Cozy wooden bar, shaded beer garden, and a great food truck. The German menu of burgers, bratwurst, and pretzels matches the bar aesthetic. Austin's oldest brewery looks the part. I especially enjoyed the vanilla porter with a BBQ house burger. It was a spirited place to watch a UT football game. Nestled in the medical district, the bar has its own small parking lot, street parking nearby, and adjacent business parking after hours.

Unpretentious Austin of yesteryear still stands with an amazing beer (and now cocktail and wine) selection with the adjacent Little House food truck to help you along with your libations. Dart boards. Great patio seating. And an ambiance that can’t be bested.

Flew into Austin and our friend drove us to this spot late at night. It was a very chill vibe with metal music playing. We ordered our beers and they were served right away. The bbq burger and fries from the little house out back was delicious.

Tons of 🍺🍺🍺 and house beers are really good. Should definitely try the IPA’s. Very rustic look and perfect for the pub and brewery. I will surely return here again and try more of their house beers 🙂

One of the few places left in Austin that have good food and good drinks, not an influencer heavy aesthetic. Their beer is incredible, and the burgers from the food truck make Clark’s burger taste like trash.

Brews are great! I had a German Pilsner that really hit the spot. We also got food from the food truck. The pepperwurst is amazing! I can’t recommend that enough. I enjoyed the German style wings. The only thing they need to change is the blue cheese dresssing. They make it in house but you really can’t taste it. The spices on the wings completely overpower it. The fries were also awesome!

The Draught House Pub is a great neighborhood tap room! I have been bellying up to the bar here off and on for decades. It is a great Irish/British pub located in North Central Austin. It thankfully survived the pandemic. They have plenty of beer on tap and outdoor seating. They have a food trailer out front offering Fish & Chips, burgers and other pub grub. This is a laid back casual hang frequented by locals and travelers who are in the know. Do yourself a favor and get down here for a pint ot two 🍺🍻. Don't forget to tip! U love this place!

One of the best brew pubs in town. Have been coming here for ages. Great selection of local and in house brews. Great environment to catch up with old friends or debate differences in opinions. Love the smell of the place, old wood and wax, spilt beer. There’s not of these places left in Austin these days. Parking is tight, so expect to park down the way and walk.

ADA wheelchair accessible....pet friendly inside and on the patio...only problem was 1 bathroom and a lot of beers 😆 🤣 great beer selection and frozen gin and tonics...one of the oldest beer pubs in Austin. Glad your still around...parking is a bit tricky but bring your beer buddies and cheers to a good time.

Great classic Austin vibe outside, good English pub vibe inside. Lots of seating but not too much parking. Bar service was meh, beer was delicious. Food truck service was fast and burgers were delicious. My biggest complaint was no high chairs even though there were a ton of babies there and it seems to be a business that attracts families.

Bartender was insanely rude. They have a slew of in house beers. I asked to sample one because well they are not sold anywhere else…. Got the biggest attitude. Eye roll. Gestures. I just left. Ridiculous.
