Spent the day in Austin and stopped in here for brunchi breakfast. Before you arrive at this location just know this location has no seating inside. The outdoor seating was very clean and organized. Plenty of seating and there is a bathroom available. It’s kiosk style ordering which is cool. We ordered the the Carolina caviar, bird bird bacon, fries and peach sweat tea. Once your order is ready just pop up to the window and grab your stuff. Yall these biscuit sandwiches were amazing. The chicken that was on that biscuit was ginormous!!! Both biscuits were 10/10 great and the portions were solid. Dont be scared of the pimento cheese it added a nice moistness and flavor to the sandwich. The bird bird biscuit could have used a little more bacon. The fries were seasoned like someone who knows there way around a fry lol!! And cooked to perfection with the exact crispy outside and soft inside. So good. I would totally come back and recommend to friends.

Really good chicken biscuit. I had the firebird and the breadingw was nicely spiced but I wouldn't call it spicy. The pickles were awesome. The cilantro sauce made it quite messy, but it had good flavor. I also had the biscuit donuts and I would highly recommend. They were quite doughy but was perfect consistency. You can't really go wrong with the cinnamon sugar. I ordered ahead for pickup, and it was ready right on time. Unless missed it, there was no location to order other than some terminals on the deck. There was also only outdoor seating, but it was nicely covered. Parking is shared with Loro and the other business in there, so it was kinda a mess, but there was parking. It was a little hard to find since the marker was on another building, but just head to Loro and it's at the back of the building next door.

This place had the best chicken sandwich ever! Definitely recommend the Queen Beak. The black pepper honey and mayo is delicious. The staff was also amazing and very polite. Will come again anytime I’m in Austin!

Because of that, I was hesitant to try this place and expected to be disappointed again. I’ll admit, I'm a value conscious and it matters to me at every level, from fine dining to casual and fast food. That said, I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken sandwich was excellent and actually exceeded my expectations. The fries were also spot on, and they didn’t skimp on the portion, which a lot of places tend to do. I’d highly recommend Bird Bird Biscuit, and I’m already looking forward to going back.

Been eating these breakfast sandos since they opened on Manor and now their South Lamar location rocks and is closer so I will be eating here more and more often, and gaining so many delicious pounds. Love this place, love the people behind the scenes, hope they keep expanding further south! I didn’t spend time in the patio sitting space but there seemed to be ample.

The fried chicken sandwich with honey and chipotle mayo was AMAZING. Chicken was crisp to perfection. Staff was really nice and just had great vibes overall. Only thing I would recommend is more seating. As soon as we got up to pick up our order, our seats were taken.

My brother visits us from out of town and his request every time is to have BBB. It’s his absolute favorite. We were absolutely thrilled to have a location that’s closer to us being in the south side of Austin. It’s not everyday that we have received outstanding service from places in Austin especially in more fast casual settings. It has really set this place apart for us and I think we’ll be going back much more often just because of it. We couldn’t tell if it was because of the outstanding service but even the food tasted that much better for it. Brittany was attentive, warm and inviting. She made sure that we were comfortable and looked after. It left us all feeling good for the day ahead of us. Thank you!

I suppose the 30 degree weather interfered with the network, but the friendly staff quickly addressed the issue and made my food within a few short minutes after. I ordered the “Lovely Day” (House-Made Chicken Sausage Biscuit with Cheddar Cheese) and absolutely fell in love. The chicken sausage and cheddar cheese are a match made in heaven, and the fresh biscuits wrapped it all together. Truly the best biscuit I’ve ever had in my life. I finished eating closer to 8 AM, and a line of customers were forming. This place is absolutely the spot and I highly recommend for all biscuit lovers!

If you like fluffy biscuits and juicy and tender chicken this is the place to go. I went with the Carolina Caviar which was hatch chilli pimento on top of chicken in a huge biscuit. It was a little on the messy side but worth it with all of the flavor. The fries were perfectly seasoned. I met Brian the owner and he had a great smile and an incredible personality

Perfect place to treat yourself for brunch. The food is always great and so is the customer service. I had a small issue last time I went and the team quickly reached out and comped me with a full sandwich!

Waited over AN HOUR for my online order, when asked how long they kept saying “5 minutes” for 30 minutes. Asked for some sort of refund for the delay and they denied me saying they would have to give something to everyone else, which they should!! If you are that backed up, pause the online orders or change the prep time to be more accurate. Judging by the crowd waiting they upset a lot of customers today. UPDATE: I decided to raise my rating based on the professionalism of how the managers reached out to me and handled the situation. Because of their prompt response to make it right, I’d be open to giving it another try

I’ve been to the other locations and the food is always great, but today the experience was a little worse. When we got there a bunch of the biscuits were sold out, except for the Theodore which luckily was the one both me and my girlfriend wanted, my girlfriend ordered putting an over medium egg on hers and checked out. When it was my turn we realized that now all the biscuits were sold out, she got the last one with no indication, which really sucked for me since it meant we then had to go somewhere else for my lunch. After 15 minutes of wait she got her biscuit and we ran to the car to find another place for me to eat, and once we were in the car and driving she realized that they didn’t even include the egg that she paid an extra $1.5 for. Honestly pretty bad experience for a place that’s charging us nearly $15 for a sandwich, and ruined our lunch plans of me showing her a good place I like.

Insaneeee wait time. Do not come here if you’d like online orders to take precedent over your order at the kiosk at the physical location (told by employee outside). Waited over an hour for a two person order. How does that make any sense? When I eventually got my food, the order was messed up and food was barely warm. Extremely disappointing

This place is ridiculous. Had to wait well over an hour for a small order. All while watching people who ordered online get their food well before me. Do not recommend coming here unless you have nothing to do the rest of the day. Update: Got the food and it was room temperature. My sandwich was missing the sauce and they completely forgot to give me the bacon I ordered. We went up to ask for it and the lady just said ok and handed us cold bacon. Was really looking forward to trying this place and was completely disappointed .
