Very clean establishment, good customer service, I sat there today all morning on my laptop and I observed workers constantly cleaning and offering help to the elderly on the self order kiosk, keep up the good work!

Stopped here to eat on our way to a small road trip. Food was fresh and delicious. Serve was quick and staff was friendly. Would stop here again in future.

The staff was amazing on handling the glitch with the application orders. The wait for food wasn't long at all! I appreciate the youngsters services and respect! Young people doesn't respect older people nowadays, but these youngsters did! Awesome job parents!

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is absolutely superb and don’t get me started on the McGriddle. The water clenched my thirst with such elegance it was devine. The atmosphere was exactly what I needed with friendly people and employees. Kudos to the manager for running such a wonderful restaurant. To be honest I would take the hour drive in an instant just to ensure I get the pleasure to come back here. There is even a sign that does not condone violence and that is something you don’t always see in places like this. Glad to know I’m safe around these parts. God bless you McDonald’s

After have a horrible experience with the Mexican Food place down the street. I must say that I am not a huge McDonald food buff. Today my experience was wonderful Everything I requested was made to order and I was greeted with a SMILE . Keep up the good work Food was awesome Manager that was leaving was kind and helpful.. Thanks for making my hungry stomach happy

By far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The first thing that happened was I got greeted by staff members who were very friendly and helpful with getting my order done at the Kiosk. The place was very clean and pleasant to enjoy my mean in. The food was hot and fresh and didn’t have to wait . The staff also was very attentive to my needs as far as if I needed any condiments or anything. I didn’t even sit down and asked if I wanted to drink. I have to commend the staff members who work hard and do thier jobs and make my experience here the most pleasant 10/10!

I swear I never left this location and had cold anything, the fries is always hot and fresh and I'm extremely surprised because Bacliff isn't the best neighborhood. My food is always hot and that's rare because I've been to so many McDonald's in my 38 yrs.

Placed a large mobile order for ten people at breakfast. Order was delivered curbside quickly. All items were correct and tasted good.

The elderly lady that works the inside cash register and dining room is so friendly and helpful, but most of the rest of the staff is rude even to her. Most of them will speak to you in English but then turn around and speak to each other in Spanish. They aren't very smart thinking that most people do not understand them.

They are getting lazy.. Coffee is not good AT all..👎.. Food is sloppy..n some times cold fries..n half full.. Inside and outside dirty/2023 update - site at Hwy 146 much improved, still need to be cleaner outside and inside, hot food, portions ok, fast accurate service, mobile app works much better, great improvement 👍👍👍

About as much as you cab expect from here. Stoned employees taking your order and destroying your card running it through the car register. Only reason I rate it 4 stars is because they miraculously got my order right. Quality of the food is sub par, to be expected. I'm only gonna order from here if I'm absolutely starving.

I love this particular store because the drive thru traffic moves extremely fast and there is a lady there who is very friendly and I've seen her there early mornings and in the evening so even if she doesn't know me at all she makes me feel like she does and it just makes my day.

It's pretty good, just the last few times the hash brown has been VERY greasy. So greasy that even with me dabbing it between paper towels (as in about 6-10 being used total) it is still so greasy it is making me sick to my stomach....

I visited this McDonald’s during a busy night. There was a lot of things going on not just a flood of customers. People’s cars stopped working while in line at the drive through, so it held up the line and made things even harder for bought the staff and customers. Surprisingly the staff showed better customer service than a lot of other McDonalds I’ve been to before. It looked like it may have been the person in charge that night, I think he handled the situation well. He helped the people who’s cars broke down and apologized for the inconvenience with a good attitude. Though I had to wait a really long time to get my food, I think it was the manager that night who was in charge who apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me double my order. Considering how chaotic that night felt, even from just watching, I am impressed by the staff working that night. Not just the manager but all of them. Despite the busy and chaotic shift they got they received customers with a smile and attended to them well.

Food was fast and good. Cookies took a little to long to make. Order was correct and service was ok. Overall atmosphere was kind of lacking.

Soooo, if you’re stuck in traffic and need to smack on something, this is your best bet! The lines are alwaayssss long, but don’t let that scare you. They move pretty fast! Fresh food, nice service, and convenient location! As an added bonus, the graffiti this beautiful!

They get your order wrong about a quarter of the time, either not giving you all of what you ordered or its wrong when they ring it up. For very busy people wanting a quick bite that it very inconvenient. At times it can be hard to place the order. There's often only one person taking orders from both lanes while they are having to take money and give change. They are very distracted by the multitasking.

Decided to edit my previous review. I said I would never come back but I'm glad I did because of one employee I didn't get his name but he's a tall gentleman with long blonde hair he is such a hard worker and will ALWAYS do his best to keep you satisfied this guy gets it kudos to you man.

Food is your standard McDonalds food. Service and atmosphere need work. Staff is polite, but acts like they’d rather be somewhere else. Consistently. Every time I’m there to pick up my order there’s either someone asking for the manager, complaining about the staff to anyone waiting who will listen, or both. Soft skills need work. Being polite is so much better with a smile. I only get the smile if I engage and work to get it. Should I have to though?

My food was ready right when I got there. I ordered ahead in the app. My order was right with no issues. The restaurant was fairly clean but had a bunch of flys in the dining area. Knowing where flys come from and how nasty they are is a bit unsettling for me.

Using the drive true, the person on the register totally ignored me and tapped my horn to get his attention he turned around to look at me and ignored me, he was washing some stuff. I used the pick up window to inform the lady my situation gave her the payment and complained about my situation. That man does not need to be on that register, " washing things may be he's job. Will be calling to speak with management.

We went in for a quick bite. Service was fast like always only downside was they were out of all sauces except buffalo and honey mustard which aren't really good with the nuggets.

They have a mostly good staff and and a few people that are just awesome and seem to always have a smile on their face, but I don't understand why the ice cream machine doesn't work half the time and in the last 10 times I've ordered a pumpkin pie they can't seem to figure out the difference between apple, pumpkin, or whatever that holiday pie b.s. is and I either get shorted a pie or its all the filling is gone or its just a surprise but most of the surprise pies go out the window or in the trash but I keep hoping that I'm going to get the right pie so for now I'm still ordering them hoping it will get better

The 2 start rating was for the fresh hot not overly salted perfect french fries and nothing more. We did stop by later in the evening on our way home from fishing and the cashier/everything else was a tad curt. There was no large offered nor was there any attempt to make a replacement for a large sized meal which we wanted as she immediately stated there were no large fries. Ok so put a medium and small to replace the large container and what about a large drink? Obv, she did not care that they were losing business. She was an older woman and was clearly agitated for whatever reason so we had no thank you and a smile, it was more like a grab your bag and get gone. Will not be going back to that one again.

Prices have gone through the roof! Quality has not improved. Might as well go to a real restaurant . No more family fun night and deals. No more birthday cakes and balloons. McDonald's is not McDonald's anymore. Value menu is not a value. Not a kid friendly experience anymore. Lost its soul.

The food is ok and traffic thru the line moves kind of quick. But they always mess up your order. Their slogan should be welcome to McDonald's how can I mess up your order today. All in all it's a fast food restaurant so you can't expect grade A service.

The burgers are very salty, I’ve noticed this at other stores as well. If your lucky the ice cream machine isn’t broken down they are good. The chicken sandwich had a hint of filet-o-fish on it. Gross! Losing my interest fast.

Everything seems alright except when u try to door dash from here. Order a sausage mcmuffin and get just a sausage. Ordered three strawberry and creme pies but got one apple pie. And when I go to get my refund they only refund half of what I paid for

The girl at the cashier window was very rude, cussing under her breath and calling us names. I guess she thought we couldn't hear her. She couldn't get things right after she was shown how to ring them up( rewards). We let the mgr know but he continued to ask if the order was correct and nothing else. When we finally got home it was not correct. This is the McDonald's at 146 and 646, do not go there.

Servers couldn't care less about whether our order was right or wrong, their only worry was the timer for the drive thru window.

Every single time I order something off the mobile app it don't matter if it's just a burger or a chicken sandwich I always get pulled to the side and have to sit for like 10 minutes everybody else gets their food when they order it from directly from the drive-thru only from the mobile app I'm going to stop using the mobile app and start just going through the drive-thru it's much quicker

Ordered two separate orders and paid, all was going well till I reached the drive through to get the food. Two of my drinks were not filled up all the way and she said because I asked for light ice which just bothered me cause I alway asked for light ice and they alway fill it up never a problem in the past. She filled it up but was clearly bothered about it and we got our food and sat there waiting for our second order to which she stated that it was in the bag she handed to us and it wasn’t cause we checked already. Then she wanted all our bags back so she can check it cause clearly she didn’t believe us and we already told her that we had two separate orders but she was to focus on the bags she already handed us to make sure we weren’t lying. Then she was confused cause she didn’t understand what was going on and we gave her one receipt and she also wanted the other receipt but I couldn’t give it to her because the employee didn’t give it to me. Then she proceeds to tell me that I didn’t pay for some of the order… at this point shes asking her other coworker about the missing food and they are all confused too.. had they just communicated to being with all this could have been avoided but she had a stank attitude cause I asked her to top off my large drinks. And I was still missing my second basket of fries!!

I usually just order drinks here and lately the quality and service has been horrible. A few days ago I ordered a few drinks, took forever in the drive thru and I ended up having to drive back since the drinks were horrible. Kid at the front door apologized but there were multiple ppl there waiting to get their food correct since they messed up their order thru the drive thru. Today I knew there was a huge line so I did curbside for ONE Dr Pepper waited 10 minutes called and asked them if they were taking curb side orders Manager said yes he ran my mobile order payment so I hung up waited another 5 minutes and nothing. So I called again, and by the third phone call, 20 minutes later I walk inside and ask him to meet me in the lobby because I wanted to talk to him. His excuse was that he was getting it ready and I called him out on it since no Dr Pepper drink was ready at the counters nor in his hands. Another manager took care of my order she offered apologies but the main manager (male) offered no apologizes even though he’s the one who took my phone calls 3 times he kept saying okay and I made it clear I don’t mind waiting (which always happens here drive thru takes forever) but Curbside order for one drink should not take 20 minutes and I should of never had have to get off to make my point clear or get my drink when I ordered CURBSIDE. Horrible.

Never one to really rate anything bad if they do their job but sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before they turned their lights off on us. Next night way before closing asked for 3 spicy chicken sandwiches which is the special and given 3 spicy mcchicken sandwiches and the wrong sauce for the 20 piece that was ordered. Granted the wages that are paid are terrible but we order big and pay big because we are hungry and are tired of extremely subpar performance. We normally even tip a bad waiter 15% but they deserve to find new jobs.

Ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for my Princess Granddaughter, the fries looked like all ends and pieces of fries brown around many edges and cold as were the nuggets, she loves McDonalds but refused to eat this day. Well, let's start off with, it was noon time... The guy working the window didn't seem much like a knew what he was doing. He repeated my order back to me twice wrong after I corrected him. The wait took so long, got to the window to and he still tried to tell me my order which was incorrect. So, I thought new guy. Then I pull-up to window, the young there was nice... But forgot to put napkins and ketchup in the bag, claimed they were in there already... Drove off and nothing. Now I'm usually not a hard person to please.. But when you pay for something, you at least expect to get what you pay for for.

I never get exactly what I order. We eat here twice a week and never know what we are going to get. This should be called Mexdonalds. No-one that works here speaks English. This isn't a racist rant it is formal complaint. I can never ever receive my actual order. Hire English speaking AMERICANS.

I would rate this McDonald’s with a ZERO! My sweet tea was basically drinking sugar water. The chicken on my sandwich was burnt and just thrown in the box. The person taking the orders in the drive thru was rude.

The staff is friendly but they’re gross. The burger my boyfriend and I ordered came with expired bread. After asking for a new one and informing them what was wrong they still put expired bread on the burger. I knew it was expired because there was mold. So we just asked for our money back and left. I wouldn’t come here and order food.

Visited this restaurant yesterday. Two cars in the drive thru. Not very busy. The filet of fish looked like it had been there a while and the bread was hard. All of the sauce for the Big Macs were on one side and fell apart because it turned mush and the other side was dry. Not a very good experience.

Love to hate the quarter pounder. Must be fake meat, impossible burger is much better. It's all fake. McDonald 1/4 pounder leaves bad after taste. Makes me love a whataburger even more. Never finish it!

They charged are card 5 different times for a oder they told us did'nt go through.. Even argued with us saying that could not happen. So if that can't happen then why when I was at the bank the same charges came in again. The bank sead ok we will close the credit 💳 card. And refund the charges Mcdonald's has done 5 other times. Pluss I had the receipt showing I had paid cash for that exact dollar amount and the day and time I paid and it was for the same day and time they're trying to charge on my card.

The food here is always cold and tastes horrible! I liked going through the drive thru for their .89 cent sodas, but now they're $1.89.. Not worth it! Circle K.. 89 cents for a much bigger soda... (and the food is probably better there than at McDonalds.. what does that tell you????)

I'm not one to eat at fast food restaurants often, but with that being said the food was straight trash. The tea was purely sugar and water. The fries were served cold, and I'm fairly sure they were from an old batch. And there patty was fried to a crisp. The whole meal was, in the nicest words uneditable and guilty regrettable. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money on that trash. Go to the taco truck on 16th and Grand, for the same price you'll never go back to that whole again.

tonight I witness one of the most unsanitary things. an employee brang her dog a puppy she was holding into the store. she ask to go to the back to check her schedule. she actually wanted to take the dog but manager stopped her. instead the girl working the front register decided to hold the puppy till she came back a good 5 min. the whole time in her work clothes playing with a dog. when the other employee came she handed the dog over and walked right to the back and started bagging food. not bothering to wash her hands or even sanitize. even her clothes are soiled. you held a dog. when I question her she got upset and began to go back and forth about why I was worried and making a big deal because that DISGUSTING!! I've been to McDonald's in Bacliff, for the last couple of days I've been going every single day, my order was all mex up, don't know what there doing in that kitchen or kitchen line as most of us like to call it, anyways, I know I ordered it right bc it was on my receipt n it was also on kitchen ticket as well bc the kitchen copy was taped on the box n it said "no oñions, extra pickles on McRib", it aint been that long that the McRib just recently came out,

I'd really like to get some good McDonald's sometime but this one fails in every category. It's close to my house but it might be worth it to drive another 2 miles to the next one. It would be great to have a working screen to order from, have my burgers actually on the bun instead of hanging out of the sides and all of the condiments hanging out of the other side. Extremely poor in every aspect with extremely high prices. There is no reason for anybody to go to this McDonald's unless they're in a big hurry to fly down highway 146 on their way somewhere. Then they'll quickly regret their decision and their waste of money.

I was charged $22.86 TWICE for ordering once through mcdelivery on the McDonald’s app and have now shown up THREE separate times to try to get my money back once I never recieved my food after being charged for it TWICE AT THAT. And they have given me the runaround. Will never order from here again. Not only did we not get our food, WE WERE CHARGED TWICE, told to come to the store the third time to get our refund, and then I get there and they say I have to call my bank. WHY DIDNT THEY JUST SAY THAT WHEN I HAD THEM ON THE PHONE. I showed them numerous times on my bank app that listed their store number and store address under the double charge and they refuse to do anything.

Fix the bottle neck that is always in your drive through. This one should hr obvious but for the love of god fix your outside menu screens. If you can only afford the old ones fine but wow talk about a bad look.

The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I walked in for my order bc I had to use the bathroom. So I told the cashier they then said they were working on it . Now 25 minutes and they have yet made my order. Whoever the manager is needs to fire all 3 girls that were just standing there laughing and the two young cashiers up front that they obviously can not train. Absolutely horrible experience

They never mix the Oreos in the McFlurry, they only put them on top and I had to manually mix it. For the price, it’s super expensive if I have to mix them in every time myself.

I come here all the time usually it's great. But today it wasn't. I ordered a chicken mc griddle as I AM ALLERGIC TO PORK. I received a SAUSAGE cheese biscuit. I also ordered a large vanilla ice coffee with light cream and it still had the regular amount of cream. I'm unhappy. I can't really eat my breakfast now because I cannot eat sausage or I will become extremely sick. I'm already at work and I cannot leave. 😭 I just needed breakfast And I still don't have any and cannot leave my job untill lunch time. Terrible way to start my morning. After informing the cashier that items from my order were missing, she managed to give me an attitude and wave her hands in my face. I honestly never take time to review things but this was the worst customer service I have had a long time if not ever. It was completely rude and unnecessary. I would much rather drive farther to get treated properly.

Got the wrong order the first time. Then got my actual order, in which the sandwich was all sorts of messed up (the wrapper had meat juice on it, totally disconnected, half of it fell on my lap) and missing our other fry. Considering window got a little pissy when we told her our order was wrong the first time, I wasn’t gonna try to get her to correct it. Closed the window as soon as she handed the 2nd bag. Would love a refund, but we’ll see.

I should have known better. I really should have. The last time I had iced coffee from this place, it was so disgusting that it literally made me sick. I don’t know what kind of unholy swamp water they served me that day, but I swore I’d never put myself through that misery again. And yet, against my better judgment, I decided to give them a second chance. Maybe it was a bad batch last time. Maybe they had cleaned the coffee maker since then. Maybe—just maybe—this time, I wouldn’t regret it. I was wrong. So, so wrong. The first sip instantly told me that this coffee maker hasn’t been cleaned in months, maybe even years. It tasted like a mix of rotten beans, burnt despair, and whatever mystery gunk has been accumulating in their machine since the dawn of time. The bitterness was not normal coffee bitterness—it was the kind of bitterness that made me wonder if I had just ingested something toxic. It somehow managed to be both sour and stale, like someone left an old pot sitting out for a week, then decided to reheat it by running it through a dirty sock. The aftertaste was so rancid it felt like it was actively attacking my taste buds. No amount of sugar, creamer, or even divine intervention could save this cup. And to top it all off? I felt sick again. Not just "oh, this is gross" sick—actual nausea, stomach-churning regret for giving this place another shot. I wouldn’t be surprised if this coffee came with a hazard warning. Final verdict: Never again. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. If you value your health and sanity, run from their iced coffee, or even their coffee in general.

It’s crazy how workers can just stare at you waiting at the counter like you’re the problem. I’m sorry you have a job to do and I want food 🤷🏼‍♂️. What’s it gonna take for y’all not to stand in a group and act like y’all don’t see people waiting to served? Then when I get my food I can’t even get a decent made Big Mac with out half of the food sticking to the box. What happened to this place?

More than a few times I've order my kids some fries and happy meals, and my son doesn't like salty fries, every time I get them here they are refried fries so they are hot but they are soggy and full of grease. Yuk. Today there wasn't even much fries to speak of for a large. Seriously? *** Also watch the drinks on the happy meals, 3 ice cubes and filled up just barely over halfway. Just over the second line on the kids cups.

Cooks need to be retrained on how to cook the meat and they need to learn to why is important to fully cook the meat. I got 2 burgers for my son and my husband and the meat was not cooked all the way. Do they not know the procedures of cooking meat. I will not be coming back besides everyone is always rude and you guys take forever to get order out. Tell me does that meat look safe for a child to eat
