Fun little bar to sit at and watch the skiers or place to come after you ski. Plenty of seating inside and outside. It has heaters outside so that’s nice. There are also TVs outside . Nice cocktail options but the service for cocktails was unnecessarily long. It was fine as we were just sitting and chatting but should not happen when the crowds were not big

Christian made this experience wonderful! He’s fantastic and took great care of us. The views for apres are perfect and so is the vibe. We enjoyed the crab spinach dip.

Shout out to Christian, our server today. He had a certain elegance to him and was very friendly. Shasha was also funny, we like her. The food is great, good champagne options and service was wonderful. The only negatives were the children running around and the ashes from the fire pit flying into my drink.

I tried ribeye, pork tomahwak, and cheese buger and they are all good. Servers are well trained.

Loved the bartender’s choice drink! The waitress was soo sweet and patient. She noted down flavors I liked and worked with the bartender for my drink. Can’t complain about the food except for the mushrooms. We asked for no salt but apparently the sauce was premade so no salt was not an option.

This restaurant is located in the Park Hyatt. We have eaten here a number of times for breakfast and twice for lunch, the food is excellent. A great place to stop for lunch or dinner after a long day of skiing. We love the lobby bar area and outdoor patio as well. The whole restaurant in general is beautiful!

I am not one to usually care about service but our server, Ellie, was PHENOMENAL. She was extremely kind, helpful, and personable. Thank you Ellie for a great dinner experience!

Great experience, great food, and excellent service. My family and I really enjoyed this place. The New York Strip A5 was delicious

Had the breakfast buffet here and it was delicious. Fresh and well seasoned food. The service was polite and fast. The views from the outside patio are tough to beat!

For our last meal at our Beaver Cr. Resort, we chose to eat in-house & we were not disappointed. We elected a salmon menu selection from the Vail Restaurant Week option & it was delicious. The service & atmosphere were a bonus.

Nice layout and great food. Had Thanksgiving here this year and had a great experience! The food was wonderful and the service was first class. Beautiful views of Beaver Creek ski area from some of the window-side tables.

Our server Christian was the best, kindest, most attentive we have ever encountered. Thank you Christian for making sure our meals and our kid's meals were so perfect. Can't wait to return next year.

Food is good. Service is not so good. Edit: I have had good services here many times, but they have a new manager and he's horrible. He believes going out to tables asking "Is everything okay?" Is his job. When you say "I need more coffee please." He walks off and asks the next table same question without getting the coffee. They are all talk, they have no clue about customer service. Lastly, I made them take off the 22% automatic gratuity they put on check.

This is the best food in Beaver Creek! Great atmosphere too. My wife and I are traveling foodies and we know a thing or two about great food. Their service was excellent. They also have a large selection of wines. I recommend the filet. They use the local butcher shop for their fresh meat. You will not be disappointed. 💯👏

We had to cancel our reservation and the manager was very accommodating to our situation and waived our cancellation fee. We appreciated it tremendously. Thank you for your consideration. We will go back another time.

We ate here 3 times during our trip. Twice for dinner and once for lunch. Food was delicious and the best on the mountain. They just added a new menu (praises to the chef) and they’re doing great! They had gluten free options that were delicious. I recommend they add gluten free desert options other than ice cream. It’s cold and I don’t want to eat ice cream. My family ate regular and loved it. We all recommend the trout as it had a ton of flavor and the bone marrow (dinner). For lunch, I really enjoyed the oxtail and onion soup. The service was fantastic for dinner the two times we went. During lunch, we had a bad waitress who didn’t bring us items we requested and would take a long time to service our table. The place didn’t look busy during that time so I’m not sure what was going on. I’m not going to rate them for her negligence as the other to waiters provided 5/5 service.

We’ve been here several times, both in winter and summer, and it’s always an excellent experience. Today, Todor, our waiter, was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was outstanding. Truly a wonderful experience!

New chef, honestly every single dish was absolutely amazing. No exaggeration. There were 8 (including kids) of us, no one ordered the same thing. Consider this a new restaurant under this new chef, it’ll be very hard to get a reservation once word gets out. Service was top notch. Christian was amazing, and the staff was very attentive. Given the current situation/strain with restaurant service teams, this was a nice reminder of incredible service.

The new executive Chef and his Summer 2025 menu are out of this world. I promise you. Last minute decision to have dinner at the bar and Wendy took incredible care of us. First the delicious Pinot noir. Then came the food. We had the bistro fillet and the chicken romaine salad as entrees. Excellent. We are already planning our next meal here (breakfast and dinner, again). We are local to Beaver Creek and I am overjoyed to have this restaurant I the mix!! Quick note: the prices are amazing but that doesn’t matter after you taste the food. Thank you to the new Chef. Bravo!!

Everything from the second I came told me that this dining experience was going to be amazing, and I had no idea that I could say 'wow' more times than I did tonight. I tried several appetizers and pretty much stole everyone else's portions as I couldn't stop trying more and more things. I could only describe my entree as an Anton Ego moment after the first bite of steak. There are so few times where you can say that any one dish is spot on, and you could tell the time and effort they put into these meals. On top of that, the service was very attentive and top-notch! Christian was an amazing waiter and Chef Jonah exceeded every expectation.

I usually don’t leave reviews on Google, but I felt compelled to do so because the current ratings don't do justice to this restaurant. We've dined at other restaurants in Beaver Creek with higher evaluations, and none compare to how exceptional 8100 is. Dining at 8100 is a true experience; the food is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is fantastic. Definitely my favorite in BC.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The entire staff was very attentive and pleasant. The bartender (wish I could remember his name) was super friendly, and we tried a variety of cocktails and all were perfect. Our server Garrett was personable, helpful, and always at right there when we needed him. Great job on his part with recommendations and descriptions from the menu. His manner was professional; but warm and friendly. The atmosphere was great, we were so comfortable and really felt like we were the only ones there. It wasn't packed but it was pretty busy. The food was over the top delicious. Everyone in our party ate every morsel we were given; joking about licking the last bits of sauce from the plate. I had the pork tenderloin which was subtly smokey and so tender - eyes closed savoring, pound on the table delicious. All in all we could not have been happier, and would recommend it very highly. Can't wait to go back!

Great selection of beer. They treated our dog like royalty! Made her a plain chicken breast with a side of bacon. They were so accommodating and kind. Our server Christopher was fantastic. We will definitely return!

We had breakfast at 8100 Mountainside during our 7-night holiday stay, and overall it was a really good experience. A big shoutout to the servers, Shasha, Mauricio, Asya, Illyan, Todor, and Benjamin. Every single one of them provided excellent service. Friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. Service like that honestly makes a difference. We’ve been coming to the Park Hyatt for the last four years, so we’ve seen how things change over time. This year, the breakfast options for both à la carte and the buffet felt a little more limited compared to last year. Specially, we really missed the fresh fruit juice bar which they had in past. That said, the overall food quality was still great. The French toast from the à la carte menu was easily the highlight and one of the best item we had. All in all, great service, good food, and still a breakfast spot we enjoy coming back to every year.

Great location slope side at the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek. Service was attentive and efficient. My oxtail onion soup had a noticeably think layer of oil on top, which unfortunately ruined the dish. It was too oily to enjoy so I sent it back.

We have dined here regularly during summer and winter family trips. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages. Delicious food and great service. Relaxing atmosphere. Kick back and enjoy. Had fun at breakfast buffet during the St. Patrick's weekend. GREEN!

Lunch in Beaver Creek at the Hyatt was very good. I had the salmon with rice and salad. The only complaint was the slow service.

M

We had a nice breakfast, very limited menu when they aren't serving the buffet. The eggs Benedict was delicious.

K

Excellent place for a quick or leisurely breakfast. A little on the expensive side, but high quality dishes and efficient and attentive service. I was told they usually have a breakfast buffet, but not on the day I went to have breakfast. Coffee was good but a little weak. I had the Salmon toast, while my wife had the avocado toast. Both were delightful.

This is a great hotel restaurant with good service and a fun atmosphere. I was disappointed, however, that there is no dinner menu! We stayed at the Park Hyatt and were going to celebrate an occasion here, but after looking at the menu we ended up going somewhere else that had a more appropriate menu for celebrating an occasion. Later that night at the hotel bar (that shares the same menu) we heard two more guests express their disappointment in the lack of dinner menu, and the bartender mentioned she hears that frequently. I'm kind of surprised with all that feedback that this restaurant remains a breakfast/lunch restaurant that stays open late and charades as a place to eat a nice dinner. Please consider adding a dinner menu!!

It was mud season during our visit so very quiet in the restaurant. We had great service, good food and our 3 year old was complimented again and again by the server as she did amazingly well for such a nice restaurant. The menu felt a little sparse with only 5 entree options but we learned we could also order from the bar menu, which had a burger on it. My steak was melt in your mouth good, but the sides (potatoes and asparagus) seemed a little bland. Helped by a little salt. :) Overall, it was a lovely visit!

T
Timberly Matonic

The food was fantastic but the wait staff was very inattentive. Even with a reservation no one came by for a drink order for the first 20 minutes. The appetizers took 30 minures to come, we had to flag our waiter down for bread and more water, the entrees took 2 hours, and no one ever came to see if we wanted more drinks. So, 3 stars because the food quality brings the average up.

C
Christine Uptain

This place could be so great but they need to shore up a lot of the little details to justify the price at this location. My food was good, but it took 3 tries to get my drink order correct (just tea, orange juice and hot chocolate). Service was extremely slow....other people sat after me with more attentive servers got their food and left before I even had the chance to finish my food. At one point, the (wonderful) server who brought my food had to go talk to my server twice since I was still missing items. The view is beautiful, but the outdoor heater on the patio was rumbling loudly the whole time, turning a peaceful breakfast into a white noise experience. This was the second time we attempted to eat here during our stay, and the experience matched, unfortunately. Find somewhere else for $20 pancakes and automatic gratuity.

We wait for our dinner 1 1/2 hour and it was flavorless. The cream brûlée horrible

A

The burger was really good. Others at my table said the Cornish hen was good as well. Cocktails are overpriced. Our server was really nice. Just note that certain items are available at the bar only (not the bar within the restaurant but outside the restaurant in the hotel lobby). It wasn’t a bad experience, but just not great for the price.

M
Mark Brady

630 reservation and they didn’t have a table big enough. Did not get our food until 815. All the food was awful food. Steak salad pictured. Everyone else’s steak was over cooked. Gave two stars because they took half of it off the bill.

L
Luana Paulsen

This place is highly overrated. Our server Viara was exceptional (one of the best we have ever had) which was what made made the disappointing meal tolerable. The staff worked well as a team keeping our beverages full. The dishes were composed of quality ingredients and looked good presentation-wise but the execution and flavors were well below par. The meals were not hot, lukewarm and cooled quickly. The vegetables were raw - not al dente, but RAW. The menu description were not accurate either. When one spends $200 on a meal, one expects it to be foodie worthy. And, when a guest sends food back to the kitchen to be re-cooked, a manager should visit the table. We never even saw a manager present and we dined at prime dinner time. We are not interested in giving this place another chance. It is sad to have "eh" food when traveling on vacation.

My rating of two stars represents that I was happy with the food, but the service was terrible. Had an early (5:30 PM) dinner reservation for two. There was only one other couple in the entire restaurant...and we get seated right next to them. Shortly thereafter, another couple arrives, and they are seated immediately to the other side of the couple. Six people in the restaurant and we're all seated next to each other. When we left (about 90 minutes later), there were a few more patrons in the restaurant, but it was still essentially empty. When the server asked to take our order, my husband ordered a martini, along with a bottle of wine for dinner. First course arrived almost immediately after ordering - even before he received his martini. Note to server: A martini is a "before dinner drink" - not a have a dinner drink! We ordered a $150 bottle of Hess red wine; it was at room temperature, not at cellar temperature as a red wine should be. And it was served in the white wine glasses. My husband finished his main course first and his plate was taken away. A few minutes later, the server came back and asked if he wanted to order dessert -- and I'm still finishing my main course !! When we finally did order dessert, we weren't even asked if we wanted coffee or tea. The service throughout the entire dinner too fast - a little more time needed to be allotted between the courses. Felt like they were just trying to get us served as quickly as possible so we'd be gone as quickly as possible. The service and how we were treated did not match what would be expected of almost any restaurant -- an especially not that of an expensive restaurant at a Park Hyatt.

Not trying to be mean but this was a mediocre meal supported by even more mediocre service. I stay in Hyatts all over the world and this was one of the worst meal experiences I've had in one of their hotels. This is supposedly a high end restaurant with corresponding prices yet food is given to the wrong person, food comes out cold and needs to be sent back to be reheated, and I ate half my meal without anything to drink because the server didn't deign it important to even bother checking to see if I needed a refill. All of this took place in a half empty restaurant so it wasn't like it was busy and they were overcome by events. Needless to say, my shadow will never darken their doorstep in the future, well, as long as I'm paying for the meal.

We were greatly disappointed with the food this year. We ordered $30+ burgers and were served cold generic cisco patties. Fries were low grade as well. What happened here? Boo.

A
Andrew Conk

Food was not up to expected standards. Wifes lager chicken was full of small bones. As if it was a pheasant instead of a chicken. My son’s kids order was incorrect and he was served an undercooked pizza. Fire pits outside were not working. A very underwhelming experience for our last night dinner.

R
Robert Diaz

Unfortunately, the service was not good. I'm bummed because I really like this resort location. We had dinner with our kids. Our kids dinner arrived about 30 minutes after ordering. We, adults, received our dinner about 40 minutes after the kids - including a simple salad. We didn't complain in the restaurant but we saw at least three people complain and show their frustration. It was also very hard to find the waiter for drink refills. Unfortunately not a great experience and for the prices they charge, you do expect much better service and experience.

1 star is too many. RUN (Dinner review from 3/18/23) We arrived at the Park Hyatt with 2 kids tired from traveling. We decided eating in the hotel was our best bet. That's the only reason we didn't get up and walk out of here. Keep in mind, EVERY single thing we ordered was forgotten about at least once. We actually felt it was 2005 and we were on Punk'd. Never saw Ashton Kutcher, but this restaurant might actually be a joke. We weren't asked if we wanted drinks. When we were almost done our food, the kids wanted drinks, so we flagged someone down for them. We ordered a martini and glass of wine along with 2 sodas. The alcohol made it, the kids drinks had to be reminded another 2 times. Ordered the burrata, and asked for naan bread and crackers (it's $5 per order of bread or crackers btw). we received 1 order of naan 5-10 minutes after we had been eating the burrata with a fork, then we received the crackers intermittently and randomly throughout our "meal". Kid's burger tasted/smelled of rotten eggs, fries weren't cold, but they weren't hot. service was already so bad we just ordered a second entree, didn't think the restaurant could handle us sending it back. Kid's salmon was ACTUALLY GOOD, but it was like a 3oz portion, so she ended up getting a second entree as well. The veal ossobuco was edible but nothing special. Certainly not worth $60. The seabass filet was full of large pinbones. I know we're in the middle of the country, but the kitchen should know how to filet a fish. It was dramatically overcooked, but it may have been from sitting under a heat lamp too long. My plate was too hot for the server or myself to touch. Tough, hard, full of bones. It was honestly awful. We probably waited at least 40 minutes between ordering and receiving our entrees. the kid's second entrees showed up before the ossobuco. The star of the day was the truffle mashed potatoes. The best part of our meal was when we got our check. I can assure you this was the worst $300 I've ever spent at a restaurant. This is an embarrassment to the Park Hyatt brand. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

M
Michael Bednarczyk

Came here for restaurant week this year after have a delicious meal last year and boy was it disappointing. We both ordered the same thing, Kale Salad appetizer which was good and then the Brisket entree. The sides of the entree were good but god was the brisket awful. They gave you a lot of it but half of each piece was thick chewy fat. Even when you cut the fat off, the pieces of meat themselves were extremely chewy and took minutes to digest. We each ate about two pieces and had them box up the rest for our dogs (sadly, even the dog had a hard time with it). I didn't complain while we were there because I'm just not the kind of person to send food back but after getting home and still feeling disappointed, I emailed the assistant manager with feedback. Wasn't looking for freebies or anything but just wanted to give them feedback and possibly get an apology. It's been a week and I haven't heard back still. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

Where's the beef?! My first thought was that the portion sizes would be reasonable for the prices they were charging. I was shocked to see the plates when they arrived. My mom ordered a tenderloin steak that was $58 with no sides. Barely big enough to feed a 5 year old when it arrived. I ordered the trout for $28. It looked like someone sliced the side off of a fish with a razor and set it on a small bed of rice. The way they cooked it made me think of something I might feed my cat. As for taste there wasn't much there either. The food was not seasoned well and I found myself reaching for the salt. Then we get on to service. Terrible! The drinks came in glasses that emptied in 2 swallows and they didn't come back very often to see how the meal was going or to provide refills. Also they never asked if we wanted to get leftovers boxed up for the children and took away one of my kids food before my wife stopped them. I left hungry. They take advantage of the Hyatt name and the location. If you have the means eat somewhere else.

K
Kelly Gaskin

Our expectations were higher, considering this is In house at a Park Hyatt. They grill their meats over wood and cannot control the temp. So you end up getting a nice outside but a blue inside. Staff while friendly, failed to pay attention to the details and the fact that 3 of us barely touched our meals. Poor reflection on the Park Hyatt in general. Maybe maybe we’ve higher expectations, but I don’t think so There are better options in BC.

C
Chris M

Unfortunately this place did not come close to expectations of a Hyatt location. Service was extremely slow, either understaffed or just lack of care. Found plastic pieces in our salad and wished that was the end of our dining experience. Overnight norovirus started started its work sucking the life out of our household like dysentery on the Oregon Trail. Really disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness and the overall quality of food did not match the price point charged. Would definitely recommend not eating any food here.

S
Susan Faurot

While our meal was delicious it took a long painful time to get it. It took 20 minutes to get our beverages and another 30 minutes to get our food, which arrived cold. Once reheated it was good, however we wondered why such a dish was added to the menu if it was so difficult to serve warm and toasty. In addition to our wait the automatic door was broken and the staff constantly left it open even after our requests to try to keep it closed. I can’t say I would recommend this spot.

B
Beth Johnson

We’ve eaten at the Park Hyatt many times in the 15 years we’ve been coming to Beaver Creek. Yesterday was beautiful, and we were excited for our first meal after a long plane ride. We chose to eat outside for the gorgeous views but plastic siding was down so not so much. Ordered a Cava, the Texas burger (medium well) a veggie panini, salad and fries. Cava never came… Texas burger had some weird biscuit bread, tasteless pimento cheese, and not medium well. Salad was slimy. Veggie panini was dry, and my husband said one of the worst sandwiches he’s eaten. Fries were the only saving grace. We were starving so just ate what we had. So disappointing… The price point is high but the quality was mediocre at best.
