3.25/5

The place had a weird smell when walking in. Smelled like someone had used the bathroom and left a little present. Thank god it went away after a few minutes or we would of left. But other than that, the food was amazing. If you love bone in wings then this should be your number one place. Wings were fresh and crispy. French fries weren’t greasy or soggy, and the CheeseSticks were very cheesy. We will definitely give this place a second chance because they had great food and customer service ! Hopefully it’ll smell better next time.

Almost $30 for some chicken skins and flavorless fries. Whatever you do don’t order the boneless as it’s just fried chicken skins. The staff was very nice, but the food was horrible and very overpriced.

Don’t let the appeal of the sauces or the presentation of the food fool you. These were the most tasteless wings I’ve ever had. Rotisserie chicken from the grocery store tastes better than this. Not worn a cent.

Please be very careful coming to this restaurant. On December 11th evening, I ordered half cheesling and half spicy original wings. Later that night, I experienced food poisoning and it lasted for a couple of days. I went to the store and was told to file a complaint to the corporate office. I had written two messages since then and no response has been received. Clearly the company didn’t care about food sanitation.
