No los recomiendo, se tardaron más de 1 hora y media en entregar mi pedido.

La atención se me hace irregular, a parte de qué no preparan bien las hamburguesas. Es un restaurante chico, pero, no es mi culpa que tengan carne que tal vez haya sido de la mañana y me la quieran dar ya en la tarde. El jitomate supongo que estaba echado a perder. No vuelvo a regresar.

Cada que pueden, los que te atienden te cambian el pedido. Pagas vaso de refresco grande y te dan vaso mediano, no ponen aderezos a las hamburguesas (pepinillos, cebolla, lechuga,etc}, ahorran lo posible en ingredientes, y no hay modo que te sientas bien atendido. Si vas, que te muestren lo que pides para llevar, que te den exactamente lo que pediste, y que no te cambien nada. Su gerente

The night manager was incredibly incompetent. I asked him for help getting a coupon, and he told me to buy a hamburger from the one on the screen. I told him I didn't have enough money, and he said that wasn't my problem. He was a very incompetent manager until I found him again and needed help placing my order. I was stuck for about 30 minutes trying to figure out how to choose my food, and he just stared at me, laughing. He never came near to see what I needed; he just stood there staring and laughing.

I came to buy a Whopper with cheese and they gave me a cold burger, the mayonnaise wasn't spread on the bun, and I asked for ketchup and mustard, which they didn't provide. I went back to the counter, and the very friendly hostess returned to the kitchen with my burger and rudely added the condiments I requested. The manager on duty didn't come over. Thank you for the service.

The product is good, but the staff has a very poor attitude and service. The music is too loud and they can't hear you. They get annoyed at having to serve you.

It took over 15 minutes to deliver an order, and there were no people waiting. You had to go to the counter to ask for your order. They handed you your food cold, and they couldn't even ask if you needed any condiments. The service was terrible. 🙄😮‍💨

The worst experience ever. I don't know who came up with the idea that a hamburger that's supposed to have onion rings and barbecue is served with just bread. Seriously, if you don't want to work, don't show up.

Bad service, they get annoyed when you ask for more ketchup. The girl at the counter only gave me one. Besides that, they didn't have any small hamburger buns that day, and I asked if they could give me a large one instead of two, and the manager said no. Very rude; if they don't have products, why offer a service? 🤷‍♀️

Terrible service. I bought two chicken kings and besides the meat being reheated, they tasted awful! When I complained, they didn't care about my opinion. The manager was a real jerk, and there's a blonde woman who just gestures when you complain. Plus, the service is incredibly lazy.
