This season they're giving out decorated glasses, the service is quick, although my glass was a little emptier than it should have been. They have comfortable seating on the terrace, which is nice.

The establishment, located within the plaza and accessible from the plaza entrance, offers well-prepared drinks. If you enjoy artificial flavorings and gaining weight for free, it's a great option—plenty of calories for momentary happiness. The seasonal drinks are good, it's usually not crowded, and there's space on the terrace to eat and drink.

Good service, very friendly staff, and a very clean place. The only downside is that none of the terrace's power outlets work. Only the one at the bar inside the establishment. Finally, I'd like to mention the spacious terrace.

Starbucks Centenario Azcapotzalco is my favorite place to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is always excellent. Plus, the variety of drinks and food is fantastic. Definitely a perfect place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee!

El servicio es bueno, aunque la calidad de los productos no me gustó, mi frappé sabía bastante regular, casi a nada de café, el pastel de queso muy grasoso, no hay espacio dentro, solo terraza, la vista no es muy linda y como está sobre la calle algo ruidoso.

Acudí a este starbucks con el ánimo de poder trabajar desde mi pc a la par de un buen café, sin embargo, las conexiones eléctricas del lugar no funcionan, tampoco están en buen estado las conexiones que se encuentran en la barra y el servicio que recibí fue también bastante regular.

Solo tiene terraza, hay mucho ruido al estar pegada a una avenida principal. Si buscas tranquilidad aquí no es.

This is the only branch where they told me they don't have the coffee of the day, even though it's advertised. They told me that's just how it is there; I don't know if it's normal, but that's why I came. Terrible customer service.

I visited this establishment for the first time (09/22/2025), but my experience was not at all pleasant. The guy at the checkout was chatting with another girl, completely ignoring me despite the fact I was in line. I decided to leave without placing my order. I hope that in the future they can pause their personal conversations for a moment, respect our place, take our order, and continue chatting without any problems.

I went last Friday around 2:30 PM, and the counter clerk was rude and impatient. We asked about the daily special, and she said there wasn't one, but she didn't offer a new one either. When we asked her what else, she said she had another one. However, she said it too quickly, didn't specify anything, and when we asked her to repeat it, she got upset. The food is good, but they need to train their staff. The table and the restaurant in general were also a bit dirty. The staff was constantly playing around, shouting, and didn't provide good service because they were busy doing other things. I don't recommend it.
