Tip: Customize your sweetness level; regular sweetness may not be sweet enough for some. Consider ordering extra green tea in the green milk tea.

The staff was very helpful in explaining our options. Drinks are tastey, they had more options than expected. Staff made sure to give us different variatons collectibles for Felix sleeves and Keychains.
My favorite pearl oolong tea latte! As a Taiwanese, I highly recommend ordering this one. I drank pearl oolong lattes every day when I was in Taiwan! It’s super gooooood!
Kids always love Boba Tea… but I & my cousin in-law got 2 big cups of coffee Good place to visit for take-out some drinks (many choices)
Domain got the bubble tea spot it needed. It was a long time coming and finally Gong Cha opened up store in the domain and it's amazing. Definitely a smaller more intimate spot but hey it's the domain and it's costly. The store is clean and new and the service is fast. My favorite is the dirty brown sugar milk foam but I love their other summer flavors as well. It is right next to Jinya ramen bar. Definitely get your bubble tea fix here.
Great bubble tea spot! I love that they let you choose your ice and sweetness levels, as bubble tea is often made too sweet for my preference. The earl grey milk tea was excellent.
Great place! We ordered regular sweet, that was not really sweet. If you want sweet sweet, get 100% sugar level! Green milk tea doesn’t taste like green tea at all. You might want to ask them extra green tea in it.

Came here on an extremely hot day and needed something to cool us down, we were not disappointed! The ordering process is super fun and everything is very customizable, there’s a screen where you can basically build your perfect boba tea. They have a bunch of size options, flavors, sweetness levels and extras. I ended up getting strawberry milk tea and my girlfriend got matcha. The strawberry was great, super sweet (how I like it). Now I’m not really a matcha fan personally but I definitely don’t hate it but I have gotta say this matcha milk tea literally tasted like skunk. Girlfriend thought it was alright, I thought it was awful. Last thing, I recommend asking for more ice, both of ours weren’t very cold which was disappointing considering it was like one hundred degrees outside. 🧋
Hot, thirsty, and wandering the Domain? Gong-cha’s got your back. I usually go for my trusty milk tea with boba, but this time I switched it up with a mango milk slushy—no regrets. It was icy, creamy, and basically a hug for my taste buds on a scorching day. Also, can we talk about the sticky notes on their drink menu? Whoever’s in charge of those deserves a raise. They had me laughing while I waited for my slushy. I would definitely recommend. See pics of the place and the menu (and the hilarious sticky notes).
Polite, quick service. Not a lot of seating indoors. Order at a screen/at the counter, and you can select your preferred levels for ice & sugar, and customize with different jelly/pearl options. I’ll be sure to try some seasonal offering if I’m back; I got the lemon drink and was disappointed to find that it was basically $7 lemonade with some jelly and lemon zest.
We got a cup of milk foam green tea 🍵! We kinda wanted to replace real milk with other plant based milk but the staff said no to us. At other place, they could replace it for plant based one so hope they become flexible to the customers needs.
good boba! not my home shop, but the setup of the menu was cute and easy to understand, and the flavors they offer are interesting. i personally got the lemon wintermelon with basil seeds. i added pearls and milk foam. pearls were great! nice texture and sweetness. they put some lemon pieces in the drink though, or perhaps just didn’t strain them out, and that wasn’t my favorite thing. also, workers weren’t very inviting and neither was the little lobby area. i totally understand being tired at the time of night i came, but a little welcome goes a long way.
I stopped by Gong Cha because I was craving boba. I got the pearl milk tea with 70% sugar and regular ice. The pearls were soft and chewy, and there was a good amount of them in the drink. The tea wasn’t overly sweet, but I think that next time I would ask for less ice. Overall, it wasn’t the best black milk tea I’ve ever had, but it definitely satisfied my boba craving.

The Boba is bomb, but the service is not up to par. 2 girls just sitting on their phones not even acknowledging that a customer walked in the door. Payed on the machine while they sat there and it asked me if i wanted to tip??They honestly seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I said thank you so much on the way out and they said nothing.
This place has good drinks but I noticed the inconsistency in the taste. I think it depends on the person making it. The other day I went in to order the lemon aiyu with white pearl, and it tasted pretty bland compare to the last time I ordered it. Anyways, the milk foam starry peach I ordered today was decent.
Drink: 4/5 they have variety of yummy drinks. Best part is to adjust sugar and ice as per your taste. They forgot to add my mango pearl which I paid extra for. They don’t give you free pearl. Service: 1/5. We waited 15/20 mins for 5 drinks. Server aren’t friendly. Atmosphere: 1/5 NO trash can, NO toilet, small place, bit dirty. Parking: Free Parking lot Behind Indian Street Food Restaurant (across gong cha). NOTE: Maybe order early in app to save your time or order in store , go around domain and pick up later.

I ordered the taro milk tea with boba using the self-service kiosk and selected 30% sweetness with light ice. It was still a bit sweeter than I prefer. The only lower option appears to be no sugar, so I’m not sure how to adjust it to something in between. I also found the taro flavor to be pretty mild; it tasted a little watered down and I could barely pick up the taro. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I was hoping for a stronger taro flavor and more flexibility with the sweetness levels. I’d be willing to give it another try if there’s a way to customize it further.
I come here for my mango milk cravings when I have it though I'm a little disappointed that they don't have bubble waffles anymore. I haven't tried the boba but you can't really mess up the jelly I don't come here for any of the rest of the menu since it is just farther out for me and its very average.

Could the cashier be any more pissed off or have an attitude of an irritable child. If you’re gonna be miserable, go home or better yet don’t work here. 5:50pm 11/23/2025

Yesterday, my friend and I both ordered two large Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Teas. On the poster, I saw that the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea comes with boba, so I got a large one and added extra boba for mine. My friend ordered the same drink, but she didn’t add extra boba. Then, my drink was made correctly, but for my friend’s, they didn’t put brown sugar on the rim or any boba. My friend asked the barista why there was no boba, and the barista just replied that they only add boba if she ordered extra. I’m not sure if the barista was just making excuses because she forgot, or if that’s the actual recipe for the drink, but I think the issue was with the barista. The poster was hanging on the wall, and I’m pretty sure she didn’t follow it and was just making excuses

Just left gong cha this evening. I had paid $15 dollars for 2 coffees including a tip. I went to use the bathroom after paying for my coffees. 1.) they had barricaded the door to the restroom with a chair. I overlooked the chair because as a paying customer I should be allowed and entitled to using your establishments public restroom. Before I could even enter the bathroom, I overheard one of the girls working complaining to her coworkers she “just closed the bathroom” not even 15 minutes to close. Why take my service if I can’t even use the restroom? I stepped outside because I overheard her talking about me in a very condescending manner. She told me “sorry, the restrooms are closed”. 2.) Why are the bathrooms closed 15 minutes before the establishment is even closed for the evening? Very poor customer service.
got a oolong milk tea and mango green tea. oolong tastes like it has cleaning product in it. mango green tea has mango pulp that tasted like a mango popped in it. don't recommend try anywhere else on the strip! I get boba a lot and very disappointed especially since two medium drinks are $13??? love a refund!
