My order was incorrect. I specifically requested an iced latte light with ice and avocado toast with bacon. However, my avocado toast was served with lacked bacon and ice latte was excessive ice.

I feel like I was discriminated at this Dunkin. I placed my order. Someone else comes in after me and as soon as I see this person they make his order and make me wait. I feel like I was discriminated due to race. You will never have to worry about me and your establishment ever again

Today 7/26 I mobile ordered a coffee donut and cheddar bagel twist, my coffee and donut were ready and someone told me the bagel twist will be out but I was standing there for 10 mins waiting for the bagel twist and some other customer came in while I was still waiting and ordered at the counter and ordered a bagel twist and they gave the bagel twist to her when I ordered first and was waiting for 10 mins, I told them that too and said I just wanted a refund and than they were all talking to each other and the same lady asked me what else I wanted and I said I told you I just wanted a refund and I said you know what forget it I can’t wait anymore for anything else( due to me being an EMT and I had just gotten a call I needed to leave) so I left without a refund or anything from them since I was already waiting there for 10 mins and they gave someone else the last item I ordered way before she came into the store

I will not be ordering anything from here again. It’s very disgusting, from the tables to the bathroom. And if the employees are using the same dirty bathroom that looks like the picture attached to this review then God help us!

I never complain about a place. The latte was white as milk. I politely asked the lady to make it darker. She gets mad 😡 And wants to charge more for a latte that is white as milk. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts !!

Not happy with my service at all. I purchased two French curllers and a butter croissant. I didn’t check my donuts because they are usually on point! But once I got to work and opened my bag not expecting anything I bite into my donut to only see and realize there was a fly on my donut. Ok so I went back to show them what I just experienced and they rudely said we are not responsible for that and that couldn’t have happened here. Nicely I just wanted an exchange of a donut but they refused. Highly disappointed

The staff is very unaccomodating. compared to all the dunkin donut restaurants i’ve been to on long island this is by farrr the worst. Wouldn’t let me use the ONLY working outlet to charge my phone. Not only is the staff is rude the place is DIRTY. This place is in need of a major upgrade.

If I could give it less than a star I would. I ordered $26 of stuff. My latte wasn't made correctly they put no espresso in it only mocha it was like I was drinking chocolate milk. The donuts were stale and hard when I called regarding it. First, they tell me that they will redo my whole order Or bring in my receipt and they would refund me the money. When I went to go do this say started arguing with me "stating that they don't give out free food." Not asking for free food. I'm asking for food that is edible.

This location has poor staff working, I came in and bought $89 worth of donuts and coffees and I had it to the bathroom urgently even though their bathroom is working they didn’t allow Me to use it. I know someone that told me the same thing a couple days ago. They claim to have their bathroom out of order when is not!
