Someone has been working with here, she can do excellent service. She is a bilingual person.. I really feel that when customer gets her Service, clients is going to surprised.

Hot coffee was perfect. So glad to get it right next to bus and train station. VERY convenient. Senior discount, charge extra for almond milk but at least they have it.

I think this is my favorite location now. I was amazed when I walked in, they have a kiosk that allows you to order and pay without holding up the line. You can order on the app and pick up as well. They're very clean and organized. Super friendly! Oh my God, the variety of donuts, munchkins, croissants, and muffins blew my mind! They have chocolate dipped French cruller?! They have lemon filled donuts?! I couldn't believe it! My cousin treated me and we got a lemon donut, apple crumb donut, chocolate dipped French crullers, she got the new pineapple mango refresher and I got my favorite signature caramel craze latte. We did a donut swap to taste each other's donuts, the apple crumb with coconut shavings on top shouldn't work but it was absolutely delicious and the lemon filled donut was soooo goood, it's packed with a lot of flavor and the donuts tasted freshly made as well. The pineapple mango refresher was also fantastic and my coffee was done so perfectly, it was done better than how I usually get it from other Dunkin locations. Definitely coming back here again!

Stopped in for one thing only… a Glazed Chocolate donut. Julio and Andrea made this quick donut run delightful! Both were friendly, provided service with a smile and were happy and cheerful. What a wonderful way to start the day… with my favorite donut and fast friendly service. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was electric, customers were in & out, the location was great with easy access and plenty of parking. See you next time😁

Been going here for over a decade. The staff changes pretty often but the customer service is always consistent, very friendly.

It’s the best when you buy them and they are fresh out of the oven! I always leave with a dozen donuts 😅

Enjoy everything I get from DD...but VERY UNHAPPY that they no longer sell 1 lbs. Bags of Pumpkin Coffee, I do not want the K-cups & the DD pumpkin coffee you can buy in other stores is not the same (too much spice) & not the same (not good) if I try to water it down & way more expensive!!!!!

I pass several Dunkins on my morning commute, and this one is the best. They are very quick, very courteous, and their sandwiches are better than the average DDs. If I want a breakfast sandwich on my way to work, I always try to stop at this one. My only qualm is that sometimes they don't glaze their double chocolate donuts, which is a bit strange.

This Dunkin is located on the corner of a busy road with plenty of parking. Several small tables for sitting and enjoying a beverage and working from your laptop. The WiFi is decent. If you don’t feel like waiting in line to place your order there’s a large touchscreen monitor awkwardly placed next to the ordering counter. I deducted one star because the restroom was out of order.

Drive-Thru service is always prompt and professional, though this is probably why they are so popular. There will be some days when the line for the drive thru is right out onto the road but it always moves quickly.

My daily morning stop for over a year now. Very friendly staff. Quick service compared to other local DD locations. Always seem to have all variety of donuts in stock.

There's​ not really any problems here. It's a Dunkin, so nothing special here. But spacing is tight here, so don't plan to stay in. During the AM, use the on-the-go ordering. The line can get pretty long.

Bathroom lacked soap. Several fruit flies spotted. However staff we’re friendly and accommodating.

Busy in the a.m compared to others in the area if your late and a rusher in the a.m specifically 7-9 am try a different one because you'll be late to where ever you have to go. Other than that service was grear

Most coffee shops near train stations draw a dicey clientele. Product is fine. Customers are a little nutty. Be careful.

This location is often busy. Drinks are made well. On-line ordering in the evening is difficult as they are often out of specified items like everything bagels and most donuts. The app doesn't allow for substitutions on unavailable items. The staff is usually friendly unless they've had a busy or stressful day. Additional breaks or other outlets might help resolve this.

Good Experience as any Dunkin Donut. Went on a Sunday and it wasn't packed, and the food was ok. My only complaint was that the tables were dirty. Not just a little dirty but very dirty like they hadn't maintained it in a while. Would come back for some quick coofee and breakfast!

Bathroom is ALWAYS out of service here . Not fair to paying customers. I rather go to another place where it will be more accommodating .

Usually have a good experience. Not today, I was given the wrong flavor of a cold drink. Had it out with the person who took the order. Insisted I said the incorrect flavor. I informed her I don't even like the flavor and didn't know it came in that flavor because I've been ordering the same thing for years. So there's no point in looking at the menu. So, since she did not back down or apologize I will go to another DD.

Went to this Dunkin once I dropped my friend in Freeport railway station . Very close to the station . Nice location . Busy street and this Dunkin is in a good location. Lots of parking outside . Can’t believe there wasn’t any restrooms here …. Or , there is one and the owner didn’t allow us to use ! Either Case we didn’t like the fact of no restrooms . We generally go to Dunkin to refresh with a coffee and also get refreshed ourselves . Hashbrowns was good . Service was ok. I liked my cold coffee . Nice and tasted good . Food was ok overall but the facilities and service brings down the stars ! 3 stars ! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Place is in the parking lot for the Freeport LIRR stop. Fairly dirty outside, with a guy asking for money. Lots of people inside, and again, not too clean. Seating available. Service was quick and impersonal. Massive parking lot out front. Coffee was its usual very good. Accessible ♿️.

I lived in the area for a long time and this dunkin donuts needs a good cleaning up. From the homeless people standing near the entrance to the dirty floors, sticky counters, and overflowing trash near the straw and napkin area.

I think Dunkin needs to train there staff on how to make a proper ice coffee swirl it's different at every dunkin so far the one in Florence off the 130 makes it the best in my opinion.

There was no sign indicating the rest room is our of service but no employee tells me this while they see I'm standing waiting at the door and they were not busy. When asked for the bathroom key I was told the bathroom was not available and no reason was given to the employee the tell customers.

This place is absolutely a diacrase, and inhumane . A friend of mines whose diabetic wanted to use the restroom after buying coffee and was refused after many attempts on explaining to them he has medical issue. The employees and manager insist that their was no bathroom service; as we were leaving someone came out of the restroom and they still would not let my friend use the restroom. Avoid this place at any coast especially if your black.

Employees look miserable, and they take too much time to complete orders. There is no drive thru, and the building is in bad shape. It hasn’t been renovated in some time. The only way to get better working conditions, wages, benefits, etc. is by unionizing, and this is what I suggest to the employees that work here. Unionizing is protected by the NLRA. Retaliation for trying to unionize is a crime.

No bathroom for customers even though they have one built. Horrible. They have seats for people to sit but no open bathroom? You can’t even spend money here and be allowed bathroom privileges.

The counter person was a little rude. Usually I just ignore, but this was not the day I choose too do that this time. The donuts I bought tasted stale and the slushy didn't have the slush. This is the second time I've had a not so good experience with this particular Dunkin. The appearance was somewhat dirty and this place is an embarrassment too the whole corporation. I should've walked out when the person in front of me got into a back and forth with the staff. I can't tell people where too spend their money, but just beware when you earl thru the doors of this establishment. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

I place online order 10 minutes before get there I still have to wait after 3 minutes the lady ask me if 'm waiting for the order I give her my name and she give me only the ice coffee in other place when the order is ready they put in the online order there the customer have to ask for the order really ridiculous

very long line and only 2 workers in the whole cafe, they probably had to rush to make everyones drinks. they gave my mom and sister the same drink when they ordered slightly different things, and my sister's had 2 more pumps than what she asked for. my drink tasted really good, but it had a BUNCH of ice from the very bottom of the drink to the top even tho i asked for light ice; I noticed that all of the signature lattes made also had ridiculous levels of ice.

I purchase a bagel this morning from Dunkin Donuts on Sunrise Highway. The bagel was burned and sloppily made. And you must request it to be cut. I was not pleased this morning.

Gross place they not profesional manager will call tow truck on anyone . I had an emergency we’re I had to go to the hospital in an ambulance with my mom by the time I was back my car was gone . They were nasty about it and said they don’t care

I had a bad experience at this dunkin donuts because they mad my ice coffee wrong. After I told them how to make and they still did it wrong!😠Then when it went back in the for them to correct it. The associate poured more coffee on top of the wrong ice coffee to start with. Then asked if I wanted more moca in it. A worker at this location is very rude and unprofessional. As an employee he should not be working there, because his attitude-behavior does not belong there. He is making a bad name for Dunkin Donuts. I asks him, may i use the bathroom and he responded with his head down dont even care what i was asking ,meaning to buzz me in to use the bathroom. I was going to purchase a cappucino and a donut, once i finish using bathroom. i went to the counter reapetedly asking him to let me in, he refused to grant me the permission. This is the second time I went here n got my good wrong. In the morning. 2 for 5 one of my sandwich had burnt bacon and the other didn't even get bacon. Took more then 4mins to give food.

I ordered an ice coffee from there at 3:55 but instead of the coffee that I ordered they gave me a small HOT cappuccino which I DIDN’T ORDER. The worker didn’t give me no receipt with my change she didn’t give me my money back NOTHING . They didn’t even try to fix my order.

I entered wearing a suit complete with my tie, trench coat and scarf... Bought a breakfast sandwich and the Trinidadian workers wouldn't let me use the restroom or sink to even wash my hands. I refuse to buy here again. Go to the smoke shop grocery store on the corner by sunrise or donut truck.

The worst experience ever!! There’s an Indian guy (I call him like this because he refused to give me his name) who does whatever he wants and doesn’t prepare the drinks properly. He actually wanted me to pay for an extra item I never ordered and took him a while to understand my order. This wouldn’t have happened in other coffee places. I’m never coming back here.

I'm a fan of coffee. I like DD, this one not so much. Staff doesn't allow use of their bathroom even when you make a purchase and as someone who has to cleanse my hands before and after eating this is off putting. What's worst is, after they say the "toilet is out of service". I've witness them allow others to use this out of service washroom ON THE SAME VISIT. HUH!?! They've never been pleasant to me here and I'm always super polite especially as I too am in customer service. Strange. This branch is strange. Now TODAY June 10th 2019, I was finally allowed to use the washroom, I felt like I'd won something. BUT, I kid you not, my joy was short-lived. It's better they had said no. I see why they hide it from me. Is this an establishment that sells food?!? Yes, look at those people sitting over there eating... FOOD. I know most of it is customer's fault (shame on you) but where is staff to maintain some type of clean? I couldn't even take a picture of the filth for fear it contaminated my phone. The location is close to the Freeport station. But the greedy owner only wants your money, but doesn’t allow you to use the bathroom as a customer, even though the bathroom is working.

I went to this Dunkin Donuts & attempted to order a medium coffee with half-and-half and asked that the half-and-half be steamed. The cashier said we don't steam half & half. I asked if they could steam milk; he says "yes", but they don't steam cream. He then shrugs his shoulders and said "cream is messier, every franchisee is different".

The staff was awful, made me feel like i owed them something even after paying for my food. Rude, and dismissive, on top of careless. I payed for a donut and they took my money and walked away, forgetting to give my donut.

Disgusting!!! The entire store looks dirty. I just order a toasted bagel with butter & you can tell they never clean the roster because the amount of crumbs on top is ridiculous. Plus it smells burnt but isn’t. So I can only imagine the condiments and other regularly used tools that are never cleaned but should be. Not even COVID related cleaning that should be done and isn’t. I will never order anything from here again.

I'm the only person buying and drinking DD coffee but all the seats are taken by people not buying anything, so I'm stuck standing while I drink my coffee/ eat my donut. Always cramped and always a slow moving long line. Went in with my $1.99 coffee refill which shows no exclusions. After a 10 minute wait, I show him the tumbler and he says “we usually don’t do that”. Do you or don’t you? I just left. A high no recommend.

the woman taking orders is also only person making coffees the line was to the door. me and about 3 others just walked out when we realized . this is a poorly run dunkin . they need more staff to make coffee wile someone else takes everyone's order .

I have never been to this Dunkin...and I'll NEVER go baq! I ordered an Iced caramel latte w whole milk extra whip cream and caramel drizzle. Then i said PLEASE MAKE IT SWEET." I got baq to my car, took a sip, and nearly choked! I have never had ANY latte that was bitter...it was BITTER! I don't know how that could happen, but it was disgusting! I threw it out right there at Dunkin. The reason i didn't go baq in Dunkin was because there was a language barrier with the employees and myself. I thought when i explained what i wanted, they would understand...welp! Clearly NOT. The best thing about this Dunkin location...is the parking. I will not be baq.

This particular Dunkin Donuts location here in Freeport BY THE TRAIN STATION is absolutely terrible. What makes this place so bad is the service as well as the blatant lack of Common Sense, especially The disrespectful attitudes of the majority of the people who work here. This place most of the time is a miss and hardly ever a hit. The only reason anybody goes to this particular location is solely because of its convenient location, other than that it's a horrible place AND one of the worst Dunkin Donuts you'll ever go to. Management definitely needs to change as to get a better quality of people and even management itself. Maybe then the folks there will fully understand that a little kindness and efficiency go a long way!

Today 7/26 I mobile ordered a coffee donut and cheddar bagel twist, my coffee and donut were ready and someone told me the bagel twist will be out but I was standing there for 10 mins waiting for the bagel twist and some other customer came in while I was still waiting and ordered at the counter and ordered a bagel twist and they gave the bagel twist to her when I ordered first and was waiting for 10 mins, I told them that too and said I just wanted a refund and than they were all talking to each other and the same lady asked me what else I wanted and I said I told you I just wanted a refund and I said you know what forget it I can’t wait anymore for anything else( due to me being an EMT and I had just gotten a call I needed to leave) so I left without a refund or anything from them since I was already waiting there for 10 mins and they gave someone else the last item I ordered way before she came into the store

Not happy with my service at all. I purchased two French curllers and a butter croissant. I didn’t check my donuts because they are usually on point! But once I got to work and opened my bag not expecting anything I bite into my donut to only see and realize there was a fly on my donut. Ok so I went back to show them what I just experienced and they rudely said we are not responsible for that and that couldn’t have happened here. Nicely I just wanted an exchange of a donut but they refused. Highly disappointed

The staff is very unaccomodating. compared to all the dunkin donut restaurants i’ve been to on long island this is by farrr the worst. Wouldn’t let me use the ONLY working outlet to charge my phone. Not only is the staff is rude the place is DIRTY. This place is in need of a major upgrade.

If I could give it less than a star I would. I ordered $26 of stuff. My latte wasn't made correctly they put no espresso in it only mocha it was like I was drinking chocolate milk. The donuts were stale and hard when I called regarding it. First, they tell me that they will redo my whole order Or bring in my receipt and they would refund me the money. When I went to go do this say started arguing with me "stating that they don't give out free food." Not asking for free food. I'm asking for food that is edible.

This location has poor staff working, I came in and bought $89 worth of donuts and coffees and I had it to the bathroom urgently even though their bathroom is working they didn’t allow Me to use it. I know someone that told me the same thing a couple days ago. They claim to have their bathroom out of order when is not!
