I called to get a last minute cookie cake for my daughter's birthday and the lady working there was so amazing!! (This is at the Nordstrom location) She was extremely helpful making sure my order was perfect and was able to fulfill the order with only a couple hours advance. The cake was beautiful, everyone loved it!! Being in customer service, I truly appreciated the entire process from the phone order to pick up!! Thank you for helping make my daughter's bday perfect!

This location of Great American Cookies went ABOVE and BEYOND with my order! I placed an order online to be delivered to my friend that lives in Austin (I live in Massachusetts), and the delivery was through Uber Eats. When Uber failed to deliver the cookie cake (terrible customer service on their part), the staff at Great American Cookies made sure to rectify the issue and they did everything they could to make sure that my friend still got her celebratory cake! The staff were so understanding and generous with their time, and it made a sour situation turn sweet. Thank you for your great customer service and delicious cookies!

I ordered a cookie cake online to be delivered for my boyfriends birthday. On the day of I received a text from door dash saying my cake has been delivered however it had not arrived. I tried to do some investigating, however my deliver instructions were very detailed and I have not had issues with food delivery in the past. I called the store and let them know what happened. They told me they would reach out to door dash for me and meanwhile started making me another cake. In the end they made sure door dash refunded my money and they ensured I did get a custom cake. I appreciated the level of customer service and would definitely order from them again.

Wanda is wonderful! I forgot to order early for my little ones 6th birthday and Wanda decorated the best cookie cake with a big Dino on it with just a couple of hours notice. Even all by herself and having to work on several cake solo, Wanda was amazing!!! Thank you, Wanda!

The women at this store and II were SO HELPFUL when my organization ordered a large batch of cookie cakes, wrote the wrong copy on top, and dropped them when taking them back to be fixed. Seriously - they deserve all the gold stars for their help and their ability to remain calm after I brought in the disaster. One of my favorite places since I was a kid. The cookies are pretty consistent no matter what location you go to. We’ve had a few birthday cakes make here as well which they can usually do in a few hours. Also I just learned they can make a double doozie out of any cookie flavor. Not sure how I’ve gone my whole life without knowing that.

*Update: Came back and this place was not as good, the cookie was dry and the employee was super rude! I gave it a 3 because it was good the time before so we shall see. This place is amazing! Love the cookie cake, the cookie cake is always so moist and delicious. The cookies are really good as well you can't ever go wrong with a cookie. They make cookie cake sheets but they are sooooo expensive for what you get. A cookie cake slice is where it is at! The employees are so friendly and nice all the time too.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been buying cookie cakes from this location for the last 3 years, but since the new owners, Puja, took over, I am utterly disappointed and will never come here again. A week before pickup, we requested this cake and asked for '28' numbers in the center and a thick border and this is what we were given. We were told "it was really hard to do" which is why it turned out that way. I asked the Owner if she thought it looked good and she told me "no", yet, was still trying to sell it to us. We asked if she could try and fix it, and she responded "no, it would ruin the cake if I tried scraping it off". We asked for a partial refund so we could try and fix the cake ourselves, she responded "you either pay me $78 for the cake or you are not getting it. I can sell this to someone else." So, we told her to keep the cake and issue us the full refund. A week and a half later, no refund came through. We called her and she said she would issue it now. She only issued half of our money back (she charged us $78 for this cake!!!). We still have not received the full refund and this incident happened a month ago. We even asked her if she could sell us a different cake or remake it, which she responded "we have no other cakes". This woman would not work with us at all even when she admitted it was a terrible cake and she was the owner! Please do not buy from this location as it is clear they do not care about the quality of their cakes or their customers.

google says it’s temporarily closed but i went today and it was open, the cookies are paper thin and taste horrible. the people running it dont even know their own menu items and when i payed she charged me $10 flat for one double doozie and a single cookie. super weird service and honestly gross

To have 3 hourly paid employees and not to be greeted … to make it worse one of them was the manger. I’ve been getting cookies at this company at multiple locations and this one is the most unfriendliest ones. Tbh I will be taking my business to a different location! Bee caves location will have me! They are so nice every time I’ve ordered through them
