Didn't actually eat here, my boyfriend did. But nevermind the food. There were two semi young kittens outside near the drive thru window, and I was concerned for them so I asked the guy working if he knew they were there... And he said yes, one of the girls that works there feeds them and gives them water. So, long story short, she deserves a Nobel Peace Prize and they get 5 stars... Ps... My boyfriend liked his food also.

Went thru drive thru, employee was very friendly and took my order in a timely manner, and it was correct when i got it, all the food was done right and was in the bag. Didn't wait very long and food was hot and tasty.

I absolutely love Wienerschnitzel there chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries are excellent. I crave them. This restaurant is very roomy and clean there's never a crowd.

Noticed a cook wasn't wearing gloves while making food so I had to take 1 star away. Other than that, they always seem to have good customer service and the place is clean and good food.

Today, May 22, 2025, at 2:48pm, was the first time that I have had poor service at this location on White Lane. We went into the dining room and I ordered six hot dogs. While ordering, I told the cashier three (3) times that I wanted all six hot dogs to be all-beef and also split and grilled. The order took a very long time, and by 3:04pm, when the order was brought to our table, none of the six hot dogs were split and grilled. I brought this problem to the attention of the manager (wearing a red shirt), and she said, “Well, the cashier probably didn’t know what you meant by split and grilled.” I replied, "Then your worker, if confused, needs to let the customer know that they do not understand part of the order. I told her that Sally, the owner, never had a problem with our orders before. At first, I said I felt badly asking them to remake all of the hot dogs again, but after getting back to the table, my parter said that she wanted two of hers remade, which the workers did. There seems to be some lack of training here in which if a worker doesn’t understand an order, they don’t say anything about it, but simply omit that part of the order that they didn’t understand. This is very dissatisfying to a customer who has paid about $40.00 for a meal order.

This is pretty interesting combinations they come up with. Its seems to be really popular after 5pm.

The chili dogs we not that great the buns were cold and the polish sandwich looked like someone just threw 2 pc of bread together with some dried out sausage not the normal you would expect.

Ok. This place suuuucks. I asked for an ice tea with lemon and the lady said they didn't have lemon ice tea. I had to explain the concept of putting lemon in ice tea and she just flat out said "oh, well we dont have lemon". Got home and my double chili cheese burger had onions, pickles, mustard and tomatos. Who the hell does that!?

Never go large on a combo. Never upsize for that matter. A $9 upcharge to go large is crazy. I could get a whole new meal for an upcharge price.

Food was not great here, fries seemed undercooked, meat for burgers felt as if was there for hours, and to top it off they forgot one of my burgers, called but no answer.

Told a girl behind the counter there was a cockroach on our table. She didn't care went in the back.and it was alive along with the other one underneath our table. Won't be back.

Went there for the first time and my order was given to me incomplete... The store manager was rude about it when I I tried to explain that I was missing some items from my order, even after I showed her the receipt. One of her crew people got himself involved and started yelling at me in Spanish, from the looks of it he could of been her boyfriend or brother. There are many Weinerschnitzel in town and this is one that I won't ever be back to.

Ordered chili cheese dogs and they served them cold. Management didn't care when I called to inform them they were serving cold hot dogs. Health department will be my next call.

The female working the window claimed to be the manager receipt said Jamie was on the phone for over 15 minutes while I was at the window waiting to order in the drive through then opened the window and yelled, "I'll be there in a minute!" And slammed the window. Another 5 minutes and a male employee with ARIES tattooed on his arm asked if I ordered something I had not and offered me a bag. I said I had not yet ordered. He asked again 3 times! Then asked what do you want. I ordered. He went to the car behind me and helped them but got that wrong because they got out of the car and went to the door complaining. I was given my order and had to ask for my receipt. The male employee was not rude, just here you go...

Bad enough your food gives me the runs now your employees give me the run around too!
