The environment here is great! The hostess were all super nice and attended us nicely! First time here and the waitress help with the food choices! The food here is amazing! Started off with the Denver omelette, the potatoes were nice and crunchy! The omelette had so much flavor! The French toast here is delicacy! Never had recieved it in this fashion and the chuncky piece is great! My hubby also grabbed the breakfast burst sand which! The croissant was super soft and this sandwich a huge hit! They had a special muffin of the day a coffee chocolate chip! Amazing along with the coffee ☕️ Pleased to say I will be coming back!

I got the pastrami sandwich, Korean BBQ wings and a giant lemon cookie that will serve with ice cream. All of it was so good. Oh and Thai style soup All of it was amazing. I'm definitely going to go back whenever I'm in town I ordered a to-go order but it seems like the atmosphere inside was pretty cozy and friendly and the two servers that helped me were awesome

The food here is really good! And they have a great selection of beers on tap. Service was fast and the prices are reasonable.

Yesterday was my first time at New Vintage Grill, and it was a great experience! The food was delicious. I had a house salad with vinaigrette and a cup of chili. The corn chip topping on the chili was a nice touch. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was top notch. There was live music! A guitarist and a violinist. That really made my night. I had a great time! Highly recommend. 😁

Service is great. People are friendly. We drive from the east side of town every once in a while just to eat here in the morning. Kids love it.

Stopped here on the way home from Vegas for a real meal - some of the best food I've had in a while. BBQ wings were great, Pastrami Sandwich was layered and flavor full, and the fish tacos my wife had were perfectly made. Great experience.

We came here for a girls brunch and everything was delicious. I got the Greek burger, and I think that’s my most favorite burger in town now. The chicken fried steak was good also it was a tasty average chicken fried steak.The speed of service was good especially considering how busy they were. There’s a lot of room in the restaurant so although there were a lot of people there it didn’t feel crowded. The waitress was very nice and gave good recommendations.She also was great about making sure we were doing ok throughout our visit.

The new New Vintage Grill on Truxtun delivers on every level. The menu offers a nice balance of quality and creativity, and every dish we tried was delicious. Service was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and the atmosphere strikes a great balance between casual and refined. It’s an excellent spot for a meal any time of day. A+ for food, service, and atmosphere.

The dirty bird sando is one of the most superb sandwiches I’ve had recently. The service was excellent the server even offered me a free refill to go on my Arnold palmer

This was a nice find while we were looking for a bite around Bakersfield. Good drinks and food. Nice atmosphere inside as well. The patio looked like it would be nice in the right weather. I had an Orange Sour with Irish Whiskey, and it happened to be St. Paddy's day. Good experience overall.

I ordered the pastrami sandwich with fries, it was very good. It comes with both mayonnaise and mustard, next time I will have them hold the mayonnaise, nevertheless, it was still delicious. My friend ordered the French dip, he loved it and especially loved the horseradish sauce, he said it had a little kick to it that he enjoyed. They have a full bar and about 15 beers on tap. Hats off to our waitress Abigail, who did an outstanding job taking care of us, thank you Abigail .

This time I had a proper lunch with the family and was able to enjoy my food and the atmosphere. This place is a great place to grab some food and some drinks! I had the French Dip with a salad as my side. The French Dip here is awesome! Make sure you ask for the mushrooms (costs a little extra but it’s worth it). I had their house salad with a vinaigrette. It was great. The place wasn’t too busy on a Saturday afternoon during lunch. The servers were attentive and our food and drinks got to us in a timely manner. I would recommend this restaurant.

We had an amazing time here. We knew we were already going to love the menu as we enjoy the NVG on Hageman. However, we like this location a little more because of how spacious it is. It is much larger than the other one. The atmosphere is casual and friendly, a nice family place or even as a fun date. Both locations have equally good service and equally delicious food. Would definitely recommend.

First time here. The restaurant has an open floor plan. Plenty of room. The food was good. No one in the party had any complaints. Pics are shrimp tacos, margherita pizza and ahi tuna nachos. You do have to read the rules they have at the table. Enjoy.

We had an amazing time here. We knew we were already going to love the menu as we enjoy the NVG on Hageman. However, we like this location a little more because of how spacious it is. I just traveled across the country from PA to CA, and New Vintage was my first "non-fast food" meal in CA. It was delicious! Reva behind the bar kept everyone engaged, was quick with her service, and was quick with her wit and humor. I had the Spicy Korean tacos and the Voodoo Ranger IPA. As a brand newbie to Bakersfield, I would recommend this place!

I have been eating here mayve twice a month for over a year now , specifically the breakfast , which I get before I go to class. By far the best breakfast food in town. Pancakes with the Guac and Roll burrito , absolute perfection.

My daughter said "This is my new favorite place. The food is soooo good!" She got the kids hamburger sub for gluten bun. It is hard to find places with gluten free buns. She loved her meal! I have the Mediterranean salad sub shrimp for chicken and my son got the Chilly lime shrimp tacos. Both meals also delicious. Service was great too.

very pleased with this new location overall. i attend several days a week and the value is truly impressive. the servers are really good, reva, liz, lisa, domonique to name but a few.. good quality ingredients used in all dishes. i have some micro- criticisms however.. the black bean veggie burger is a very unimaginative tasteless and rather spicy alternative to the meat burger. the french fries are sub par in terms of presentation and overall flavor. some establishments are defined by the quality of their fries. my harshest criticism is for the fish and chips which i have tried on four different occasions but will attempt no longer. the quality of the fish itself be it cod, pollock or haddock is just fine but the delivered product is too soggy at times and over battered. its a bit of a shame and definitely lags behind red robins 'artic cod fish & chips' and mossmans in quality. it deserves to be crispier upon service and more light in batter.

It was my first time trying the place. I’d wanted to go in for a couple years, but I’m someone who likes what I like and nowadays eating out is so expensive. I’m careful about trying new places. The atmosphere isn’t bad even though I gave it only three stars. The decor is industrial modern. It looks very nice and it was extremely clean. The chefs were humble and very good at their job. I had the mushroom and blue burger even if you don’t like mushrooms or blue cheese you might like it. I know that sounds crazy, but my partner doesn’t like either and he said it was one of the better burgers he’s had Because the blue cheese is a reduction and the specific mushrooms they chose were great. There was a mushroom sauce on it that was delicious or some kind of sauce. My side was a salad and it was normal. My partner had the smokehouse burger. I think it was called that had barbecue and fried onions and he said it was great and sweet potato fries were great. Our server was phenomenal. She was courteous and accommodating and very sweet. We went at 2 PM on Friday. I think not having 100 items on the menu really helped as well.

I know chili and this spot has the Best Chili I have ever had in my life. I'm going to bring all my friends here to try it.

We ordered french toast, biscuits and gravy, BLT, and a breakfast combo woth the best spuds ever!! Mother's day brunch with my sister and family moms. Many staff as they were busy with the customers. Great energy there, we love how open the inside is. We sat inside next to a patio window. No mountain dew at this location. Overall, service was nice considering it was a busy Sunday holiday. Immediately when we sat down we noticed the wobbly table top. Unfortunately it looks like too many people use the table to lay weight on as they go to stand up from the seat... we mentioned to the supervisor (who was super sweet) and she Unfortunately said they know about that table and a few others. She said they didn't have someone at that time to repair them. And this was a serious wobble which was worse on my side. As in, I didn't out my weight in the table at all, no elbows etc. Lastly, I do judge a place by the biscuits n gravy... so restaurant was busy, and our table had four plates like I said. My gravy was warm enough to keep the top of my biscuits warm... hut not hot. It was yummy and of course I enjoyed it. 😉

Nice atmosphere and the service was prompt. However, the Pastrami sandwich was the equivalent of what they serve at one of those hamburger stands. Either the cook did not like me, and gave me the worst parts of pastrami meat, or it was the best they had. So much fat! I'm sure the other items were great, but why risk it?

Very nice inside but I had the worst turkey sandwich ever. Turkey tasted old and very dry and bread(croissant) was so thin and soggy I couldn't even pick the sandwich up without it falling apart.

It was my first time coming here and I don't think I'd ever come back again. The cup I was served water in was dirty and the fish and chips I ordered was subpar. The fish had way too much breading, it was burnt and on top of that the fish was gooey and soft. The fries were overseasoned and the fish tasted bland.
