This Panera offers really fast service, a large, clean dining area with large windows angled to face Biscayne Blvd. There is also outdoor seating that feels like you're on the beach due to the palm trees all around the plaza. Overall, this location delivers what you want from a Panera.

I went here for gluten free foods. The menu is on a tablet and some things can be customized for food allergies. I ordered the french onion soup. I ordered the fruit of instead of bread, the Greek yogurt parfait and an iced tea. Panera has the charged tea which I wish was sugar free n straight caffeine. Then offer stevia packs. But I still works for energy

Although the Price's are a bit higher than your average fast food restaurant, Panera does offer a more healthier alternative and you can't put a price on good health. Food selection and quality is what I consider gourmet.

Go to the north miami store and go this store it’s like the difference between a 2 star hotel and five star hotel. Must be management but north miami has terrible management bums same people everyday like living there and people bathing in bathroom and so dirty This location in Aventura is a pleasure it’s clean comfortable able to do business and enjoy. What a difference . Panera needs to send a corporate member to your north miami location or transfer the manger from Aventura it’s imperative.

Panera Bread is like a hangout for adults due to the atmosphere, comfy chairs, and wifi. I ordered my meal online before closing. The order was made to perfection in a timely manner. The Bacon Turkey Bravo was a delicious sandwich that came with a side of chips. The strawberry banana is always fantastic.

Good place with good food. Customer service is extremely polite beginning from front-desk ending by bass boys. Tables sometimes stay dirty. My chicken Alfredo pasta in real had less chicken than in shown on a picture. They fixed it for me with no problem.

I tried the sourdough bread bowl with soup at three different locations. And though the broccoli soup is the same, the quality and appearance of the bread bowl differs. This location on Biscayne in Aventura was very good. The soup filled the bowl. The bread bowl was served fresh. The Asian chicken salad was fresh with crisp lettuce and chicken. The spicy chicken sandwich was okay. A bit pricey for just a chicken and bread with some sauce The cashier and manager were pleasant. The inside was clean. Though there were no napkins in any of the dispensers. Recommended location.

Always a good food-wide choice of sandwiches, soups, salads, breads makes it easy for me to get something to eat in less than 15 min and make it fit my diet. Placing an order through the App and have it ready by the time I get there-is my favorite ☺️ 4 stars are just for the orders at a cashier, which sometimes are not as fast and accurate; and a furniture, that looks worn out. But overall, I love this place and always recommend it to my friends.

They dont clean the outdoor tables and chairs. Bird crap on the back of every chair. Watched the person go outside to clean, she wiped a short coffee table and the trash cabinet but didn't touch a table or chair

I order here about every other day, I WANT TO START BY SAYING THIS , I received careless service too many times I’m highly disappointed most of the time but today is what really did it and I don’t think I’ll come ever again there is plastic baked into my sandwich. Cafe to go order #6051715992441711. The night shift workers are a joke they don’t service you and they want you to only use the kiosk past 8pm. I order cafe orders and request for extra or something on the side and 70% chance they forget it.

When I recently came here the cashier was very unwelcoming towards me. I ordered a you pick 2 meal. The cashier did not give me a receipt and was eager to take the next customer's order. The table buzzer started to ring , then I walked to the pick up area and asked if my meal was ready. The meal was not ready and I had to wait more than 15 minutes to receive my order. Then one of the workers told me that they ran out of the smoked chicken for my sandwich. She asked me if I would like an alternative chicken. I simply replied yes but I was appalled. When my meal was finally ready it was rushed and served improperly. I ordered a cup of soup in my meal. When you order a cup of soup and a half sandwich you are supposed to receive a bag of chips NOT bread. I definitely know because I have ordered the you pick 2 meal several times. They gave me a cup of soup , a piece of bread and 1/4 of a sandwich which is not even half. When I went to other locations like the one in North Miami I never had any of these problems.

Check your orders, last time they gave me the wrong bagel and this time i found onions on my prepared cinnamon bagel. Don't be surprised if you get a food-borne illness because they obviously don't take cross-contamination precautions

I felt I got a miniature bagel. A little bit of bacon and the yolk sticking out. Portions are too small for the price being paid. We ordered breakfast sandwiches. My bagel was stiffed. And I still gave a tip. When my order came out coffee was not ready. I had to ask for my coffee. Bad experience. Panera Bread is not what used to be. Covid 19 got the best of you. Reducing size, increasing the cost. And let me not mention how the coffee tasted. You guys need to bring your A game or you will lose customers to La Estancia Argentina, Graziannos and Einstein Bros Bagel

While I was waiting for my order I noticed the beverage are was a poll of water, some Uber delivery said that the ice machine was broken. My order came to notice that only my frozen caramel came and I ask for my ice coffee…. Apparently the cashier didn’t give me a cup with ice to prepare (I supposed to be drinking my coffee for a while but someone didn’t do his job). The lady who gave me my drink was nice to come back to the cashier and gave me a cup of ice. I don’t know what happens with this location it was dirty the floor with all that water, some customers make eye contact with me and comment that is the night staff, I have not visited this location for a while and usually I come early morning but this was the first time that I experienced such a distracted employee ( just to let you know I was the only person that he help there was not line at the cashier) you should have a better team player knowing his co-worker where busy he could have gave me a cup with ice.

I am a member of Panera bread sad to say the food is not as good as it use to be and my soup wow I just do not understand the employees very lazy no one should get spoiled soup with clumps of nasty chunks that don’t break down even when reheated and the sandwich was put together very sloppy and to not know if you all serve gluten free WOW just told I don’t know, anyhow management is strongly slacking and over looking a lot at this Location. BYE Panera no return here!

Waited 20 minutes for a coffee and 2 pastries. Coffee came cold and I asked for a replacement to go. Took another 15 min and only after I came to the counter. Asking for a tip before doing the service. Or doing service after a tip??? Was offered a pastry or water or a hug for inconvenience. Amazing! Manager didn't seem like he cared.
