The Dogwood is a popular bar with a lively atmosphere, especially the rooftop bar. Customers praise the fast service, friendly staff (especially Sarah, Avery, and Grant), and good music. Some find it too loud and drinks overpriced. Pulled pork tacos and seasoned fries are favorites.

Went on a Friday night. The place had a nice crowd, the drinks were amazing. Has an upstairs with a rooftop bar. Music is a nice mix and not to loud so that you are unable to hold a conversation with your party. This is a bar done right! A must go if you are in the Domain!
The staff is awesome and the food outstanding. We had the fried pickles, street tacos, grilled cheese and the Dogwood burger. A little pricey but worth every penny. Panko crust on the pickles, fried green tomatoes on both the burger and sandwich give things a slightly different flavor. And again, the staff is super friendly. I will definitely be back.
Stopped in for early happy hour. Staff was super helpful and attentive. Had the loaded tots...super tasty! If you go and order anything from Pinthouse Brewing...make sure you are ok with the price!! My only complaint is the small beer selection.
Went out for some drinks with coworkers. Galo (not sure how to spell it) was our bartender and he was amazing. Helpful and friendly, definitely added to the experience. It's super spacious in there and the upstairs is nice and breezy. I wish they had more seating but there was a spot upstairs around a fire that was great. Be warned the heaters around the bar upstairs are HOT hot hot.
Loved this bar! Our server was quick to bring out our drinks and food despite how busy they were. The atmosphere was lively and the happy hour specials are great, we had the $5 fried calamari and it was very tasty. Would love to go back
Upstairs overlooking the Domain creates a good vibe. Apps were on-point and perfect for sharing with 4-5 people. Service was very attentive. The party was never dry.
I love that this place is dog friendly. I brought my puppy here and quickly felt at home. The atmosphere is always hip and trendy and the drinks aren't that badly priced. If you're in Austin make sure your come and take a look at what I'm talking about and experience good customer service with a friendly attitude.
So I actually really dislike the one down on West 6th, since it's always super annoying there. I'm sure this place can/may get that way too. But I hope that Rock Rose stays completely different than West 6th or at least has a different crowd. Besides the point, I actually really enjoyed this location. I came here for Happy Hour with a friend. The service was great, there was plenty of places to sit. Our server was awesome, she was super friendly and attentive. I never had my drink go empty without her checking in. The Happy Hour food menu is great too, we ordered the Cajun Chicken Fritters, the Spinach Artichoke Dip, and the deviled eggs. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the deviled eggs. Everything else was great, and you can't beat the price. It looks like they have an awesome Brunch menu too, I haven't been there to try it, but I will soon. Parking is a pain in this area still since one side of it is still under construction, but there are parking garages on either side of the street you just have to be lucky enough to find a spot.
Great place for a beer, fun atmosphere and solid service. Their Classic Burger is also really good, worth it for a pub-style burger. Love that they are so dog friendly, roof patio is a hotspot in the warm weather.
I had been to the one in Houston, and so had high hopes for this one. Did not disappoint. The bar itself has a rooftop and PLENTY of space and even then it was PACKED by 5pm on Wednesday! That fact itself should tell you worlds about this bar. Friendly bartenders, great food and amazing drinks. The only problem is ... it's VERY hard to leave this place! You have been warned
best bar food, best service from Grant and i love seeing Barry, the dog!!!
Great energy, great staff, great jams. Bar is fun, meet cool people any day of the week! Always a stop for at least a 2 drink minimum whenever we are at the Domain! 😎❤
Nice spot in the heart of the Domain. It is in walking distance from most everything there and the rooftop is a good place to people watch and have an evening drink. Typically recommend seeing a show or hitting one of the food spots and then wrapping things up here afterwards.
I think this place got new management. It’s more lively and the service is great! Far more improved from when I visited earlier this year. This is a great spot to watch sports. Also the food was great. Great atmosphere!
Been here a few times. Very chill place. Staff is pleasant, drink are not overly expensive.
Great experience .Hanging out watching sports
Pretty cool place. This one is more my speed for a rooftop bar than the nearby 77 Degrees Rooftop Bar (no offense to those that prefer that atmosphere). For those of you not willing to brave the outdoor elements, they have a spacious bar and seating area downstairs and it is inside. The Dogwood just seems more down to earth and has a more casual and laid-back vibe to it – plus, they have a good assortment of local microbrews on tap! They also have a full bar if that is what you are into. Staff is VFAF (Very Fun, Accommodating and Friendly). Yes, that’s right, I just coined my own acronym. Feel free to use it amongst yourselves. I have a feeling this one is going to be trending on Twitter before you know it, so get in on the ground floor my peeps. $5 happy hour food specials from 4p to 7p M-F (see my photo for the current listing). They also have the typical bar fare; wings, burgers, salads, etc.
Every event that I went to was lovely. The atmosphere is great. You can be indoors and outdoors. The workers/bartenders are sweet and super attentive. 10/10 I will always recommend. Also, the outdoors have an amazing view of the strip, or if you want to look at the moon and have a drink, also.
Delightful bartender, dogs loved here, I was upstairs and it's over a 100 at 4pm in late July, yet most of upstairs, while outside, is shaded and has fans w misters blasting...it's quite comfy all considered. Good music to kik bak 2 and nice side stop walkin the dogs. The food looked great--Ill come bak when hungry for those mac n cheese variatiins and tacos. The brunch specials online look great. Happy to have stopped by.
grant was a great bartender , very personalable and made me and my friends have a good night
Went to watch some fights, great atmosphere, solid food, and a separate room just to watch if we didn't want to stay outside. Good time
My boyfriend and I were exploring the domain and happened upon this bar. We didn't try any food, just drinks. It was during an oktoberfest event, so it might have been a little different than normal. The DJ was excellent, staff was friendly and provided quick service, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We'd be willing to come back another time.
Fun spot to watch the games or just to hang out. Close to superior food options so not sure if they even serve food here, but the drinks are solid pours and the beers are cold.
Nice little sports bar, food was what you would expect for such a place, more TVs than directions to look. You won't miss any of the action. Roof top bar has good heaters when it's cold.
Service was self serve at the bar for the UFC fight and UT game. Lots of room and address with different vibes. Friendly crowd.
I had a great time here, fast service, chill atmosphere with good music and plenty of screens to watch sports. Offers 2 floors and the wagyu burgers and fries are great.
Fun place for a work happy hour or even professional/technical Society social event. Drinks downstairs, and then drinks and appetizers upstairs. Plenty of space, good vibes, open air, and great prices.
I had such a great experience here! The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The staff made the whole visit even better — they were welcoming, attentive, and truly wonderful. A special shoutout to my bartender, Avery, who was so patient, friendly, and made me feel right at home. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot!
Sarah was an amazing bartender, she made sure we had the best experience and was very attentive! I will definitely be back to visit 10/10
This is a pretty chill location. I went here once with friends and we spent most of the time on the heated roof. It was relaxing and easy to get a drink from the bartender. It was a bit crowded up there but you could still hear the person you were talking too which was nice. We left when the bar closed and the bartenders said bye and drive safe on the way out which was nice. We ran into a couple arguing and the cops coming to them on the way out. I don't know if there was a fight but there were 4 cop cars. Besides the end it was a pretty laid back bar. I would definitely go again.
I was having a great time. I always order shots of Don Julio shakin' over ice. I had my first one, then 45 minutes later I went to get my second one. I asked for it the same, but somehow she poured it on the rocks. Which was fine I just asked for another glass. She gave it to me no issue. Then she said I should have asked for it chilled. I tried to explain that I only ask for it shakin' over ice because lots of bars keep it in a cooler, but I like it colder. She was still very nice but got quiet. I tried to apologize cause I thought she was doing a great job, but these 2 girls next to me started making fun of me while I was looking at T-shirts. They kept laughing and mocking me so eventually I looked at them and asked to buy their tab. The staff was great, the management and bar backs helpful, but these two girls and how they mocked me in front of the bartender is the reason I won't go back. I did tip the bartender well ($200), not that I'd usually say that, and I always tip well because I a bartender myself while in school) and I hope she knows she deserved it, but I immediately went home after and won't go back to the domain because I was mortified and humiliated. I love Austin, I love Texas, but the people are becoming worse and the bullying is unnecessary. Thank you for having me and I wish you all the best.
Went to get food after getting off work late. Google recommended it for late night food. Took the 10 minute walk & nope! Google lied.
it would be five stars if the draft beers on the second floor were colder.
Went with friends and family in Saturday afternoon. They were having a crawfish boil and had an awesome band, Gumbo YaYa, that played Nola jazz, zydeco and blues. We had good bar food and great Bloody Mary's. I understand it's been bought by the folks who own Woodrows on 6th, Woody's in Bee Cave and others.
Nice and clean! This place is so clean, which for a bar is almost unheard of. I actually boosted my rating from a 3 star to a 4 star just because of how clean it is. On the night I went I could not go to the roof top bar because of the weather (it was cold) so I am not going to be able to describe that but I will go back to check it out. What I learned is that this is not really the bar to go to watch a game unless you can access the rooftop portion. The TVs inside are not that clear. Bartenders were very nice, and very efficient. There is lots of space and seating outside as well as in. This bar would be great to visit in the spring! Will go back for sure!
Their staff is attentive even when it's crowded. They are also very nice. They are reasonably priced with good drink tastes too. It can be chaotic at random times (not UT Gameday, but other times). I didn't try the food yet.
Honestly I give this a 4 star .The Reason why they didn’t get a 5 stars is because the drinks are over priced! The Long island are $15 a drink 🥃 but it was pretty with the fruits on top 🔝for as the look ! The service was great to buy us all rounds of shots on the house . I love the fact they were generous with us cause we did have nice big tab! That’s was very nice of Management and the bartenders of 2020 for Thanksgiving ❤️ I got nice Christmas Sweater 🎄 i bought from this place and it’s dope 💯
This bar is one of the better in the domain. You can find places to hang in large groups, lots of seating around the bar, and the roof to look out over. Drinks can be very large, but I opted for the Dogwood flower. It was more on the sour side, so you will need the salt rim to help balance it out. Sitting outside is much more enjoyable after the summer is over.
The atmosphere was great but one of the downstairs bartenders was a bit rude and slow. We found the bar upstairs and Maliyah was killing it. We continued to go up to her for service the remainder of the night. Dogwood you need to give this girl the best shifts! She clearly is killing customer service. She’s fast, kind, and knowledgeable!
Came here to party with friends one evening. We headed to the roof top bar and was able to get a great seating area for our party of 8. There was no table service, but we managed to get Chynna at the bar keeping the drinks flowing. A great evening, the table was bussed often of the empty bottles and we enjoyed ourselves. Definitely would come back.
We’ve been to Dogwood a few times at this point so it’s strange we never got around to reviewing it because it really is a good bar. We’ve come on nights out and gamedays alike and there always seems to be a good energy and amount of people here. They have both downstairs and rooftop options if you like a little elevation as well as tabletop seating outside. It’s also pretty conveniently located from the red and pink garages (but drive safely). To us, the nicest thing about Dogwood is the casual vibe it always has, the bartenders are always friendly and it doesn’t have a wild vibe but is definitely an energy step up from the pub down the street. I love that there are events hosted here, even allowing dogs outside. To us Dogwood is that middle ground, not too flashy like Wonder Bar or Kung Fu Saloon, but more energy than Jack & Ginger’s. It’s the ultimate night starter or night ender depending on where you want your night to go. Either way the drinks are good and we’ve never had a bad experience here making it one of our bigger casual go tos.
Stopped by early in the evening after shopping in the Domain. Since it was early, there were plenty of places to grab a seat. The bartenders were attentive upon sitting down and taking the initial order. Drinks were made quickly, looked nice, and tasted great. There were TV's around the bar to watch some sports while music was playing overhead. Music wasn't too loud and was easy to have a conversation. Ordered some of the nachos to snack on over a few drinks. Nachos were very large and had a generous amount of toppings on top. The crowds started to pick up as the evening went on, but left before it became too crowded.
I love the atmosphere here but have never been happy with the service. Most..not all of the daytime female bartenders do nothing but chat. As a former bartender you should be hustling, not chatting & moving slower than a speeding snail. I’m sure I’ll be back for the atmosphere because the service isn’t bringing me in. I hate to be that person & im sorry to leave this review. CAN YOU CLOSE US OUT ALREADY! Yes, I’m writing this as you are still ignoring.
Pros: Good food, throwback music , nice 2 level scene rooftop. Cons: I suggest bring CASH ONLY due to the some bartenders being intoxicated not knowing who’s card to charge in which you will be paying for other people’s drinks. This mostly happens late-nights. Be advised!
Got here about 2:45pm on Friday and there were 4 people inside and no one outside. Very blah. Bartender was nice though.
Went for wings and sliders. Tasty for $10. Definitely a bar atmosphere, so wouldn’t recommend for lunch again.
Has great potential but it was just too darn loud. My ears were hurting after about 45 min here, had to leave. Had a decent margarita, was a bit too sweet. Drinks are reasonably priced.
Fun spot with a great upstairs. Always easy to get water and order drinks, they're competitively priced. The biggest issue with this place is how loud it is, it is unnecessarily loud. Because of the loud music, everybody has to shout over it and other people, causing a feedback loop of even more loudness. Being outside is even louder than inside.
I recently visited Dogwood Domain in Austin and left with mixed feelings. While the atmosphere and ambiance were inviting, my overall experience was just average. The food menu left much to be desired—there were limited options and the dishes could use more creativity and better seasoning. Additionally, the service was inconsistent; some staff members were friendly and attentive, while others seemed disinterested and slow to respond. Overall, I’d give it 3 out of 5 stars. With improvements to the food menu and a more consistent service approach, this place could really shine!"
Went to Dogwood for the first time on a Thursday afternoon. Entrance staff was very friendly (one of them even had jokes if I was related to Bruce Lee.) Anyways my girlfriend and I sat at the bar (right side when you enter). Asked for a water and a drink menu (since I never been here before), bartender got us water and NEVER came back for. I was there for a good 10 minutes, not sure if your bartender was relatively new or what not. There were about 10 people at the bar, she ends up striking a conversation with a bar patron and is conpletely oblivious to your customers around her. Friendly front staff but poor service (this may have just been that particular bartender. I am sure your other bartenders are amazing) but just wanted to share.. especially with several bars within a close proximity of one another. I do not expect anything from this, just wanted to share. Thanks for reading! Brandon
I've lived in North Austin for years and visited Dogwood numerous times. But today they decided to enforce their Black only dress code. My husband was denied entry with sweatpants on, which is fine except for a few minutes later a white man walks in wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt and was allowed to enter. So is there a rule against all sweatpants or just Black men in sweatpants.
Wanted to try a new spot, so went in to watch a game with some friends. I arrived first and was only one upstairs had a Bloody Mary which was pretty good. Bar was completely empty when I arrived, asked to watch Steelers- Colts game and they wouldn’t change the TV, even though there were 10+ empty tables. They were spoken for by people that weren’t even there? So we ended up going to Lavaca which was probably better anyways. No idea how the food was, but we spent atleast $200 at Lavaca between us. Sucks for them, I won’t be going back.
We had a group of 4 people and a stroller. Showed up at 12:15 when there was hardly 5 people in the place. Before we even got to the door, an employee wagged his finger at us and rudely turned us away. Why this is a rule at lunch hour on a weekend when we would have doubled your patron count is beyond me. This was one of my favorite places to go to in Domain and this pretty much ruined it for me.
Was very disappointed with this place. We live close to the Domain and are frequently in the area. I had family in town visiting, and we decided to come to Dogwood for a nightcap. The bouncer was extremely disrespectful to my father, who is from out of town, and almost 60 years old. He was wearing a collared shirt, Hoka running shoes, and grey Lululemon shorts that had pockets/a faux zipper. The bouncer asked my father to pull his shirt up, and proceeded to say that because my father’s shorts had an elastic waistband, he could not enter the bar. This elastic waistband was not visible, had he not been asked to pull up his shirt. Finally, the bartender said that he could enter, but only because it was before 9:00 PM. He proceeded to tell us not to be surprised if we get kicked out at 9:00. When inside, we went up to the second floor open-air bar. Despite standing at the bar for over ten minutes, we were ignored by the bartenders. Not so much as a nod was thrown our way. We left this establishment very unhappy. I would not recommend that anyone patronize this bar. There are indeed, far better options in the Domain.
Visited one mid-afternoon for a couple of beers. The service behind the bar was terrible. She never made eye contact or came back to offer another round. When flagged down, the eye roll and attitude was deal breaker. Oh and the bar smells just as terrible as the bartenders' attitudes.
Had such good food and service here, but ended up with multiple charges on my card from here that did not match my bill. Had lunch and closed out. Next day, I had $10 ,$11, $7, etc. separate charges from them. One week later and no response from them.
DO NOT EVER COME HERE FOR A WATCH PARTY. THEY DO NOT TURN THE DJS MUSIC OFF OR DOWN. You’re better off watching from home!!
Discriminatory. My husband and my friends were trying to get into dogwood and were turned away due to her husband wearing sweatpants. We were told that the dress code was just enforced due to the time. He left to change while we got a drink and waited for them to return. A few minutes later another man comes in wearing Adidas track pants. We are 2 black couples and the Adidas pants wearing man was white. Coincidence, I think not. Very disappointed amd disgusted.
The door man was more worried about doing pull ups. Didn't get a chance to go in because of the young door man try to tell me I was drunk. When he saw me I was walking on pebbles also I have special arch supports to help me balance due to weak ankles. So I walk a little funny. Ended up going back across the street to another bar. Crazy thing we notice hardly anyone was over there.
I went to this place Saturday for my birthday 13 people on my table and a person came to us asking the birthday person to leave cuz he was the only Hispanic. We requested to talk to the manager and he refused his presence. Would never go again. If you are Hispanic please don’t go there.
My husband is one of the most stylish people I know. He was wearing a nice, woven tank top, trousers, and clean white sneakers. He looked very nice, clean-cut, stylish, etc. They wouldn't let him in because of his "tank top". A woman walked in with a similar tank-top, and they let her in. We were with a friend wearing a tshirt and athletic shorts and running shoes, and they let him in without an issue. Very bizarre.
DO NOT USE ANY CARD METHODS HERE* They literally forged my signature onto a receipt and added the drink order of a group that was near me who ordered up and just left. They charged my card without giving me a customer receipt. Little did they know that I was an actual notary public so my signature is recorded with the state and I never drank enough for them to even make the case that I signed it drunk etc etc. this is really third world country practices with cards.
Horrible customer service bartenders just stare at you when you say hi to them no one’s friendly. They just don’t care about their customers. That’s why this place is so damn dead. Great job hiring the worst of the worst.
Food was great. Ordered a beer. Finished beer as I received my Hot Chicken Sandwich. Ate my sandwich with an empty pint glass, and was never asked if I wanted another beer. Rule 1 as a bartender..never take an empty pint glass without asking if the customer would like another, especially if they are still eating. Good thing is there are plenty of other watering holes in their street.
Bartender at a SPORTS BAR said "I don't watch sports because I don't need to learn useless information" You are a bartender bro, the USEFUL information you possess clearly doesn't matter either. I'm just trying to watch football man, I didn't ask for your opinion of the NFL while I was trying to watch. Worst service ever from a bar staff, but don't take my word for it, just read the other reviews. I have to assume the 5 star reviews are paid for or part of some promotion. All the 1 star reviews seem to align with the same experience I had here with no response from the bar itself. What a shocker. Mostly the atmosphere (being able to bring your dog) and the food was decent/good, but nothing left a worst taste in my mouth than the bartender. (12/17/23 - 1-3pm)
Nothing unique. Loud bar atmosphere. We hosted a corporate event here. It gets the job done. However, Going out of your way for anything other than a social gathering would be a mistake.
Went there Saturday for a birthday party, my friend was asked to leave for no reason. We asked why and they didn’t provide any answers. We requested to talk to the manager and he refused . We assumed was asked out cus his race or maybe he wasn’t drinking that much. We are never to step a foot on that place
My server at the upstairs patio was not customer friendly. This occurred Sunday November 5 from 12-2pm. I spent my hard earn money to eat and watch the game, to only be ignored when I needed service. In a three hour span, my server check on me twice. I had to wait to get a server when the other shift started. I understand I’m not the only customer but it would have been customer service to makes the effort to check on your customers as much as possible! It took almost 30 mins for me to get somebody’s attention to close out my tab. I ask for water from the tall blonde lady , she looked at me rude and said wait a second. She never got the water for me. This is totally unacceptable, I come there a lot and this is the first time I was treated this way. I spent a lot money at this establishment and have friends that go to both locations. I will think twice next time I want to watch the games on Sunday
This was supposed to be a good experience for a new resident coming to texas. We walked in and went to the bar to order a drink. The manager Michelle was very prejudice and racist. I was already reluctant to get a drink from her because she looked like she hated her job or didn't want to serve us. We went to the bar to get a drink (3 tequila and cranberry) after paying $22.75 we tasted the drinks and asked Michelle what liquor was used she proceeded to show a bottle and put it down and said "oh well take it or leave it thats the way it is" we decided to leave it (the drink was HORRIBLE very watered down!!!!) and ask for refund. She agreed and took the drink very aggressively and gave my money back as well as saying "you need to leave now". She was very unprofessional and decided to cause a scene on Christmas and keep antagonizing us after we moved to another side of the bar to maybe try again with a different bartender. She continued to have different employees confront us to make us leave. We did nothing wrong to not be served effectively. The other employees decided to try and remove us physically (3 women)! When advised to not touch me and told them to call the police , they decided to send a BLACK employee to level with us about leaving because calling the police wouldn't work in our favor due to all the manager would advise the police that we were trespassing and it would end up being our fault for how michelle acted and treated 3 women who just wanted to bring in a birthday and Christmas. The employee advised that we could be charged with trespassing, WHICH WE WEREN'T! ALL in All Michelle is the worst and I will never spend any money in this establishment again. Merry Christmas 🎅🏿 🎄‼️
I've visited this bar for the last 5 years, and service is usually decent. But this last Sunday , August 13th, was my least favorite experience! I asked for a Texas sized mimosa and was told that they no longer make them. I then looked over and noticed fellow patrons with them. When I confronted the bartender , he acted puzzled and stated , "I had no idea , it's just what I was told....I can get a manager for you. " He did not suggest to get one made or anything, just decided to hand us off to the manager to resolve. the bar was not busy at all. The manager, Preston approached my friend and I , very aggressively. He was not apologetic about the incident and only then stated that the cups were expensive ($17) , so the bartenders were told to hand them out "accordingly" and only before 9pm. Which apparently is a new rule ! I arrived at the bar at 8:30 pm and when we spoke to him it was 8:50 pm .He then brought over a Texas sized mimosa after we discussed things , to say, " here's one on the house. " We then jokingly said , "that we did not need one for free , we only wanted to be treated fairly. " He then got offensive and asked us to finish our drinks and leave. My friend and I immediately left our drinks (that we paid for ) and departed respectfully. It was the most uncomfortable experience we have ever experienced as patrons at a bar.
Place is nice but $12 for a beer before tips is insane. Tipped 3 dollars to my bartender but left after 1 beer cause there's no way I want to buy 5 $12 beers. Cost price for wholesale is less than $1.80 for a pint so $7-$8 is understandable max.
Be veryy cautious using your credit card at this bar. I had an experience where I felt completely taken advantage of. Early in the night, I asked for 3 shots of tequila. A girl nearby, who I casually invited to join, chose the shots — and the bartender served them without disclosing the price or confirming with me, the one paying. It turned out they were the most expensive shots on the menu. Came out to $150 for 3 shots. I’ll admit, I should’ve checked the receipt before signing, but I didn’t — and the bartender seemed to notice that I wasn’t reviewing them carefully. Later in the night, I was given another bill for 3 additional shots I never ordered. I thought I was signing for a one drink whiskey sour. But No one confirmed it with me, but the charge was put on my tab anyway. Because I signed, the bank can’t help me dispute it. Yes I didn’t double-check because I had confidence I was paying for only the drinks I ordered. but I also believe it’s unethical for a bartender to add pricey items to a bill without confirming with the person paying — especially when others are involved. This felt intentional, and like I was taken advantage of. At this point, my only option may be small claims court to get a judge’s opinion on what happened. Bottom line: watch your tab carefully and don’t trust this bar with your card. You might end up paying for things you never asked for.
Been calling and leaving voicemails for a week to find out if they have my credit card because I live 5 hours away. They give literally NO option to reach anyone. Only give the option to leave a voicemail that they say "is not checked immediately because their management is helping.." Management NEVER checks the voicemail would be more accurate. Aside from that it's alright. Nothing special
They took our four drinks (80% full and paid 30+ USD) and threw them away because of some undisclosed policies. What a disgrace customer service. We politely asked for an explanation multiple times, their manager didn't give us any explanation whatsoever. Avoid at all cost, they completely ruined our night together after 30+ hours flight from Europe. We tried to speak to the lady in charge but she minimized us badly and disrespected us
The place is too loud, you can't hear anything, and our bartender was awful. Said her name was Brittney, and she was slow and rude. She looked bothered anytime anyone ordered from her, the other bartenders were fine, but she stood out for her poor attitude. The food was fine, nothing to write home about. I don't ever write reviews, but felt compelled to after the service. Do better.
I would love to say that I had a great time, but I had a very poor interaction with one of the bar staff, shorter girl with black hair and bangs, she for starters look miserable and was very rude with the way she spoke. Can't say that it's a place I would return to if she is there.
Used to love coming here. Good vibes, good music. But the drinks used to be like $9 went the past two weekends and for a drink of crown it was $15!!!! Paid $30 for two drinks! Completely unacceptable. Will not be going back. $15 for a crown neat is just greedy.
