Always my favorite part of the post workout is to get a mango or forever young protein drink to replenish the body.

Today, I visited MNC for the second time and I was not disappointed at all. The prices are affordable and the smoothies are so filling, they serve as meal replacements. Mr. Sharma, please continue to bless us with your knowledge and innate desire to empower the community to live healthier lives.

What a great little spot! We met the owner Sharma and he’s so knowledgeable about healthy foods and living a balanced life. My fiancé and I tried the choco well protein and we LOVED it! We also had the chai, the turmeric honey/tea and ale and they were all D-Licious! I got the green protein powder and it’s LEGIT.

I've been stopping by here after I workout. Sharma is a wealth of info. My favorites are the Tumeric paste and Belly Buster smoothie. I use the tumeric paste in warm almond milk at night. The belly buster super healthy and keeps you "regular". Sharma will also test your bodyfat if you'd like. Lots of free samples, too.

The man who owns the shop is amazing so knowledgeable about health and how to incorporate food for your own issues and goals the mango protein and green tea turmeric are a must! Plus you can buy pre packed shakes to mix at home

Personally as a customer of Mother Nature's Cafe, I have experienced amazing results after using these medicated smoothies especially Golden Turmeric Nectar. Fantastic smoothie bar hidden away inside the LA fitness. The owner (Sharma ji - make sure to ask for him) is very knowledgeable about health benefits of different fruits, herbs and spices. His passion is infectious and the smoothies delicious. Cafe has a great selection of drinks targeted for different health benefits. They only use NATURAL ingredients and are big champions of turmeric drinks. They also do frozen blends that you can take home, refrigerate, and blend later when you want them. Love the place. Highly recommend it.

Went to website, there is no way to order anything from here. If you click on a link it directs you to again but product can't be found. Then I tried to see if I can buy a juice and it directs me to Uber eats which is also down. There is no way to contact anyone. On Google it says they open at 9 so I see that they are still running as a business. Waste of time

When I questioned it, the cashier claimed she thought I overheard another customer’s order, which is not acceptable. I was clearly not part of that conversation, and she never asked me directly. When I said I didn’t want the drink anymore, I was pressured into paying for it anyway, even after the upcharge was removed. She even mumbled about having 14 years of experience, but that doesn’t excuse trying to “shark” customers into paying hidden fees. This felt manipulative and unprofessional. Customers should never feel hustled or guilted into paying for something they no longer want, especially when there was no clear communication about extra charges. I won’t be returning after this experience.
