To all the haters out there: what is the deal?? This store is amazing! I was visiting the capitol and was in desperate need of a pizza pick me up. The guy on the phone was very polite and helpful. Arriving, I saw that the store was in a repurposed gas station. That was pretty neat. The pizza was just right. Super tasty. Medium pan pepperoni with extra cheese. Mmmmm. They did not have tea or lemonade on deck, but they were not afraid to point me across the street to Canes for a delicious Arnold Palmer. Great experience. Five stars to rub in the face of all those 1 and 2 star haters.
Pretty solid and consistent pizza. The app has great coupons.
I have to share an experience that truly deserves a 5-star rating, not just for the product, but for the outstanding character and customer support of the store manager. I placed an order around 2:30 AM (about 30 minutes before close). I accidentally fell asleep, and when I arrived at the store around 4:00 AM, the staff were cleaning up and the store was closed to new customers. I learned my order hadn't been made and I would get a refund. I explained to the manager that I was utterly disappointed, as those last $10 were all I had left to spend, and having the order fall through was a disaster for me that night. The manager could have easily focused on closing and just processed the refund, but they patiently listened to my argument, genuinely assessed my tough situation, and offered what he had to help me out. His incredible act of kindness made me truly happy at the end of a disappointing night. People like this manager are the backbone of great businesses. He didn't just stand for the customer; he went above and beyond while cleaning up after hours. I am truly appreciative of this store manager for his kind heart. Thank you for making a difference!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The pizza was delicious and freshly made! The crust was crispy, the cheese melted perfectly, and the service was fast and friendly. One of the best Domino’s I’ve ever been to! 🍕
This is my favorite place for a quick cheap bite meat ut Austin campus. Always nice staff and my favorite order is the tofu kimbop.
Such a cute place! Right by the Austin campus and great pricing for a quick lunch! Everyone was pretty quiet but very fast service and you can order without having to see a cashier for the shy people. I ordered the kimchi kimbop and my friend got the beef bulgogi. Very delicious, will be returning!
Food was authentic and very good. I had the lunch box with spicy chicken. The lunch box includes the protein, rice with a soft egg with runny yolk, kimchi, two dumplings and grapes as the banchan, and seaweed. The chicken was spicy and had a good balance of the spicy and savoury elements. Kimchi was of good quality. Egg was super soft and the yolk was so creamy. Overall I really enjoyed the meal. Service was good even though you order using a kiosk. Atmosphere was decent. It looked good and modern inside with wooden tables and metal chairs.
The food was really good. Even though the sitting may seem small, it’s enough to fit at least, 20 people in total and that’s including outside spaces as well. The atmosphere comes off like a hole in the wall joint. It’s great for dining in taking out and delivery. The food came cooked very well, hot and spicy, and choices for everyone. My husband and I brought our kids and my sister and the array of options was awesome. I would take a vantage of the GrubHub offer about if you have prime, you get GrubHub for a year. I know I’m definitely jumping on that bandwagon.
Delicious fast casual Korean great for lunch or early dinner. Quick and easy to order at the kiosk. Staff was super friendly and helpful if have any questions. There’s not a lot of seating so it can get crowded during lunch rush. There are a few tables outside or you can take it to go. No idea where you’d park, but most people are walking from campus anyway.
Tasty, quality Korean food very close to the UT campus and ATT conference center hotel. It's a little whole-in-the-wall place, with 3 ordering screens and a handful of indoor seats. 3, 1-2 person tables outside. It was super easy to pick my food and options and pay at the station. They appeared to do a lot of takeout and order ahead business. On ordering, the text said 10-15 minutes, but food was done in 10 or less. The bulgogi beef was very tasty. The bowl was substantial enough that I had leftovers. It was clean, staff was friendly. The Korean pop music was a fun addition. It reminded me of my last trip to Korea. Price was about $20 for the bowl, extra rice, soda and tip. For non-fried, non-fast food, it was $ well spent. I love Bulgogi, and this was tasty. The chicken katsu also looked good. It was good enough that I might head back once more on my trip here. If not, I'll definitely hit it up again on my next trip to Austin.
Not bad Not bad. I was really craving some tteokbokki and if you don’t know, they’re basically thick fat noodles (rice cakes) that are simmered in a thick spicy and kind of sweet sauce, effing delicious. With some of that cheese on top, chefs kiss. If you can get those added extras, with fish cakes, noodles, etc. even better. The dishes here aren’t too pricey but they do give you pretty nice size portions. Meat was good, rice, egg. No complaints, I’d probably come back here again if I’m ever in the area! This shop is small, but there are a couple of tables inside. The hardest part of this journey would probably be the parking, especially if it was on a busy day. There are paid parking slots and a garage available, it isn’t too bad.
It was surprisingly good and the quantity was good for the price. Loved the bulgogi kimbop - quality ingredients and Ddukbogi bowl was great too - chewy and flavorful. I would have preferred a little less sauce but not too bad. The service was fast and I love the self order kiosks. I’ll recommend takeout. The place is way too small and 2 groups or 3 couples would pretty much max out the seating space. They have a lot of dishes to offer, the classic ones like bibimbap or quick bites and street food options.
Better than I expected. The bowl is too big and thus filling. It's not just a lot of rice; it's a lot of meat and vegetables too. The egg did its job as an adhesive between the different parts. The beef and sauce were too sweet, so that would be my main reason for no fifth star. But for a fast food joint, this is easily a place I'd go back to. It's probably my favorite place in the Drag.
Very much a cheap eats spot for university kids. If you’re craving Korean food that’s quick and cheap, this could do the trick. The kimchi fried rice is loaded with sauce to add flavour but I would prefer if everything was just seasoned property instead. The house kimbap was good but you could also get the frozen trader Joe’s one for cheaper and arguably with more convenience. The food was good, edible, and not bland. I just prefer food with a little more sophistication so I won’t be coming here again for food. I would definitely come back for the bubble tea though. It’s reasonably priced and it’s delicious. I got the taro milk and added tapioca pearls and soy milk.
Last 3 deliveries have been terrible service, very VERY late deliveries because they got lost. Every time, the drivers didn't speak English, so I couldn't even help them find me. My place is not difficult to find. They are the only people EVER to tell me Google can't find my address. (Clearly a lie to shift blame off of personal ignorance) Everytime I called to complain, the assistant manager handled the call perfectly. Also the food was always correct if not a little cold.
I’ve been to this place before and had something else that was okay. This time I got the beef bulgogi bowl and it’s not like the picture at all. Hardly any veggies, maybe 4 small pieces of white cabbage and that’s it. Mostly rice, hardly any rice noodles. I wanted to like this place due to its proximity to campus, but unfortunately it’s a No for me! If you like dishes with generous veggies and matched advertisement perhaps look elsewhere!
I usually really enjoy this place and was super disappointed when I received and tasted my order. 5/2 ordered around 5 PM. I ordered bimbimbap kimbop and not only was it missing the bulgogi, it was constructed super lazily, with only half of it having any rice. The wings were awful. They didn’t have enough sauce and the worst part was they were extremely frost bitten to the point I couldn’t bring myself to eat them. I’m so sad that the food was awful because I usually love the bowls from this place :/ I had a bad day and spent my limited money as a college student for a nice meal and it turned out inedible.
I am writing this because the service at this location tonight (9:00 PM pickup) was genuinely concerning from a customer-service standpoint. When we arrived, the front counter employee asked for the name and immediately told us the order was not ready. His tone, body language, and facial expression were openly irritated, as if customers arriving for pickup were an inconvenience. Shortly after, another couple walked in behind us and received the exact same treatment. Both of our orders showed as completed on the in-store screen and in the Domino’s app, yet the employee repeatedly insisted they were not ready without checking properly. After a long wait, the other couple explained they had ordered over an hour earlier. The employee again appeared frustrated and dismissed the concern. A cook then came to assist and quickly located their order it had been ready and sitting there the entire time. When I later asked about my order, the front counter employee again reacted with visible annoyance instead of verifying or assisting professionally. The issue here was not the wait — mistakes happen in food service. The issue was the employee’s attitude, lack of effort to verify orders, and poor communication. Customers were made to feel like a burden and were given incorrect information while their food was already prepared. This experience reflects a training and accountability problem that management should address. An employee representing the front counter should not display hostility toward customers or refuse to properly check completed orders.I am writing this because the service at this location tonight (9:00 PM pickup) was genuinely concerning from a customer-service standpoint. I parked in front of this Domino’s to get bread sticks. I saw a vintage store next door and thought that’s cool, I’ll check it out. I was in there for a few minutes and then went into the Domino’s. I didn’t see the breadsticks on the menu so I asked the lady behind the counter. She said I think you’re thinking of Mr. Gatti’s with the long breadsticks, but we have the little bites that are similar. I really wanted the long sticks of so I left only to find a boot on my car. The parking attendant came out and said I can help you with that. I said why did I get a boot on my car when I’m literally going into Domino’s to order food. He said you can only go in the Domino’s and not next-door when you park here. I said so I should park here, get my food and then park 20 feet to the right on the curb to go to the store right next-door he said yes and I had to pay $100 to get the boot off. Domino’s is dead to me. We order delivered pizza from there all the time in Lago Vista. Not anymore.
Ordered 5 pizzas, desserts, and sodas to the School of Nursing for a farewell event for one of our staff. Scheduled it for 11:15 am delivery. No food at 11:45 am. No food at 12:15 pm. No food every arrived. I was assured on the phone three times that it would be here, that they were just running behind. People's lunch break is over now and everyone has left. I tried calling to get the refund for the order never getting delivered and was asked to call back later to speak to the manager. I only went with Domino's because the Leander locations are so reliable. This is my worst pizza delivery experience every. I gave the food 1 star without knowing what it tastes like since it never arrived.
I work nearby and order from this Domino’s pretty often. Today I stopped in to quickly ask if they had a restroom I could use before my Uber arrived, and the employee responded very bluntly that the bathroom is for customers only. The tone really caught me off guard, especially since I’ve been a customer here many times. I actually would’ve bought something, but the attitude was so off-putting and he couldn’t even be bothered to come to the counter, that I walked a few feet down the street and went somewhere else. Honestly, there are plenty of places within feet of this location where you’ll get better food and staff who don’t look like they hate their lives. I’d recommend choosing one of those instead!
I recently found myself at this Domino's location and, as someone who is new to the Austin area, I was completely unaware of the issues surrounding parking and customer service here. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored some of the negativity mentioned in earlier reviews. While I had high hopes for a quick pizza fix, I was met with an atmosphere that felt unwelcoming. The staff seemed disengaged, and I could sense some tension in the air. It’s disheartening to hear that others have had similar experiences, especially when they mention feeling disrespected. The parking situation was particularly alarming. I parked my car, only to discover later that the area had been partnered with a private booting company. I didn’t see any signs indicating that parking was restricted, and I returned to find a ticket on my windshield. It seems like they have a system in place where ticketing happens almost instantaneously, leaving little room for error. I can understand the frustration of locals who have been caught off guard by this. Given my experience and the stories I've heard, I can’t recommend this Domino's. It's a shame, as I was hoping to find a reliable place for pizza in my new neighborhood. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my pizza cravings, and I suggest others do the same to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration. If you’re new to the area like me, be sure to check the parking regulations thoroughly and perhaps consider dining at a different location.
Be extremely careful parking here. I left my car for less than a minute and it was immediately booted by Central Parking Enforcement. No warning, no grace period, just a $100 fee on the spot. This feels less like parking management and more like a revenue trap. If you step away from your vehicle for even a brief moment, expect aggressive enforcement. I understand private lots have rules, but instant booting without any reasonable buffer creates a predatory experience for customers. If you’re planning to order from nearby businesses, think twice. One small mistake can cost you $100.
Placed an online order and they did not follow the directions at all. Not to mention when I brought it up, the guy was extremely rude and defensive. I was not in a rush so I didn’t mind the order being wrong but if that’s the attitude you’re going to have when a customer tells you an order is wrong- that’s a problem.
Left our soda and $10 worth of sauces we ordered. They put us on three consecutive holds for 30 min until we finally snapped. These guys do not take their job seriously and are an absolute joke. Don’t waste your money here. I’m contacting corporate about this place because their manager needs to go. This has happened many times now. Just tarnishing the entire brand.
Placed an order online and it told me it would take 30-50 minutes. Around an hour it said it was delivered and it definitely wasn’t. Called store told me to wait 15 minutes, called 15 minutes later and they told me I was next stop and it should be another 10 minutes and then 2 hours after I places my order I called and they told me they would just refund my order and wasted over 2 hours of my time, and now I have to go find food somewhere else. Doesn’t get worse than that.
Waited 40 min for a pickup order & then they got our (simple) order wrong twice. That wouldn’t have been a problem but the woman making the pizzas, Mariana, got angry instead of taking accountability for her mistakes.
Got my car booted in a split sec!!! I got out of the car to grab boba and came back for the pizza all within 10 mins. The boot guy handed me a $100 boot ticket as “I left their property”. Ig the business is getting bad so they had to find a new way to make money.
There is a predatory parking enforcement operation located here - DO NOT patronize this location. Even if you are a customer, they will boot you. There is no recourse, they just boot you. Argue all you want, the boot will be there when you're done. There is no appeal, nothing. Late stage capitalism at its finest.
Waiting forever, really frustrating. Way longer than predicted on the app. Jennifer has been “on the way” for the last hour. Unbelievable.
They boot you the second you leave the property line. Definitely predatory parking enforcement to gain some money while also having hidden fees with their food, pay for parking on holidays, in my opinion the manager here is shady and being malicious in making money. Even paying customers have been booted
Every time I order from here, without fail, they never follows delivery instructions, make me walk outside to get the food from their car, and never have the right order. For example, I’ve tried to order a Diet Coke the last few orders, they ALWAYS show up without a drink at all or something I didn’t order, and say “oh well we were out.” then why is it on your website or why didn’t you call me before the driver left the store girl?
Tteokboki here is one of the worst i’ve had in my life. Watery, overcooked tteok (rice cake). The texture is none existent. Maybe non koreans enjoy it
Ordered food to-go 25 minutes before close. My order was confirmed and I was charged $70 for my food. I got a message, or 3, that the food was ready so I drive all the way there and the restaurant was closed. I arrived at 8:55, close is 9 o’clock. They stole my money. I was really excited to eat the food too…why would you even take my order at all? Did someone forget to turn off online orders? so disappointing. I will be calling for a refund and I won’t be ordering again.
Bugs in the food I ordered a bulgogi soup trying to get some Korean taste. Halfway through eating saw a bug in the food, attached a picture. Kimchi is terrible, nothing like real kimchi. Egg was terribly cooked. As soon as I saw the bug i just left and threw up on my way home. Terrible.
