Last week after I had fasting blood work done I was starving so went to Taco Bell on 24th St. A voice came through the speaker saying.."HI! How are you today?" I said "fine, how are YOU doing?' Then the fun began. He said "I am doing GREAT on this awesomely beautiful bright sunshiny day! Thank you for asking!" I couldn't help laughing and when he asked what I would like, and I told him (which included a senior drink) he asked "Will that complete your order sunshine?" I said it would so he gave me the total at the second window and to bring a smile. By this time I was really laughing. At the window I asked him if we could clone him. He laughed and told me I'd be surprised at how many times he asked how customers were and their reply was "I want two tacos." We chatted a bit about that sort of thing while he got my order ready and as I was leaving I told him he really made my day. He thanked me and said "Have a GREAT day sunshine!" This young man was working the morning shift on a Tuesday so if you're ever in that area and need a bite (I like their breakfast grillers) stop and say hello to him. I promise you will leave the window with a smile on your face.

All of the employees behind the counter were very attentive, food takes no time to be on the counter ready, and most importantly, Taco Bell at this location has never ever made me sick.

I've always enjoyed Taco Bell's delicious fare. I mean they mean they really have it down, right? The thing that's hilarious is that the one I visited is right nex to Del Taco! Is that not a Blast?!

1st time in a Taco Bell in years. I have to say, I have never seen a fast food place that had two open trash cans so close to the tables, you could have rested your elbows on them. Pretty gross. The staff was young, tidy, helpful and very well mannered. I'd go back, maybe not a busy time so I could get a table with a view of something other than trash.

We watch Dad's Gone Live on YouTube, and this location is where Dad usually buys food for the homeless. These employees are the greatest, because they help support Dad and his cause. Kudos to them, and Dad. Keep up the kindness and great work!!! From Indiana

The girl at this location that helped us in the drive thru was awesome!! I believe her name was Sophia. We totally brought the gift card and she said not to worry about it since they had already made our food. I thought that was super nice and showed me what type of skills the manager of this location must put in their employess. Great Taco Bell location.

This store is my favorite. There's a gentlemen who is always kind and caring toward Customers; with a passion to assure a memorable experience, with his genuine good nature and smile he creates a great environment of service. Jesse is so awesome! Thank you sir! I ran through the drive-thru downtown this afternoon and was served by Jesse at the window. From the order menu board to taking my payment he was professional and put off great vibes! He’s definitely a great asset to this Taco Bell location.

Friendly staff. Good food. Very clean and the bathrooms had just been cleaned and looked amazing. The food was ready in a very appropriate timely manner. And it tasted really good. The staff was very constant on wait time for both the lobby and the drive thru. I would recommend thisbplace to others. Especially for lunch breaks.

It was free Doritos locos taco day. Had to get mine. I also had the new cherry ice. It was all good. Taco bell feed that craving good. I like the one on H St. In Bakersfield. It's always clean and the food is rarely broken unlike the TB in Wasco.

I love taco Bell, it's such a guilty pleasure. My favorite is the five layer beefy burrito. I always like to find a taco Bell with good service and this one had extremely nice employees. We enjoyed our lunch. I would go back.

Food is good and it was during the lunch hour so they had two employees out taking orders in the Drive-Thru line to make do orders go through faster. So that made the food ready when I got to the window which was nice because I only had a short lunch time

I watch Dad's Gone Live on YouTube, and every time he goes, he gets some help from the employees in his cause to help the homeless by buying goods multiple times. and the Taco Bell employees seem really nice. ;) From far away in Canada, Quebec! We don't even have a taco bell here!! Kudos to yall guys.

First time I came here was for a late night snack. We ordered the 'party pack' that comes with 12 tacos. They had them ready within a few minutes and the employees were very attentive. The dining area looked well kept up with and clean.

this taco Bell was what to expect when you go to a taco Bell. The exterior was clean the parking lot was in good shape and painted stripes were well done. Plenty of handicap parking and like I said before it was clean outside. So was the inside,the tables and the chairs were freshly cleaned and we witnessed employee hard at work at the other tables that we weren't using. there were quite a few customers in this taco Bell and a lot of them were regulars.The food was outstanding and the service was fast! In all it was a good experience.

One of my best experiences at a fast food restaurant! The server we had was extremely nice and super helpful! And the food is great. I noticed that as i walked out the door the door the workers immediately sanitized the table I sitting at! I'm overall very impressed with my meal and how professional and kind the workers were. I highly recommend this Taco Bel and will be coming here again!

My partner and I were enjoying our one full day off this week and decided to keep it simple: a Taco Bell delivery through DoorDash. No cooking, no dining out—just a relaxed day at home. Everything was smooth until I realized I couldn’t customize items on the DoorDash menu. Since I have to avoid dairy for health reasons, this was a problem. I called the store directly and spoke with (I believe) Zane. Even though he was clearly busy, he was patient, helpful, and worked with me to make sure the “no cheese” notes were added to my order in real time. That small gesture made a big difference. After a long week of work, it was a relief not to run into order issues or have to leave the house. Because of the service I received, I’ll be saving this Taco Bell as my go-to location moving forward. Thank you, Zane—you turned a technical hiccup into a positive experience. This store gets my recommendation for anyone looking for great customer service with their Taco Bell favorites.

There was a menu change recently, and some AI bot in the drive thru that can’t answer questions. Luckily Kayla was there to assist and still get me what I was looking for (that wasn’t on the menu necessarily). A+ employee in the drive thru. Thank you so much, Kayla. New Kiosk ordering is nice. Food as expected for Taco Bell, though prices are a little high for fast food these days. Over $20 for 2 people.

I ordered lunch Chulupa Taco ur was great. They got gge order correct. I ordered through my Taco Bell App. They employees were very nice and fast.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is in a bad part of town but the food is always fresh and good. Hardly ever a wait either.

It’s always Bomb at Taco Bell

Well I was disappointed that spicy tostadas are no longer on the menu! What ! That is honestly what I order 95% of the time...if not more. I said well can you put beans in a taco shell? They did, but I won't be doing that again. Plus it cost more. Sorry, but Dell Taco's toastados are better anyway...by far. Way better shell, generous beans, cheese. One fills me up.

An amazingly clean Taco Bell. The cleanest one I have ever been to. The drive-thru is simple to access from the street and moves quickly. Easy accessability for wheelchairs from the parking lot to the building. Highchairs are available for the little ones.

Good food. Clean place. Decent service. You need to double check your drive thru order before you leave the store just in case part of your order is missing

I hadn't had Taco bell in years and their meat is very different from Del Taco. I was hoping it would be brown but it came out with this red juice meat. I had never had it that way. Other than that everything else was great especially the drink and service.

I came in waited 5 minutes upfront. I could hear them talkimg in the back so i say excuse me. Theyre still talking. I say excuse me again and then get told itll be just a minute. In the end i really didnt wait too horribly long but there was no one in the building and no one in the drivethru (i looked out the window) so they should really listen for the bell. But other than that it was ok.

Not to keen on having to use the kiosks to place my order when there's staff there. Download the app for quicker accessibility and faster ordering. Transients can be a little annoying at times.

What can I say ? It's a damn Taco Bell like every other Taco Bell in the world. It was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was hot and fresh, and it didn't suck.

Surprisingly, Taco bell this time around was good. The bean burrito and nachos were good. Hopefully the chili cheese burrito and a few other good things they took off the menu come back!

Went through drive through but they somehow can never understand what we are saying! If you go to their restrooms LOCK YHE DOOR iits all mixed gender and it's easy to walk-in on others i know have done it accidently many times,;(

Not much to say, it's Taco Bell... if you've never heard of or eatin Taco Bell then you must have just come out of your cave. The one thing i have to say is that the restaurants are always consistent in terms of food quality, taste and price.

I live downtown. Of california and oak, the one by john's incredible pizza and this one on H this is the only one I continue to have to go inside to get a missed item in the drive through. If del taco wasn't so disgusting they would win a lot of my business when it's just easier to stop by this location.

Great location downtown but very hard to get to during peak hours and high traffic. Service is so so, restaurant has been updated. It is very busy and they do not offer late-night hours.

Two mistakes on my order. First they didn't give me a iceey. Got that taken care of. Then they didn't give me a burrito so I had to drive back to the restaurant and fix my order. Service was quick and they did fix my order.

The inside of all my Cinnabites were cold, though the outside was nice and warm. I couldn't go back to give it back because I had to get to a gas station. Next time I will no matter what. First mistake they've ever made on my order. I will give them a try again in the future.

I live a couple of blocks away, so when I'm broke I end up here 2 or 3 times a week. Not bad, not great, but the staff is usually pretty cool, and that's a plus. Keep in mind that due to its location there are any number of drunk/high people wandering through, sometimes asking for change or food.

I'm not a very big fan of taco bells product but i must not how well they are organized and their staff are always delightful and friendly. The food desperately needs to improve in terms of health and environmental impact. They need to reduce the amount of proteins they fee thier livestock and lighten up on the preservatives and artificial flavors because the food isn't just unhealthy, it is deadly.

I do not appreciate being forced to use a kiosk to place my order while dining in. Very very pushy about it by making comments like "soon the menu will be gone so you won't have an option" I do have an option , the option to eat somewhere that I am allowed to place my order with a human being. Finally after refusing the kiosk twice a human being took my order.

Quiet little place. It looks like t was just made. The food is great, cool little pit stop. You can order online for a quick pick up. Gave it three stars cause of all the homeless people asking for money outside.

If you want to see bad AI ordering, go here! lol!!! The AI is set several decibels to loud and practically yells at you when ordering food. I've complained multiple times, but nothing has changed, it has been yelling at customers for months.... Time to leave this review.

You now need to use the screen to order. I went there and an employee was helping someone order. I didn’t realize it so I stood there for eternity while all the employees ignored me and didn’t mention that I needed to use the screen. My burrito supreme was tiny, definitely not worth the inflated price and lack of service. When I finally sent my order it took quite a while for it to be ready.

They often don't have Baja blast or the seasonal items. Homeless are camped around the building, often blocking drive thru line. Workers don't care, I don't blame them. This franchise owner is terrible.

Found order to be wrong AGAIN! Only after I got home. I don't like having to count my freakin' order every time I go thru the drive-threw-up. And when I called (15 mins before closing) I get hung up on. $2.63 is not a huge deal but.....Geez'US!

This is not our normal taco bell. This one said they don't have tostata, which is ok, but just stood there saying nothing, as opposed to giving me options like the Mexican pizza. Anyway, the beef baritto had rice in it, not used to that. What's worse Is they are so swamped that in making my nacho grande deluxe, they had lettuce in it (most likely from lettuce droppings in the tomato area. Nasty. Very upset. Drive thru order was all wrong. Only thing I got right was the drink. I ordered 3 soft tacos supreme. I got a hard shell supreme taco and one bean and cheese burrito. I didn't get the receipt because less touching/contact and I wish I would have. This is the second time you guys have messed up my order. Please train you're staff to be more careful and pay attention to customers orders.

We usually stop at this Taco Bell a few times a year as we travel up and down the state. I don't know what happened between our last stop, but our meals today were terrible. A soft taco made with beef on one end of the tortilla and cheese on the other, no lettuce in sight. We were so excited that the quesarito was back. Boy were we let down. The burrito was rolled with each ingredient in its own section and the rice was so dry! It was put down after 4 bites. The nacho cheese was watered down for the nacho fries. It was a most disappointing meal. There was absolutely no care taken with our meal.

I was discriminated due to the fact I was Asian. Refused to even talk to me.at the window. With glares and lies of she didn't have chance. She didn't even look. And I didn't need much change back. They obviously had a problem with me and my Asian kids. Called to complain and got noting but excuses no apology. Taco bell has a problem with the Asian community and made that clear today

This is the type of place where you order 2 steak chilupas and you open the bag and you find 2 soft tocos. They seal the bag and I guess they Russian roulette which bag might be yours. The crazy thing is they put put all of the other order correct but maybe chalupas sound like soft tocos of the intercoms.

The food just isn't the same any longer they've changed their recipe with the hamburger meat that they use and it just doesn't taste as good anymore. So, here is the situation: midnight, me and my teammates getting back from work. We haven't have any meals from lunch and we are really hungry. We are opening the map and searching for closest restaurant that is open and the one is that taco bell. We have a big truck that is 13 feet tall but the clearance for drive thru is 8' something and dine-in is already closed. There are no any cars in line and we walk to microphone - no reaction. Still no any cars on a parking, in the line, no cars half a mile around. We walking to the window of pick up, telling them our situation, asking them to accept our order. What we hear is that we have to be on a car. We're showing them our "car" that can't fit in drive-thru. Nope, we have to be on a car. We're standing there in front of them and just wondering how lazy the stuff is. They had nothing to do, they had customers and they rejected to make some food for them just because of the rule... Or because they are lazy. It is really first time i am facing such inhumane behavior from anyone, not just from stuff of any restaurant. That kind of service deserve 0 star but since there 1 star minimum i have no choice.

The girl who worked drive thru today September 19th at 2:45am was very rude. I ordered through the drive thru and ended up not paying because of how rude she was. She lacks customer service, I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Went thru the drive thru 7/23/18 around 10pm. Usually this Taco Bell is really good at getting your order right. This particular night we ordered our food in the drive thru & when they handed us our food it was way heavier then it should have been. Definitely not our order, so we swing to the front go inside & let them know. Whoever was working the front (chubby girl with black rimmed glasses) reads me back my order & says 2 tacos, 2 nacho fries & a quesadilla. I correct her & say 2 quesadillas. She responds with “I know”. ????? Like you messed up our order the 1st time around & then read it back incorrectly & want to be rude when I correct you?! Not acceptable.

They get a lot of homeless people in this location. But since I was downtown shopping and hungry I stopped by. They act like you would expect someone that deals with homeless people to act. No pleasantries or politeness at all. When ordering my food I forgot to order a drink and they didn’t ask if I wanted to. So I ate my food without anything to drink rather than go up to the counter and bother them again.

I walked out usually they have good service but lately they serve the people in the drive-through first if you're standing in line in the store you might as well just walk next door and get something there sorry for this bad review but I think you deserve it. Twice I've been in this place and they serve people in the Drive-Thru before me I stood there for 20 minutes and had to walk out. My honest opinion.

Very Rude told me I couldn’t stand at front I needed to sit down and wait! Even tho my food was To go. I was just standing there waiting! She had a very bad attitude.

As me and my bf were about to hit submit on a mobile order the manager was very rude and unkind to a costumer denying them access to them bathroom. They just kept repeating “the bathrooms aren’t available right now” even tho they allowed me and bf to go even before we ordered. We just left immediately. Even if the person was homeless that doesn’t mean to deny them bathroom and food privileges. Very classist.

Saw there was only one car in drive thru so decided to go inside. No one but me inside. Walked up to the register, an employee who was on the line saw me, didn’t acknowledge me, a couple minutes later one from the drive thru window saw me and didn’t acknowledge me, they didn’t even call out for guest service. 10 minutes in, I walked out no food, very disappointed. Do better Taco Bell.

WORST PLACE EVER! Today around 9:30am the manager and one of the employees was so rude and told me and my father to never come back here when we didn't do anything wrong. my father wanted to use the restroom while I was in drive thru paying for my food. They told him he couldn't use it because it was for paying customers only. He replied that his daughter is in the drive thru paying right now. The manager looked out the window and told him I wasn't his daughter because I was light skinned. Overall I will never visit this place again!

I ordered couple of times at 2300 H st, Bakersfield Ca 93301. Their burritos are very small compared to other Taco Bell locations (Allen & Brimhall, Buena vista & white ln). Won’t order again.

I've been vegetarian for over 12 years. Asked for a veg crunch wrap, got one with meat. Really it's my fault. I didn't notice until I was half way done that there were tinny bits of meat in it. I shouldn't have went here. Now I'm throwing up everywhere and I'm going to go to the hospital to get my stomach pumped in a sec. Vegetarians this is a message. Don't be lazy, just go home and cook. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. It feels like I'm gunna die bro. 🤢

I will no longer eat at Taco Bell due to the customer service. Can I say they lost a customer over a plastic bag and a long wait for my order it took over 15 minutes after I placed it for me to receive my order due to the fact that they were showing the people in the Drive-Thru more customer service than the people that actually came into the lobby. I can say since they increase the minimum wage for fast food services some places do not value their customers anymore. I can also say if you look around you will find another taco place that has excellent service very friendly staff and get your order out in a timely manner. But I will say this at this Taco Bell at this location the lobby is pretty clean but the bathrooms are dirty. I do not recommend this Taco Bell unless you are going to utilize their drive-thru. Thank you Taco Bell for the bad service that you have given me in the long wait times. You have a lot of value customer and del Taco just gained a new customer.
