I can’t come here when the regular workers aren’t here. Because tonight is not working out like every other night. Usually this place is perfection. Came twice today and I am not coming back. Second time they’re missing the whole order. My god guys…

This is NOT a dine in Checker. ONLY pickup. I got the 2 for $6 deal, then upgraded it to for an additional $3.30. The two items I chose were a spicy chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich with a small fries and drink (meal upgrade). I pay an additional $1 to get the mango slushie as a drink. Also, I got a 3 piece chicken tender and a strawberry slushie. I forgot to take a picture of the first meal. Food was not bad and freshly cooked. Keep in mind that there are two different types of slushie. One has fruits on top of the drink (extra charge), and the other is without. I found that out after my purchase.

It's fast food I come here for the wings and some cheese fries usually but keep in mind that these aren't gonna be great. Still come a lot though because it's cheap enough and close enough of course plud the cheese sauce they use is oddly good.

Order food through DoorDash items were missing. Contacted DoorDash just to get a denial request. Also the Dasher contacted DoorDash and they still did nothing. Contacted the store number didn’t work. Had to take an Uber to the store which cost $15 going and then $21 coming back. Get to the store let them know what was missing and ask them to make the whole order fresh and they said no they were only making the missing items. Mind you the store was only 10 minutes from where I was located. So on DoorDash with fees and everything I spent $51. Plus $36 on transportation just not to get the right thing and still was denied proper service. Food was cold and old no resolution. Would not return back to this checkers. Customer service is horrible. For all the money I spent I could’ve went to a restaurant. This is so disgraceful and corporate needs to be contacted. Because what type of people are they hiring.

If you walk up to buy food instead of the drive thru, it takes mins for them to acknowledge you. I don't even wanna talk about the wait time. Extremely terrible. If you must go, use the drive thru

Horrible experience in drive thru. On friday 2-10-23, at 2:40pm, i went thru drive thru and simply asked for a shake, i repeated 4 times that i wanted a simple shake to where she requested 3 times over i repeat myself (as im hearing her play around in the background) on the last time i repeated myself i said my order a little louder and the b**** in spanish (not knowing i speak spanish as well) told me to "hit her then" which is completely unprofessional. Do not recommend which is why all checkers are now closing on LI

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It’s bad enough that everything is already overpriced through the delivery services, and then you get trash for the money you pay. I ordered two LARGE bites box combos on ubereats. The only large items were the drinks. If what I received is large, how does small look? I will never order from this place again. They’re a joke. Imagine paying over $20 before fees and service charges for what I received. I tried calling the store, and of course there’s an issue with their phone. Go figure.

Everything was horrible quality . I received little to no fries for each three combos . The tenders were hard & small as hell . The MOTHER CRUNCHER came with nothing on it . Looked like they put left over scraps on it . My child caught a stomach virus after eating his burger . Very disappointed. $70 down the drain.

I just placed an order through Uber eats, and it didn’t give me the option to mix my milkshake (which I always do whenever I come to the physical location) I contacted the store 6 times and got no answer. I then proceeded to text my Uber delivery guy and asked him to relay my request. He calls me 2 minutes after arriving at the restaurant and lets me know that she is denying my request as well as said “I made the order 20 minutes ago it’s too late” I got on the phone with her and her excuse for not fixing my shake was “how was I suppose to know it’s not on the paper?” When I contacted her 6 TIMES to let her know. I asked her multiple times what is so hard about fixing a milkshake and her excuse was “I can’t” and “I should’ve said it before hand”. She was rude from the beginning of the phone call to the end. I am done eating here. This was Sunday May 31 at 2:15am. Whoever is on the register should be penalized for her terrible customer service.

Slow slow slow, always a huge wait before they even notice you're at the window waiting to order, even if they see you they often ignore you. Once the order is placed they are very slow to fulfill the order, even for simple small orders like just fries. They are always slow, even when they aren't busy. There are better Checkers in the region (Hempstead, Elmont, East Meadow), this one is consistently horrible because of the slow service.
