Fun, atmospheric bar with low prices on food and drinks, especially Coors on Thursdays. The bar hosts occasional events with specials that make going even more of a good deal. Inside there are a couple pool tables, many bar stools, and several tables and booths. Outside in front of the building are several shades tables. They were also playing some great Western tinged music when I went. There is a small free parking lot and free street parking nearby.
Place is a hidden gem. Just started looking for new spots to go and this place has a nice throwback vibe and is CHEAP all around with some insane bar food ! Pretty much got one of each food item and they all were excellent
Fraziers is such a special place! We went for a dog rescue event that was promoting adoptable puppies and fostering local dogs. The energy was amazing, the food was great, and service was impeccable. They deserve all the credit for supporting local charities and being high quality on all fronts!
This is one of the best retro bar experiences you will find in Austin. They have great drinks, pool, shuffleboard and delicious bar food. Their fried pickles with jalapeño ranch are in the top 3 we've ever had. Be careful though, the breading is thick and retains oil so they are molten lava out of the fryer. Their chopped cheese and hot dogs are also great.
Come here on Thursdays for $2 Coors banquet draft. Excellent bar food. Old school bar atmosphere with pool and shuffleboard. Ambiance is very loud.
Top favorite bar in town, with a great kitchen. They have fresh cooked bar food (none of that frozen pizza roll crap), a good beer selection, and quick/efficient service. They have two pool tables and one table shuffle board, so you can enjoy some game time while you grab a drink. The parking is pretty limited, so expect to search for street parking.
Frazier's is very popular among Industry people and I can understand why. The food is delicious and cheap, the drinks are strong and well made and tbh, it's nice to go to a bar where there aren't kids running around. It is not gourmet food, but it is darn tasty. The McD's style cheeseburgers are amazing and very successful facsimiles, the cheese fries were velveeta style, also delicious, and the wings were spot on also (buffalo and buffalo XXX sauce). We will be back.
Great bar that plays awesome jams with some fantastic bar food. Got a coney, cheese burger and a Coors for $12. Daily specials on drinks and the food is very fairly priced. Fries are served as spiral spuds which I think was pretty cool and unique. They also had 2 pool tables, shuffle board and some shaded outside patio seating.$2 Coors on Thursday! Served in a frosted mug. Really can’t beat that deal anywhere in Austin.
Best Smash Burger in Town! 🍔 Frazier's absolutely NAILED it with their $5 smash burger. It's like the McDonald's Double Cheeseburger, but on steroids! Seriously, this is the burger you've been dreaming of. Don't even think about skipping the fries - and trust me, add the cheese! 🧀 This place is a hidden gem. You won't regret it!
First visit on a late night (9:30 pm) food recommendation. Tried several things, in fact, had a ton of left over food. Hot dog w/ grilled kraut was so good I’m already thinking about when I’m going back. Wings were yummy! All the food was super hot and fresh which was awesome for “bar food.” Cool vibe, great jukebox, friendly and helpful service. More of a bar than a late night food option but we will definitely be back!
Frazier's Long and Low in Austin, TX, is the epitome of a classic dive bar with its authentic atmosphere and charm. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with the nostalgic sounds of a jukebox, the clinking of pool balls, and the shuffle of shuffleboard pucks. The decor feels like a trip back in time, giving the place a timeless appeal. The food at Frazier's is a delightful surprise for a dive bar. Their bar food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it easy to indulge without breaking the bank. From crispy chicken wings to juicy burgers, there's something to satisfy every craving. The bartender adds to the welcoming vibe, serving up drinks with a smile and striking up conversations with both regulars and newcomers alike. The locals are friendly and welcoming, making it easy to feel like a part of the community, even if it's your first time there. Overall, Frazier's Long and Low offers a genuine Austin experience that's hard to find elsewhere. Whether you're looking for a place to grab a bite, enjoy a few drinks, or just soak in the local atmosphere, this dive bar is a must-visit when in Austin.
This place is a real gem. The atmosphere is like 1980's neighborhood bar, complete with light up vintage beer signs, faux leather booths, a long bar with seating, and vintage blown glass swag lamps. Heckin' cozy, but on weekends is very lively and a hell of a good time. Pool tables, a great jukebox, staff is friendly and down to earth. There's a little covered patio out front too. They're open for lunch even on weekdays and you'll find the best corn dog in town, really great little basic burgers (meat, cheese, pickles), and big thicc seasoned potato wedge fries. Offering a full bar, cocktails, frozen ritas, and basic beers on tap or in bottles. A great place to eat, bring your friends for a drink, or meet people. (Pics taken on a weekday at opening time)
Very nice bar that I've never been to before and was here for about an hour and a half and had a drink and some food. Overall, the one thing I got was the chicken wings, which were pretty decent good flavors, and the bartender was really cool and overall friendly! The atmosphere was pretty retro, and I enjoyed a lot of these signs and advertisements for all the different beers, and some of them are kind of funny.
When I walked into this bar I stepped into 1990. Not only the old school atmosphere gives this place its nostalgic dive bar feel, but the prices too. $2 Coors Banquets on Thursday nights is unheard of? In this economy? Get out of here. This place is class. Best bar food I’ve ever had. Wings and burgers here are a go. Not to mention everything is under $10. Very impressed. Bring your boys and your girls. Have a drink. Or don’t. This place rocks.
Accessibility is almost perfect y’all need to put accessible parking poles on the two spots in front of your door and paint a no parking zone in front of your door because the only accessible spot in your lot is taken by the store next door who is clearly terrible about parking with all the signs. Accessible seating and restroom, yes. Accessible parking lot, no.
Pro tip: get the corn dog with a side of the chili. This is tech not on menu but easily accomplished. (You are welcome 😉) Great dive bar to get a cheap beer and a solid hotdog. Be aware if you sit outside you will smell like you smoked a pack of cigarettes when you are done, but that is what you SHOULD expect from a spot like this. Billiards, shuffleboard, juke box and cheap eats and beer is what you come here for.
Came by to grab some food from this spot My friend said this is one of the hidden gems in Austin if you're in the south area. He recommended getting the corn dogs and french fries which I did grab some and I got a burger and I got some cheese fries It was pretty good it wasn't super amazing but it definitely hit the spot and I hadn't been drinking so I was more sober for this experience concerning it was at a bar. There's a little bit of wait time for the food but overall it was all pretty good and it was pretty cheap honestly which is very surprising. The restrooms were actually pretty decently clean considering it's a bar which is wild to me. Overall I definitely think I will come back.
Super disappointed, went there, hoping to check out what was apparently a lie about the good service the great food. I walked in and asked for a beer was told they don’t have that asked for another kind of beer. They don’t have that settled for a Bud Light looking over the menu the bartender never came back. In fact, she completely disappeared. I was done at that point will never go back.
I ordered two $2 beers & a plate of chicken tenders & didn’t tip bc I’m struggling rn. The drunk blonde tatted bartender called me out for not tipping. I said I don’t have it rn but have a good day. She then told me to leave bc I killed her w kindness. I accepted & left even though she was very rude & claimed to own the bar. All over $2-4 dollar tip.
