Pizza was cooked perfectly! We have a tomato sensitivity and always ask for easy sauce. A lot of pizza places don’t ever get that right. I’m happy to report this location did it perfectly! I was also helped out to my car because I was picking up Pizza with my two little ones and didn’t have a free hand. The staff working this opening shift were great all around. Also loved their holiday decorations! Thank you!!
The bones in the chicken wings were too crunchy in my opinion but The Pizza hut has been around for a long time so I guess they know what they're doing. The wings are a lot better than dominoes. I ordered delivery because they don't have pizza insurance like dominoes does and I probably would have dropped my order in the parking lot. They forgot the marinara sauce with my cheese sticks but it was no big deal, I just threw them away. They don't have a pizza with mayonnaise sauce but what they do have is delicious. If I was president of the Pizza hut I would charge $100 per pizza. I love pizza. I see pineapple on pizza but I've never seen pizza on pineapple which I think would be a smart thing to add to the menu. Everyone says that poeple who eat at the Pizza hut are either brain damaged or inbred but I don't think that's true. If I had $100 to spend on a pizza I would eat here everyday. This would be the perfect place to have a wedding. The Pizza hut customers live like kings.
The only thing enjoyable which they forgot to cut, was their cheese bread, we picked up so didn't pay attention to the atmosphere, but it looks clean, the pizza looked good but was mediocre at best, it was soggy like the crust on the bottom wasn't cooked right, yet the crust around the pizza was super hard and tasteless .
Ordered in advance because it was for Halloween. Called when they opened to confirm it would be ready on time and was told “not sure.. it’s Halloween”. Was given attitude when I pressed for more information. I’d like to understand why employees wouldn’t check orders the days prior knowing that it’s a busy day and ensure appropriate staffing so that all orders are made on time. OR you could set limits on the number of orders you can accommodate so you don’t get overloaded… just some food for thought for management so you can successfully run an efficient and satisfactory business. Also, help those who answer phones to remain professional and actually apologize/show concern when a customer is understandably frustrated. Update - Lo and behold: order was ready, there was not another person in the restaurant when I arrived, and individual was still not friendly. Adding 1 star back for order being ready but leaving review so management has this feedback and operational ideas for the future.
Just got a delivery order from Pizza Hut at this location. The order delivery driver which was a doordash driver could not find the place and did not speak any English. So I got my pizza late. I will not be ordering with Pizza Hut anymore as they got rid of the meatball topping and now come to find out they charge a delivery fee and then don't take any responsibility for when it was delivered late. They just lost a customer. I called the store and all the lady said was we can't control doordash and you're calling me 5 minutes later when the order said it was going to be there at 6:11 when it actually was almost 10 minutes late according to Pizza Hut and almost 20 minutes late according to doordash estimate.
Odered a pizza for delivery to the hotel that I was staying at. It was apparently delivered to the WRONG room even though my room number was CLEARLY stated in the on line order. Called and was told that it was delivered and a picture was taken. I NEVER got a picture NOR a pizza!!! I EVEN told them that my room was in the front near the office. I paid and waited and NEVER got ANYTHING, but a "Too Bad! We delivered it!" NEVER AGAIN from this location! NEVER!!! YA'LL ARE THE WORST!!!
The manager here corey is unprofessional and has discriminated against many people I don't even know why she/he is still employed here. I hope this pizza hut gets closed down because the service the food and everything is horrible. No wonder it's always empty
Went in to order and nobody came to the counter. There was one person in the kitchen that totally ignored us. There were zero customers inside. Do not bother going into this location if you are looking for good service. After waiting, we just walked out.
I had the worst experience ever at this location 4250 Fredericksburg road the manager Corey was very rude and Ugly answering my questions, Never had this experience before.She was giving me attitude. I question her about the attitude and was told that she already explained my options. No greeting whatsoever from the get-go. Even after taking my order she left it on the counter and turned around and walked away without at least appreciating my business. File a complaint with corporate. Hope she gets fired 👎
Nasty food and nasty customer service the manager is rude and unwilling to help she rather give the customer their money back then remake the food. Disgusting I will not be back !
The service at Pizza Hut was shockingly slow, making the entire experience frustrating from start to finish. Customer service was rude and unprofessional, with staff acting like they couldn’t care less about our order Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning to Pizza Hut again…
The pizza had a very bland taste. We sat in and we had to pay for grated cheese and pepper flakes. No salt or pepper. The drinks are bottled. No fountain drinks so don't drink it to fast. Can't believe that they went down hill this much!
I ordered a hand tossed large pizza. Picked it up at 4. It was extra thin and petrified hard as a rock by 6pm. Never coming back.

walked in with my daughter, and the short-haired girl at the counter immediately gave off an unwelcoming vibe—like she didn’t want us dining in—but I let it slide. The food was fine, though she set it down roughly with a water-stained spatula. Again, I let it go.When I got up to grab some ranch, the other employee seemed friendlier, but I still had to reopen the door just to get their attention. After we finished our pizza, I needed a box to go. I waited, then decided to grab two boxes myself instead of ringing the bell again. That’s when the short-haired girl finally came out to tell me those weren’t the right boxes. I told her they already had pizza in them, so they were now dirty—what did she expect me to do? Her response: “For next time.”Well, there won’t be a next time. As I told her on my way out, I understand not loving your job, but that doesn’t give you an excuse to treat people poorly… she told me to shut up on my way out and it looks like multiple people are leaving bad reviews yet. This person is still working on. 👎🏼
Messed up our order...again. Tried a piece to see if i should just deal with it or not, did not like it. (Wrong style completely) Called to say it was incorrect and they told us since we touched it, we cant get the error corrected. They have gotten our order wrong multiple times and we've never said anything, but i guess jt wouldnt have mattered anyway because once you touch it there is nothing they can do. Ridiculous. Never going back.
Ordered an online order, picked up our order, register person rude as all out !!! Taking out pizza heading out in road trip , pizza not cooked all the ways, crust roughing, cheese not melted all the way, mushrooms taste bad !! Call to speak to mgr , Clorinda answers and says , do you have the order ? I asked , excuse me ?? She said you have to being the order back in order to remake, I informed her we are on a road trip out of town , not in town now , she said it’s coming from corporate but I will let the cooks know !! How ridiculous is that response !!!! Never ever coming here again !!! Terrible customer service all the way around !!! If I could give this pizza place a zero star status I would !!!!
I hate to make complaints but when I do it is very rare. The manger Shelby has a really bad attitude and stated she didn’t want to credit me bc it will be to much trouble for her but it was going to take another 1 hr to fix and swap my meal that they messed up on. I paid for a large three topping pizza with hut flavor crust and spicy garlic wings and we got plan crust and buffalo mid wings. (I have been ordering the spicy garlic in previous orders and know how it looks and smells, not what we got at all) THAT IS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR SHELBY. I told her I can take pics and send it to her bc she said I could be lying about it. I Said there’s no reason to lie about food. She then said she will have to come herself and I told her then yea come and see for yourself and then she said no she wasn’t going to do it bc stupid lady knew then I wasn’t lying. She said she only going to credit me the wings but not the pizza. She said she bagged my order herself. She needs to wear glasses. She was raising her voice and telling me either I do what she is saying or deal with it. they need new management there. Some of the employees are nice but management needs to be replaced. I will be calling the district manager tomorrow.
