Excellent customer service: friendly, helpful and positive personalities! Oooh the coffee is really good too! I ordered a drink called, annihilation, I added white chocolate to the drink, per recommendation of the clerk. Yummy 😋. The drink is not sweet nor bitter.

The customer service here is fantastic! If your drink is ready before a person ahead of you in the drive thru..like today. I was getting one drink and a person ahead of me was getting six drinks, they came out to the drive thru line to give me my drink! Amazing! The line moves fast anyway and the drinks are great! They even gave me this sticker!

I'm a huge starbucks fan. I decided today to try out Dutch Bro's. I was not disappointed! I got myself a iced coffee with Vanilla flavored breve. It was so good! I will definitely be going back.

Hit or miss, sometimes they take forever, sometimes fast, sometimes my coffee tastes like syrup, with no coffee in it & sometimes I can’t drink it because it tastes like just a black coffee. But their pup cups continue to be free which is nice. I do hate going there when I’m paying with card though, I already shouldn’t be buying a $7 coffee and when you pay card it always asks if you want to tip and they always watch what you pick and it makes me so uncomfortable that I end up tipping when I don’t feel like it’s necessary. I’m big on tipping but there are just some jobs where I think tipping is getting a little out of hand. Like you’re getting paid to do your job, take orders & make coffee. If you’re going out of your way to do something extra, sure, I’ll tip you. But don’t make me feel uncomfortable & obligated, I just won’t come back.

I have been going to Fresno's Dutch Bros for almost a decade, and every time I visit family in Hanford, I go to their Dutch Bros. Having said that, I was really excited for Bakersfield to finally get one. I rather make my own coffee but since I had to go jury duty, I decided to hit up the California Ave location. The coffee was good, as always. But the guy who took my order held up the line, trying (in vain) to talk to the woman in the car in front of me. It took a few minutes for him to finally reach me. They usually have two people out there, but I guess one of them was on break. The worst part was that they filled the ice 2/3 of the whole cup! They gave me very little coffee and all ice!

Coffee is great but this location is the slowest I waited over 25 minutes every time I have been here I have stopped by twice once in sept once in October on our trip to Disney and omg the wait is crazy long I will not stop here again

Outrageously disappointed. I just left with my drink and it's wrong. I asked about the caramel drizzle (she confirmed the order) and she said"it sinks". Yes I'm aware, but there's nothing in the cup. I showed her the bottom, then tasted it and told her there was nothing and she said "yeah I'm sorry here's your other drink. Thanks have a great day". Are you kidding me? I said, "You can see the caramel in this drink, but there's still no caramel in my drink." to which she replied, "yeah I'm sorry." We left because there a massive line and I'm not going to hold up at least 10 cars because they messed up and have zero regard about getting the order right **when I'm at the window**. Guess I should be happy for the splash of strawberry Went in for my birthday drink and wasn’t expecting it to look like this. This location has let themselves go if the other stores in Bakersfield keep it’s presentation on their drinks

I just wanted an iced protein latte, espresso and protein milk basically. This location still messes that up and two employees confirmed it was a hopscotch, no one even said anything about a hopscotch drink. Not sure if it’s a franchise or corporate thing but some locations needed better training

I had order 2 drinks (rebel and a stoplight lemonade no ice). Tell me why I get both drink one full and one half empty. I asked them why it's not filled like the other and the excuses I got were "it's pre measured". Employee did not want to fill the cup saying if I added ice it would be full.... bs
