Ike's Love and Sandwiches

I LOVE Ike’s! Their staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, especially their management staff. I discovered Ike’s about three weeks ago and I’ve come by at least once a week since then. They have an incredibly extensive vegetarian/vegan menu and there’s not many sandwich places like that in Austin. I am obsessed with their dutch crunch bread and dirty sauce!

I just finished having lunch here with my husband. We are excited to come back and try all the sandwiches on the menu. These sandwich’s are so incredibly delicious. The staff is so nice and very attentive.

Visited this Mueller location today around 2pm. Purchased the (Bacon side of you) sandwhich it was so good! The cashier was very kind. My food was served to me quickly. I would just recommend the long haired guy making the sandwiches PLEASE wear a hair net or hair pulled up. He had a hat on and his long hair was to the front of him as he was standing near food and preparing it. Everyone else had a hair net on and or hair pulled up high and back. Thank you!

The ménage a trois is one of the juiciest subs I have ever had . I also had the Beast mode which tasted well but was a little too big to fit in my mouth lol . Overall great subs and their Dutch crunch bread is amazing

I looove the variety of vegan and vegetarian options!! I’ve ordered from this location several times because it is easy and fast to get delivered to my work through UberEats. The veggies are fresh and the bread is good too, the only thing is, I am VERY much a sauce girl like I love sauce but I’ve found that each time I order one of these sandwiches there is so much sauce on it that half the sandwich kind of falls apart from it. Next time I’ll just try ordering lighter sauce and see if that helps! Very fresh and great sandwiches though and again it is so nice to have a lot of vegetarian options!❤️

So glad to be living in a state where Ike’s is readily available. Always prepared with care, and the gluten free bread is so good that I’ve wondered if it was really gluten free before! Just ordered a bunch of sandwiches for friends, and they were impressed and satisfied. Ike’s, keep it up.

Endless sandwiches. So amazing. I enjoyed the finest sandwiches every time I try something new! The big con is the price. $15 - 20 is pretty ridiculous. I hope that I win the $100 gift card. I never win anything like this. This is my favorite sandwich shop in the whole country!

These are the best vegan/vegetarian sandwiches available ANYWHERE! There is sooo many options it’s worth the price the Dutch crunch bread is delicious 🤤 and they’re very filling. Definitely one of my favs when wanting a sandwich!

Best subs in Austin, hands down, without debate! Used to be a big thundercloud guy, but after trying Ike’s on recommendation I’m converted. I’ve only scratched the surface of their menu, can’t wait to try all the sub offerings.

One of my favorite chain sandwich spots. They have a fun and wide ranging menu. If you want amazing Dutch crunch bread as the canvas on which to build your sandwich, you are in the right place. It’s not the cheapest, but who cares? I come here when I want a tasty, flavorful sub that’s not mid like half the Austin spots.

I think Ike’s is great overall but Diane at the Mueller location makes it a whole lot better. Such a sweet person, thank you so much again 🫶🏼 And yes the food is chef’s kiss!

Very first visit to the restaurant and both food and service were beyond my expectations! Dayana greeted my fiancé and I as soon as we walked in and was very kind and patient with us. The menu was a bit overwhelming as there were so many options, but Dayana was so patient! She offered to help and asked about my preferences so she could suggest something I would like. TBH I was so pleasantly surprised with the level of hospitality I was being provided. Most people would’ve told us to take our time, or just asked us to let them know when we were ready. But she went out of her way to help us make a choice we would be happy with. We walked in still deciding if we should try the sandwiches or leave to another restaurant we knew would like, but thankfully her kindness and patience convinced us to stay. We ended up going with the Beast Mode Sub and substituted the friend chicken with the halal chicken. And god it was so good, warm and crunchy as well! We will definitely be coming back! Y’all got two new very happy regulars 😌❤️

Delicious sandwich spot in the Mueller area. Perfect to grab to-go or eat inside after a walk in the park. They have a variety of sandwiches and a huge selection of vegan and vegetarian ones too! Loved that you can add extra toppings and choose your bread too. Came with some lollipops to have after the sandwiches and staff was super friendly! Recommend if you’re in the mood for unique and hearty sandwiches!

Ike's giant selection of vegetarian and meat-based options make this a go-to for delicious, flavorful, creative sandwiches. I keep trying to explore the whole menu but my favorites are so dang good it's hard to pick something else. Can confirm everything I've tried is simply outstanding!

My son's go-to sandwich is the "Adam Richman." I apologize, but I cannot recall the fourth sandwich (which is the third veggie sandwich) we ordered. I will shortly be returning to Austin and will be returning to Ike's Love and Sandwiches. I highly recommend that others visit Ikes as well.

We tried the menage a trots and hot mama. There's about 6 more halal options. All the sandwiches have a distinct taste, all come with generous servings of fillings and the bread is crisp and fresh. Definitely returning again for some more of ikes sandwiches. #halal

I just had my first of many to come Ike's Sandwiches last night. The Ruben was out of this world! The gluten free bread shames other sub/sandwich shops. It holds true to the last bite with amazing flavor and texture. The pastrami with a hint of smoky flavor blends masterfully with the crisp slaw mix and dressing. The people were very helpful and enthusiastic about the love and art that goes in to every sandwich. I'm headed there now for lunch. My only issue is deciding which wich is to be devoured next! Expect to pay around $15-$17 per sub with tip. Not bad for a sandwich experience!

She is a true light and very good at her job. I love coming here for the food, but seeing Lakisha makes it 10x better.

We had to wait like 30 minutes for our room so she told us to go check Ikes out, and that's e would never want any other sandwiches again. She was unfortunately correct. Listen…this is a damn good sandwich. I tried the Hunter Pence (add avocado) and it was amazing. They bake their bread with this sauce that adds amazing flavor to each sandwich. Also, if you’re vegetarian- there’s an amazing menu for you here. I dock a star because the interior was super beat (and it just opened)- please fix the front door that doesn’t close! But take your food to-go and you’ll experience sandwich excellency.
