This is my favorite pizza place. Food is hot and fresh and made with quality ingredients. They cook their wings to actually be crispy. The pizza is miles ahead of other delivery places. Quality cheese, fresh toppings and the homemade sauce is on point.

I love Pizza Paradise, probably because it is so close, but really because it is the local pizza place that doesn't taste like the chain stores. Delivery or Pickup, the staff is always friendly and has great quick service. I have tried the Meat Eater Pizza, Pesto Delight Pizza, The Works Pizza, BBQ Chicken Pizza, Supreme Pepperoni and Mushroom. All of these I would suggest to anyone to try. The quality and taste have been super consistent which is awesome. Also I love that it isn't a big chain and I know a friendly face when I walk in or get delivery. Also, they have been quick for me, under 30 minutes or just about that to make the pizza and have it ready for pick up or delivery.

They made the pizza just as I like it. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the the inside with buttery taste. I had the veggie Supreme. Veggies was fresh. Good quality cheese and sauce. I had planned on dining in but they do not accomodate dining in so be ready to take orders to go. I will definitely visit pizza paradise again.

Preferred Laundry

I had to work last minute at Coinless Laundry and needed a quick easy lunch option. Went over to the Pizza Paradise and ordered a Hawaiian pizza and found my paradise. Absolutely fantastic. Best pizza I have had in a long time. Hot, fresh, fast and friendly, just like Austin should be. My new pizza place!!

I live nearby .. so I've ordered a # of times, but haven't even gotten through half of the variety of items on their menu! What I have gotten was yummy! Boneless wings, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, cheese bread, one of their Philly cheese steak sandwiches etc etc all kinds of options and they even have some pasta and salads that I have not tried yet Whenever I've gone in to pick up they are always very friendly. I only ordered delivery once, when I was sick, but they were also within quoted time and friendly.

WHOA! I thought for sure calling for delivery at 10:15 on a Friday night would produce some soggy greasy pizza...but I was hungry. WAS I WRONG! the ingredients were super fresh..their sauce is kinda chunky and has a GREAT garlic flavor. We got the butter garlic crust seasoning and it was wondrous! We wanted thin crust but they were out in the XL size so we settled for the orig. crust and I don't think we will EVER order thin crust...the crust was just as great as the pizza! We had the Hawaiian without the bacon(but with Canadian bacon) and red onions on half. It was SUPER yummy..the BBQ wings were also really good! And they have Hidden Valley Ranch..not the other crappy kind other pizza joints serve. The guy on the phone was very nice and the delivery driver was VERY polite (he said he was late and apologized for it but we didn't notice)all in all I HIGHLY recommend their pizza!!!

Plus, there's always someone friendly on the phone when I order. They deliver quickly and give accurate times when the wait is longer. Overall, a really good pizza delivery.

But their pizza is really good and beats the chain pizza places hands down.

I am disappointed in the new crust / dough style from what it was a few years ago. The pan crust was what made it delicious for me. Also the tomatoes were roughly chopped and big so they didn’t cook down on the pizza. Toppings were loaded in the middle and not evenly dispersed. Middle was soggy.

I found pizza paradise to be surprisingly bland. After reading the many positive reviews I was really looking forward to trying. Generally any pizza place that includes artichokes as a topping gets bonus points from me. Sadly when I got my pizza home I found the anticipation to be unwarranted. There were no artichokes on the pizza only the outer layer skin not the meat so to speak. I had also ordered sundried tomatoes and there were zero tomatoes on the pizza. And I had asked for pesto sauce and instead got no sauce. Only cheese on top of dry bland crust. The sausage, the only topping that was visible was good. That wasn't enough to make up for this pie. I wished I had just gotten a decent frozen pizza instead. Would have saved money too.

I’m perplexed because the pizza and garlic cheese sticks seem simultaneously overcooked and undercooked. The pizza has gorgeous melted cheese but the crust tastes doughy and can’t separate from other slices without tearing just like the garlic cheese sticks. I would say if you order from here, maybe ask them to cook it longer? I’d try it again maybe but I think I’d call and go in person instead of using DoorDash.

Returned the next day and manager was late 10 minutes then took 5 more minutes to walk to pickup mail instead of waiting to service my complaint with the returned horrible pizza. Guess it's back to the pizza chains for me

Ordered an extra large pizza "the Works" with a side of marinara and garlic butter. The crust is dry and does not taste fresh. ..the sausage is dry and the pepperoni is also very dry. And yet the pizza does not look overcooked???! There are no peppers or mushrooms to be seen and the marinara is overly sweet barely hiding its sub par flavor. Worse than Dominoes and Pizza Hut if that's even possible, and yet priced higher. Let's not talk about the cheese. I didn't open the garlic butter because the ingredients on the label looked scary. Less than 30 minutes later and my stomach is feeling funny. Avoid at all cost.

All of the food was ice cold, the chicken tenders and the fries were tasteless and blended in with the fries and the mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull whatsoever and had a burnt taste to them. I was not provided sauce for the sticks or the chicken tenders despite requesting them in the order. The pizza was extremely salty and cold and not cut into squares as requested either. Paying $62 for food that I thought was going to be efficient and tasty because they’re right across the street was a mistake that I will make for the first and last time.

Basically a “California” style pizza that isn’t sure what it wants to be. After living here for 6 years it really is the final nail in the coffin for our local pizza place. RIP I’ve been ordering from pizza paradise for 3 years now without issue. Their pizza was always good and the ranch perfection. Unfortunately they sold the business May 2020 to someone who does not understand pizza. They changed the dough AND sauce recipes, apparently in order to remove any flavor or seasonings from them. There was barely any sauce to be found on my pizza and whatever there was flavorless. The crust was...hard to eat. Completely devoid of taste and much crispier than non-thin-crust pizza crust should be. The only saving grace is that they don’t seem to have changed the toppings so the cheese and pepperoni are still good. I’m so disappointed in the direction these new owners seem to be taking what has been a pretty solid small pizza place. Hopefully they take these concerns seriously and pick up some oregano and basil maybe even salt or pepper.
