Got the cheese herb bread sticks and chicken bacon ranch pizza. Bread sticks were good, but lacked a little something. Still enjoyed them a lot though! The pizza was fantastic, and I don't even like thin crust usually. I'll definitely be ordering again

One of the girls was super sweet, nice and helpful, the other one seemed energy and not wanting to work The atmosphere was a typical diner type vibe, nothing fancy. The service was a mixed bag and the food was good, not excellent

We usually order from here a few times a month since their delivery is consistent but unfortunately their food is not. The prices have gotten so expensive but it's the only place that delivers PB&J wings. Apparently they changed their PB&J sauce and it's disgusting. We did call to let them know and they said they would refund the amount. However, beyond frustrating because it was a waste of time since we now had to again figure out an alternative to serve kids for dinner. Pizza is ordered for convenience so won't be buying from here again, not worth the gamble.

I ordered at 2:15 pm yesterday in b. Spa a cranberry walnut salad to go since I had an appointment. There were no cranberries in it ! What a disappointment! I couldn't take it back since I had a 2 hr appointment and I live out of town. The person who made it has to be mindful of what he/she is doing.

If pictures could describe the disappointment and dissatisfaction of going to a place that used to be so great but now has gone downhill, this would be it… Hopefully it can get better with time.

Start with the fact that the pizza tastes and looks like it came out of a cardboard box from the freezer dept of a grocery store, you have a couple of nasty kids working there that it would behoove you to fire. The food is tolerable. Dealing with your nasty help, particularly the girl " running" the place definitely makes the place worth avoiding. Plenty of places along the strip with much better Pizza and much better friendlier service. I doubt this place will be that much longer. If crappy service and food that comes out of the freezer Department in the supermarket is your thing you better get there before they're closed for good

Paid $15 for a buffalo chicken pasta that not only didn't have one single piece of chicken but even the pasta was half the size it used to be. Maybe related to how every time you go to either location they seem to be exclusively staffed by children so young that nobody could expect them to have any clue what they're doing.

It was the worst service I have experienced in a long time. I ordered a medium pizza, boneless wings, and fries for takeout on Friday evening. When I got to the restaurant it was clear that they were busy. There was a line to order/pick up food and quite a few people dining in the restaurant. When I got to the counter, they could not find my medium pizza and asked if it would be ok to remake it. I said "sure, no problem." They took the sides and wings and set them aside. While I was waiting for my pizza, I had the opportunity to observe what a complete disaster the service at this place was. People who had ordered food were not receiving it, orders were wrong, tables were not being cleared and new diners were eating on filthy tables with previous diners leftover food still remained. They never told me when my remade pizza was ready, even though when I went up to the counter the employee knew exactly what I was waiting for. When I got home, the food was inedible. The sides were disgusting because they had been sitting for 45+ minutes and the crust of newly made pizza was not fully cooked. They also added green peppers to the pizza when we didn't order them. Most of it went straight into the trash.

Arguably one of the worst pizzas I've had. A soggy mess. Greasy pit in the middle of the box. The crust is clearly made of dough because it was still soft and had zero crunch. Also forgot our ranch. The toppings are the only edible part. Moved in down the street 2 days ago and comfortably never ordering from here again.

I buy a pizza from this place at least once or twice a week. Two of them actually both gluten-free. Tonight’s pizza was terrible. There was no flavor. I asked for extra ricotta and my wife’s pizza was terrible too. I’ve had problems before with this place and they made it right the first But I’m looking for a new place to order.

I usually get the personal size 6 cut for myself which is always very good. I decided to order a 8 cut to show my friends how great the pizza is. However, to my surprise upon opening the box, I found half the pizza had very burnt crust. It tasted like I was eating charcoal. So not only did me and my friends have to eat coal pizza, but I also had to bear the feeling of shame and embarrassment from serving my friends such a vile pie. Very disappointed.
