Great Customer Service, Great Place Welcoming Staff. Donuts Were Fresh. Powered and sugar donuts tasted freshly made. Love this place wish I could give ten stars. There cream filled donuts are out of this world. Highly recommend you try their breakfast menu. Definitely will be returning for another mixed Dozen. Thank you Downtown Location For your Hard Work and Dedication. You really made a difference with the quality food you serve at your establishment. Thank you see you soon once again.

If your looking at the negative don't bother because I can say this right now I know the workers inside are super nice if your food isn't too your liking they have no problem making it for you again for a better taste same thing with drinks What isn't fair to me is the amount of people who wrote these reviews and lie I come in alot and witness rude customers if I could change that I would cause the rating should be way higher than 3.7

I came in yesterday to place an order for my company's employee meeting today, and the staff/manager was super friendly and accommodated my order of 30 breakfast sandwiches. When I came in this morning for pickup at 6:30 am the cook was finishing up my order, and everything turned out amazing!!! All of our employees loved the sandwiches! Thank you again!!!!

I came in yesterday to place an order for my company's employee meeting today, and the staff/manager was super friendly and accommodated my order of 30 breakfast sandwiches. Welp donuts are good BUT, I ordered online and went through drive thru for pickup and there was only 1 car in front of me. Took 15 minutes to get my order.

I don't go here very much and the menu doesn't make it very easy to order from. I ordered a drink that I thought would be good and it was very bland. Come to find out you have to pretty much put the drink together the way you want it with flavors and sugar. Doesn't say that on the menu.

Heavyset middle-aged baldan was slamming stuff on the ground. Not what I call an welcoming environment, obnoxious on purpose. The women working the front had great customer service 👌🏼 consider that the saving grace from a 1*

Allowed me to order on line for in store pi kup. Arrived and lobby is closed with no warning or sign during ordering. Long wait in drive thru to get my already paid for hot coffee and breakfast sandwich that were cold by the time I received them. One of the top 3 worst Dunkin experiences ever. Only reason for two stars was lady at window was pleasant and apologetic

Dunkin is great, but this one is soooo slow. Do not get down and go in because they do not pay any attention or care about the dining room customers. They’ll push ten cars through drive through before bothering with you. Drive through is normal speed so just stick to that. The location is horrible. I drive by on the way to work every single day and there are always three or four people sleeping on the ground pretty much in and around drive through. There is trash and waste all around the parking lot, and it’s getting worse. Don’t be surprised if a hungry person knocks on your window and asks for money.

the donuts are delicious and the customer service is Swift. My only concern is that . Hygiene I wish they would have one individual who strictly handles cash and not touch food bags or even the delivering of coffee At the window. Then the other food handler disperse the food. I have been to this store twice. I always have second thoughts. It may be helpful if it was a little more organized in the health area.

Over the past few months, the already sluggish wait times have increased dramatically. I understand that if there's more than one or two cars in line, I'll have to wait 10 minutes or more, which is slower than almost any other drive-thru. Within the last few months, their staff seems to have changed and we're up to 10+ minutes per car. Today, I was stuck for 45 minutes and they even got my order wrong. Not even an apology. Just mindless automatons that don't know what they're doing. Going to take a few months off from this Dunkin and see if they get their act together.

They are literally the worse. I ordered 3 donuts on Uber and they are out. They refused to cancel them from my order and are forcing me to request a refund from Uber. Telling me “that’s how the app works”. As if I don’t know the business side of it. You CAN cancel out of stock items. We shouldn’t be forced to add to our “requested refunds” total. They are literally a donut shop with no donuts at 2pm on a Sunday. They won’t make more or replace with something else, nor refund our money. The woman who answered the phone was hella rude too. They typically send all of our drinks iced when we order them half hot. we haven’t ordered in over a year bc of the LARGE amount of issues we have and we retried just to be robbed of our money. If we order again, it’ll be from Allen road if we aren’t forced to go here by the app ( which SUCKS by the way bc they are rude here). This woman tried saying she’s a franchise, as if that has ANYTHING to do with the Uber app.

A girl with red hair and a nose ring was extremely rude. I was at the drive-through window, and I noticed the girl inside was talking, but not looking at me. I asked if she was speaking to me, and she turned towards me with a disgusted look on her face and said, "What are you waiting for?" In a condescending tone. She handed me the drink and immediately turned away without a word.

We were a group of 5 traveling. We stopped to get breakfast and coffee. Man who appeared to be a manager apologized to us for the long wait but he pointed at a women at the counter as he blamed her for having a big order. She turned to each one of us and said she was sorry. We told her it was fine. She got here before we did and placed her order. That guy should have thanked her for boosting sales instead of embarrassing her!

This place was super impatient and was very interruptive while we were ordering and had an attitude from the moment we pulled up, on top of that, they messed up our orders gave me a drink I didn't even ask for. And gave me a hot chocolate instead of a frozen mocha swirl. Never again their customer service sucks.

just sat in the drive thru at 4pm for over 20 minutes ordering 1 coffee with 1 car ahead of us. Will not return to this location. Heck I will think twice before going to any Dunkin Donuts

I was having this delivered and I received half of my order they did not give me a receipt with doordash so doordash couldn't give me a receipt they did not give me my donuts and my little loaf cake and then you call him and they they just you you can't talk to anybody because they're they're not that they're too busy their mailbox is full so this place has given me trouble before I had quit using them because every time I got something something was always missing they need to check their orders before they send them out and they need to give receipts to everybody

Answer your business phone. What’s the point of having a damn business phone if you don’t answer

My husband brought breakfast Croissants and it was burned on both sides. This is the second time this has happened.

By far the slowest Dunkie D's in the US. 30+ minutes in the drive through. Parking is terrible and people that went inside couldn't get put of their spaces.

03/35/23 around 10:36 Rude morning shift female workers. Asked for a certain drink , she’s rudely said “we don’t have that.” I said ok I’ll get a “———“ n she said ok anything else and I took awhile to respond because I was asking my husband in the back seat what he wanted n she just said”totals on the screen “ and I said I wasn’t done ordering and she was ignoring me on the intercom so I just pulled up because cars were behind me. She continued having an ugly attitude but I just ignored her at that point. Moral of story, hire more enthusiastic workers rather than those snobby morning shift little girls.

My food was completely cold, my drinks tasted awful and the people here are completely rude. Can’t even say you’re welcome or thank you back to you. By far the WORST location in Bakersfield.

I would rather give no stars. My first and last time at this place. First off slower than any drive thru in town. I waited 24 minutes in line. Boxed in couldn’t leave. Then when I placed an order of a coffee with hazelnut cream, attitude is all I got. They made me repeat order 4 times, then when I got to window the person would not open the window, when she finally did she kept telling me she couldn’t hear me, then a manager came to window and did the same. It’s obvious they have too much business since I drove off without my order. This place is a miss, slow, and unbelievably rude. Go at your own risk, a big disappointment.

FOUND DIRTY FINGERNAIL !!!!! Bought a dozen and when my kid took a bite of her donut she found a nail inside the donut. just Disgusting. Wear gloves!! Won’t be returning

I really have no idea how this place is that popular. First time visiting and I ordered 4 donuts. 2x glaze and 2x chocolate with sprinkles. They got my order wrong. Didn’t get one donut I asked for and also they over charged me. When I got to the window the woman was fairly rude also. First she said it was 2 something so I asked if she could please repeat my order she said “ 3 donuts” Didn’t even tell me which kind which is the point of repeating the order to make sure it’s correct. Then I said “I ordered 4” and as I went to repeat my order she cuts me off and says “3.70” & hands me a bag. When I looked at my receipt as I drove off it said six something! I was given 2 blueberry donuts and 2 strawberry. Oh and for a place with donuts in its name you’d think it would have more than 4-5 options. I personally will never come back to this location or any other location for that matter.

had a very disappointing experience at downtown dunkin this morning. ordered a grilled cheese and it was terrible to say the least. i have included a picture and a comparison to the one served to me 1/2 hour later at habit burger on california. i never mean to degrade or demean service or quality but this was such a stark contrast i was born in the bronx and have many memories of dunkin at grand central station and other locations throughout the eastern seaboard. some of their non-donut menu selections are so maukish and non-tasty, its a wonder they ever made it past the taste test. this grill cheese was an awful temperature immediately after being served at the drive thru . it was completely tasteless and i challenged the on-shift manager as to recipe and preparation.. she had no good excuse...

I gave her a $50 bill, and I know it says that bills should be no higher than $20, but when I tried to give her my card instead, she deliberately ignored me. Someone needs to teach her a thing or two about mannerisms.

A dirty location with bad customer service. I walked in for a coffee and there was an employee at the counter, working on something. I went up to the tablet kiosk to start my self ordering. Another female walked up to the counter and asked to take my order. I said ‘oh great, much easier.’ Under her breath the woman said ‘it’s actually easy to do.’ I ignored her comment and ordered. She went back and yelled at another employee to “listen” to her. Anyway, I got my coffee but expect this is what you get from Dunkin in Bakersfield.
