I like their baked potatoes and chili, not to mention their frosties.

We ordered on their app which was easy; super easy to customize your order too. The food was ready just shortly after we got there. The Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger was delicious! Everything on it went perfectly together. I'll definitely order it again. Their ice tea was even good, which is rare for a fast food place. Great lunch.

An American institution with great burgers, awesome shakes and clean restaurants. This place always has fresh food and the service is generally better than other places, with less queues and fast service when you order, particularly if you sit inside. When I'm traveling on the road this is a place that I frequently stop at.

The kids commented that their Wendy’s meals were the most perfect they had ever seen. Everything was stacked perfectly, had the right amount of condiments, and was the right temperature.

I really like Wendy's. I think their french fries are better than McDonald's. I like to think that Wendy's has a better quality of food also. Their lines are not as long. They have wonderful salads! They have good deals on food like their four-for-four. I also like when I get home they haven't screwed up my order some way. Good job Wendy's!

5 stars for wendys during the day, 2 stars for wendys during the night shift. during the day, it's one of my favorite places to go. everything is so fresh and never had an order messed up. went there at night recently for the first time and wasn't too happy with the service. so much of my order was forgotten. the staff was laughing and joking, which is fine but they didn't seem to care much about what was going on. did get a free frosty tho!

Handicap parking at far end of building nowhere near the door. My wife fell down and someone parked next to us jumped out to help her and someone from inside came out to help her. Wonderful people in the Gilroy area. Thank you.

So this was my first time trying Wendy’s and I totally loved it!!! They lady at the drive thru was super nice and she just made my day, I asked for her name and I think it’s Patricia, she’s absolutely amazing, I wish every fast food place has someone like her. Going back soon the food was delicious.

We stopped at this location on a drive from San Jose to Monterey at approximately 11AM on a Thursday. The food was hot and delicious and the staff was friendly. Probably the best Wendy's I have ever been too, it puts the one 2 mins from my home in Las Vegas to shame.

Fairly typical Wendy's. Good food and a frosty, the front and bathrooms were clean, employees were friendly.

Food good, slow service the day I was there and didn't have the bake potatoes.

Pretty decent, easier to order ahead and pickup the order. The line is usually long and it's a weird parking lot with one way in. Cool staff.

I love Wendy's but this one never has coffee ready to go! Its a little frustrating when you are driving long distances and trying to get a burger through drive thru windows

Wendys always has good food. Just make sure you have all you asked for before you pull off. I didn't hey napkins or my condiments. My son walked back to the window to get it.

Regular Wendys, good customer service. Pet peeve; no mirror in the bathroom. I asked the staff why no mirror? They said mirrors are safety hazards, people break/shatter them. So I think there are always solutions like plastic mirrors at least. Its just courteous to have one.

Great food to be honest. Specifically the BLT and the strawberry lemonade. There were a few things that could have been better about the service (I asked for dine in and they gave it to me in take out bag and they were missing wildberry lemonade), but nothing really problematic.

It's a good place to go for a cheap, tasty meal. The meat isn't frozen so it's a lot more fresh. The service is quick and easy. Nice place to relax and enjoy a nice meal.

It's a Wendy's. Service here is usually average speed, but the dining room is always clean. So, they've got that going for them...

I drive from morgan hill every once and a while just to get Wendy's. Especially breakfast. I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because I wish they had their own parking lot to sit and eat in. I usually park in the grocery outlet lot next door. It works tho.

One of the best Wendy's in Fresno. Good service, remodeled dining room, clean and stocked restrooms and good service. Good is always made after order. Fries are always hot and delicious. A very good variety menu even for vegetarians.

We are driving down to Disneyland so we just needed a quick bite to eat. Wendy's was the choice and I am glad we chose this place. Clean bathroom and it was stocked with toilet paper, toilet seat covers & the soap was filled. The customer service was exceptional, the guy messed up on the nugget order & apologized. He gave us extra nuggets. 4 stars because the drink selection was fairly limited. It was a couple of those Coca cola machines where you can make thousands of combos. They did not have Plain Minute Maid Lemonade, and they only had popular choices i.e. Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite. Also the area where you get the lids & straws was really messy. They should have hole to put trash or maybe a lil trash can there. Our food was great! I ordered the chili with onions & cheese, it was perfect.

I have always liked Wendy's. The food is good and the drive thru is quick. It is a good place to stop after the library... I am always hungry after a couple hours of browsing.

I ordered the $5 biggie bag. I ate the Jr. Bacon cheese burger, although they didn't make it the way I asked. I'm giving them a 2 for atmosphere because I went through the drive thru.

It's a new build style of Wendy's Super slow service, they only would have people order from the kiosks and some folks just don't know how to use them. Was not "fast food"

Needed a late night bite while driving home and nothing else was open.they were out of a few things but the food was typical. The cashier was ok but not friendly at all, just had a mundane attitude

When I went , their soda machine had maybe 8 options out of 30. The dining room was okay at best. Plus side: the staff was very friendly.

Every single time I go. They always get my order wrong. They do fix it without any attitude and very apologetic. But the fact I have to drive back get back In line its frustrating.

Not sure $15 gets you the quality employee you once got for $10. Didn't want to ask for help and didn't know how to change ingredients. Food was tasty but service was bad though timely.

The day I took my family was shortly after they had first opened, and it was pretty clear that not everyone had figured out how to do what they needed to do... and, to not help with what wasn't their assigned role for the shift. Ultimately, not a fantastic experience. But, hopefully will get better with time.

Food was fresh and hot. Deive thru service was friendly and quick. But they didn't have any barbeque sauce for the chicken nuggets! Not sure how you run out of sauce. They only had ranch and sweet and sour.

I love the baked potatoes but,Depends what time in evening they are always out of them and if they do have them.The potatoes is very sloppy and small and or overcooked.most of the staff I meet at drive up are not very courteous,they are more into talking to one another.I've gone to other Wendy's out of town...theyre much better...its a shame....I'll go back to them after a few weeks to see if any change

Slow service, difficult parking, ever increasing cost, difficult communicating with the drive thru attendant, not the friendliest of employees and to top it off, it is fast food. Not my first choice to go for food. Frosties are a redeeming quality.

Rolling through drive thru. Only vehicle at restaurant. They ask us to pull up and park so they can cook new fries. We temporarily refuse, being the only vehicle there. So they give us old fries to send us away as soon as possible. Won't be returning to this location.

I love the food but when the person taking your order straight walks away from you when you are giving her your order and goes to help someone else and doesn't say anything is RUDE AF. Luckily for her I didn't walk away cause I had a hungry kid waiting for some food. Customer service needs improvement.

Great service, but the food was a bit disappointing. I haven't eaten at Wendy's regularly for several years, so it may just be that my tastes have changed. However, I've had a similar experience at a few different Wendy's locations lately, so it may have been due to changes to their recipes.

As far as Wendy's goes, I wasn't disappointed. Food was tasty and the place was clean. The service could have been quicker.

Friendly amazing staff and fair prices but there's always a smell in this particular Wendy's location. I can't put my finger on it. I usually sit in the back away front the kitchen and bathroom to avoid the smell. I'm guessing it's coming from the bathroom.

It's a standard Wendy's. It does seem to take longer than other local fast food restaurants to get a mobile order. Also, as a customer it was frustrating to see an employee put in an order at the front, and receive said order, before customers have had the chance to do either. Overall it feels unorganized every time we've gone in.

Went inside to order my food thought it would make it easier to use a coupon. I was wrong, nobody was trained on how to use a coupon. Then I order garlic fries half way thru waiting they tell me they don't have garlic sauce. Pretty bummed out by then. The burger was ok but my Baconator fries were terrible and the cheese and fries were cold. Not the best experience today not sure if I ever wanna go back.

don't get me wrong, I love Wendy's. But this branch lacks staff, and there are times where the while shop is closed (except for the drive thru) even if it says they operate from Monday to Sunday.

Suggestion: if you are going to have a vehicle wait for an order have them park in the parking lot & not the side of the drive thru. Not enough room for cars to pass by when it’s a van waiting

I can never seem to have a good experience at Wendy's! Maybe it's just my luck! We usually come for the chili but they haven't had it on more than a few occasions and I have to make sure I double check the order before I leave because we are usually short an item or two.

Restroom was gross. French fries were cold, potato was very small. Young man at the counter was nice. Size of large frosty has gotten a lot smaller.

This is the first time that I have stopped in while traveling that the French fries tasted like the oil was old, and way too much salt. I will stop again on my way home to see if there's a chance that they will be better.

Wow!! Extremely slow service. Probably because of all the fighting in the back. All me and the other customers could hear was one guy cussing out another guy because he was "just standing there"! I thought for sure there was going to be a World Star situation there. The girl in the front was chill. It's clean.

Orders a grilled chicken sandwich reiterated I wanted lettuce and tomato and only recvd a cold sandwich with no lettuce and very small piece of chicken! Go to KFC it's much better , hot , bigger and a better value

Went through drive through. They got my order wrong. I went around to go inside to change the food I was given for what I ordered and the doors were locked. I didn't know why. Then someone came out and I went in and explained what happened. They told me the lobby was closed. I told them I just wanted the order corrected. They exchanged my nuggets. They exchanged them but complained about it in Spanish. Sucks that this is the only Wendy's around, but I don't think I'll be going again.

Very disappointed in Wendy's... I used to go regularly and my favorite meal is the spicy chicken sandwich... They used to be a big thick juicy chunk of chicken... What I got today can barely pass as a piece of meat... $18 bucks for a meal and this is what you get... Completely unacceptable 🤬 We know fast food prices have skyrocketed... That doesn't mean quality should suffer... Bad Wendy's... Service was good... took a bit long ... atmosphere was good.. tv, fireplace, clean... so disappointing 😞

While I was doing a job nearby I would come here a few times a week for almost two months and never had an issue. This time however was a very different experience. In short, Ernan can't comprehend a simple order. And when Ernan doesn't understand your order he will have you try to decipher what's on his screen to see if it is correct or not. As a customer and not being trained on their register inputs I could not verify. Ernan then yells for another employee to check it, in-between yelling at employees to inform them of the job duties he will not be doing. She verifies that the order is correct. Then for some reason that's when Ernan gets mad and throws a fit like a 3 year old because I somehow confused him when I ordered the $5 Biggie bag, and a Cod sandwich. I realize dealing with customers can be overwhelming. But it wasn't even lunch time and the few people that were there besides myself all had issues as well. Ernan is not a good choice to interact with the customers.

I was really disappointed in my meal. I ordered the $5 big bag. My burgers were burnt and the chicken nuggets were cold. There was no excuse since the place was empty when we walked in.

Bad drive thru service, the person who took my order was very short and rude. Also was shorted on my meal. Don't know why the dinning room is still closed being that we are in the orange tier now.

My hamburger was burnt, the piece of lettuce was only a single layer that didn't even cover the bun, the tomato was so thin that you could've read a newspaper through it, no mustard and very little mayo. A disaster! Not worth the $6.53 I spent. I will be writing to Wendy's headquarters.

Terrible service, screwed up order three times, not open for walk-in customers, drive thru only at 4pm, no manager on duty, employees don't speak or understand English. Absolutely appalling way to run a business and treat customers.

Ordered chicken parmesan salad. I got lettuce and chicken. It did not have any tomatoes or croutons. I found 3 little slices of parmesan cheese. When I called to complain, I was told all franchee's were not same. Apparently this is true. Some actually offer the food as advertised and other just make it up and cheap out. The tea is brown but tasted like water. Apparently they opted to not use teabags either.

Their employees don’t know what a meal consists of. For example, they forget the chips and sour cream on a taco salad. I’ve questioned the employees and they said they didn’t know what a taco salad consists of.

Worst Wendy’s ever! Worst service ever! Always cussing and being loud and boring music and it’s very atrocious! I ordered a pineapple mango lemonade and they repeated it back to me twice then gave me a tropical berry lemonade, when I let them know they gave me the wrong one the gal just looked at me with an attitude and snatched it from my hand and threw it in the trash.. like umm ok… do not recommend

This place is a joke. They earned a spot on my boycott forever list due to mind bogglingly idiotic and jaw droppingly rude customer service. The only employees I've ever encountered there are either barely functional morons or low-life mutant thugs, or both. The management is obviously incompetent. And the corporation is oblivious. This nasty little burger shack is a stain on the town. It singlehandedly lowers the quality of life here simply by operating. It should be shut down and forcibly retrained, or just shut down...for the good of the community. Don't ever patronize this blight.

Sitting in drive-thru waiting on a breakfast burrito 10 mins no one in line

It was very bad . We had to wait a long time for are food. Me and my son got Ares in about 15 minutes and my girlfriend who ordered a salad had to wait an additional 10 minutes. They weren't sorry about it either! Never again!

This wendys is terrible. I ordered with a app, which charged me twice, and didnt have my food ready. The employee at window was rude when i explained my problem. So i ask to speak to manager who refused to acknowledge the situation, and told me to take it up with my bank. So after paying the second time i got my food late and incorrect with burnt fries.

Today my mom and I went for a late lunch, She enjoys the baked potatoes and the comfortable dining room. Today the dining room was 75° at 3:30pm. The Manager Raul pretended to adjust it but the blower vent never turned on. We were there for 45 min & it stayed the same. I feel unappreciated & not valued as a customer. Raul did suggest we sit somewhere closer to soda machine for the door breeze & stated the air conditioner was broken. He was not apologetic or sympathetic at all. About a year or so ago the Manager Yajida always welcomed customers and made us feel like Family. So if you're looking to go inside do it on a cold day.

Gilroy Wendys is the worst ive ever been to.the burgers taste and look like they been sitting all day the edges of the burger are discolored definitely not fresh and definitely not warm..i went on four different days and times because normally i like wendys. But no not this location it was a fail each time once part of my burger was a actually cold as in cold from fridge.

Just made a quick stop for some snack. I order fries with no salt and they decides just give me fries with salt. They probably thought that I cannot tell but on the first bite it was very obvious it was salted all over. I rarely ever write reviews on fast food because you know it's fast food but this was a very upsetting even McDonald's don't cheat on me on no salt fries....

I went there a couple weeks ago to dine in and as soon as I walked in the door the whole interior smelled like backed up sewage. There wasn't anyone in the dining room and I left before I threw up. This place should be shut down by the health department pending investigation.

This was $4. & the lady with a bun & black hair was very rude about it when I asked if it could get filled up more. Very disrespectful!

I only ordered 4 items with no one behind me in the drive thru. They didnt give me one of the items and my drink had no ice i ordered a frostie that i had to drink and as for the fries they were cold like been under the light too long. I dont ever have to check my order if its just a couple of things but now i guess i do. Even the smallest order can get messed up.

i’ve ordered doordash from here twice the first time i ordered i got a chocolate frosty and they gave me a vanilla one which i had no problem with but i ordered again today doordash at 9pm they got my whole order wrong and didnt even give me a frosty at all when i ordered one they could’ve told my dasher to let me know or to substitute it but they gave me nothing this location sucks and needs better service tbh. stop being lazy

This location is the worst we’ve ever been to, we have been here twice since it’s the nearest to us. The first time they forgot our burger in the kids meal & a side of bacon. The manager was rude when we called to complain, this time both of our burgers were raw, the meat was pink & we paid over $50 for this order, I didn’t even bother to call again since the manager was rude the first time. It’s disgusting, made us throw up

Food is fine and while there are a couple of polite/good employees there however, the bad outweighs the good. They constantly park you when you go through drive-thru but their establishment has no space for that, the drive-thru doesn't flow into a parking lot. I'm not going to risk scratching up my rims to get close enough to the curb in your tiny lane. I understand they do it to keep their service time down (i worked fast food for years) but it's freaking ridiculous. Use your head and find other ways to do it. Personally, I could easily memorize the first few orders and wouldn't input until the customers were ready to pay. Anything I couldn't memorize I'd write down on a piece paper while keeping communication open with my kitchen staff. Also, when they get orders wrong they throw the biggest fits and try to gaslight you when you all want is the proper order. I don't even ask for the cost difference which would be in my favor, and I still get attitude. Lastly, they give the most attitude when you're doing them a favor and notifying about the bathroom being unacceptably filthy. Guy came in and pee'd everywhere, I get that they're busy but we could've done without the condescending "you know there's a starbucks across the street, use theirs". Yeah, except i'm not a paying customer over there, i'm a paying customer here and all we did was mention the restroom was filthy. I even asked for some disposable gloves so i could wipe the seat down myself so i could clean it. I understand it's against their protocol to let me do that but again, the attitude was not needed. I've pretty much stopped coming here now, I know my one portion of RMR (like once a month) won't hurt them but keep pushing more customers away and the books will take a hit. I'm one of the last people who will give fast food service employees a hard time, because as I said, i worked it. We've had food thrown at us, had to clean up drug paraphernalia, clean up feces all over the walls, deal with being yelled at, etc etc. So for me to say something, trust me it took a lot of bad experiences. I refrained from reviewing mostly because some of their employees are sweet and nice. Hopefully they keep them, and get rid of the others.

The food here is great as ever, but prices are too damn high. Service and quality have plummeted as well. The girl I order from tried to overcharge my meal when I asked it made a specific way, ballooning the price. Worse yet, it took over 10 minutes to get my meal. The staff is also lazy. They beg you to use the kiosks because they don't want to interact with you at all. If they do, they look scared, quiet and nervous. These are not people who should be working. Nothing fast or really worth it about this Wendy's. Go elsewhere.

Long wait times, menu items constantly unavailable, rude staff, lobby has a unique stench, and even though they open at 6:30am the app won't accept orders until almost 7am at this location. Don't know if the staff is purposely refusing to accept app orders but the last time I placed one about 15 minutes in advance they didn't pull my ticket until I waited in line for an additional 5-7 minutes. Spent my whole lunch break waiting for food I pre-ordered.

I went in earlier to get 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. I asked for NO tomato on both and to add pickles. It was even shown on the screen the changes made to both sandwiches. Instead I got both sandwiches one with tomatoes and one without and no pickles. I didn’t pay almost $22 for something I didn’t not ask for. ridiculous.
