We had a very nice lunch today. A cosy and welcoming place with its great staff and a lot of choice on the menu. The tapas ordered weren’t that expensive and really delicious. Again, the waiters were super nice to us even if we did only have a basic Spanish level. The service was super fast as well we didn’t wait for more than 5 minutes. I personally don’t understand the bad reviews this place has been receiving because we all had a good moment at this place and the decoration was aesthetic. We could even see the cooks thanks the open glazed kitchen, which is often reassuring and proves that the quality will be there. I would recommend it if you want to get good tapas in Barcelona 👍 Thanks Lonja de Tapas 😊

Hicimos una pausa para descansar, tomar una rondita y recuperar fuerzas y decidimos parar aquí. Pedimos un par de cañas y un par de tapas... Nos decantamos por algo simple, como unas bravas y unos calamares. Simplemente, está bueno... sin mayores pretensiones. Precio ligeramente elevado para la calidad y cantidad de las tapas. La atención fue correcta y rápida. Disponen de un local muy amplio con muchísimas mesas. También nos pareció que era un local muy bonito. Hay terraza con varias mesas.

La comida no era especialmente buena. Pedimos unas bravas y unas croquetas (no las recomiendo), ya que eran muy caras para lo que eran. No había nadie que hablara catalán y apenas lo entendían. El lugar estaba lleno de guiris, aunque eso sí, para tomar una cerveza había sitio de sobra, ya que estaba muy vacío para lo grande que es.

La comida bastante bien, fresco y muy rapido. Precio-calidad -servicio bien, volveríamos. Se recomienda , la paella bastante aceptable.

This place was not on my list, but the atmosphere and staffs hard work was commendable. I enjoyed the food, however I do have some suggestions. The chicken wings were awesome, but perhaps a dip on the side would make it better as it can get dry. The salmon tartare needs more minced meat, but the sauce was amazing. The paella was better than I expected, however there was little meat, like maybe two to three small pieces of each. The prawn shells were also making the rice crunchy which was off putting. Still a good experience though 🙏

We ordered a plate of Iberian ham, sautéed vegetables, their “bombas” tapas and their cream of vegetable soup. … no complaints except that the bombas did not have a lot of meat, and the cream of vegetable soup was pretty bland.

I experienced a great seafood-paella at Lonja de Tapas for a decent price. There were a good variety of all kinds of seafood In the dish. And great flavours. So a very well-tasted dish overall. I’m not that experienced when It comes to ’paellas’. But In my opinion ’Lonja de tapas’ version of It was even more than perfect. And I really enjoyed the generous amount of food In the pan (that the ’paella’ came out In) as well. I left the restaurant with a full stomach. And a happy face. So If you want to taste a great paella: Go to Lonja de Tapas!

Really good service, fast and friendly. Food was good, fries portion was a bit small but all in all good. Drinks were really nice! The atmosphere is lively but quiet enough to have a conversation. The place is huge! You can’t really tell from the outside. If you are looking to seat somewhere fresh in summer, pick the tables at the back of the room!

We went here tonight just for some lunch, didn’t read anything about it but i checked the reviews while i was in there, someone said that the ham croquettes were mediocre but i thought they were pretty good. I also had the shrips, they were okay. It’s the same with the meatballs, they’re called meatballs but there was no meat in them which i was confused about, it was more cheese balls than meatballs. The bread was awful, it was soggy and just horrible to eat, thats probably why it was so cheap at €2.50. The service was decent i don’t think the waitress spoke much english but the food was quick to the table. The bathroom was okay quite dark but atleast it had a functioning hand dryer unlike some places in Barcelona. The price was reasonable for the amount we got. Overall okay experience i’m sure theres better options for food around that area considering there was only 1 other table occupied while i was there.

Entrenos por error al restaurante ya que buscábamos otro con nombre parecido y situado unos metros más adelante. Es el sitio típico pensado para ofrecer tapas a turistas. La calidad de la comida muy básica: croquetas aceptables, parrillada de verduras con cantidad escasa para dos, brochetas de pollo sin un sabor determinado y patatas bravas con mucha salsa y sal y poco sabor. La atención de las camareras correcta y el lugar es amplio. La relación calidad - precio descompensada por la justa calidad de la comida y servicio caro. No volveré.

Incredibly mediocre, and at those prices that's just bad. Menu didn't list any non-alcoholic drinks (although there is a very basic selection). Toilets were very poorly maintained.

This is a beautiful place however the food is just ok and the staff is rude! I had the seafood paella. The shrimp are whole and horribly over cooked! They were pasty! The rest of the seafood was ok. The rice was good. I definitely cannot recommend this spot.

We went there on a Saturday evening without reservation, so it was nice they could offer a table. However, it quickly became clear, probably why it was so empty. We ordered some fried peppers, which were okay, shrimps which were not particularly well prepared, it was exceptionally difficult to peel them, as well as some cheese, which was served in a disgusting plate with some cubes of god knows what. The worst dish was certainly the "catalan bread with tomato", which had nothing in common with the original dish. It was some bread with some tomato purée on top, that caused the bread to be watery. Generally going through the menu, the only "tapas thing" was the word "tapas" in the title...

Un restaurante horrible al que fuimos porque teníamos mucha hambre y no pensamos en lo malo que podría ser! El peor pan con tomate, calamares y patatas bravas que he comido en mi vida. ¡Y una cerveza que olía fatal! ¿Cómo es posible que alguien ponga tomate podrido y agrio? Las mujeres asiáticas en la caja y las camareras fueron amables, pero cuando les pedimos que cambiaran el pan con tomate, nos dijeron que era normal porque lo habían preparado por la mañana. ¡Y nosotros estábamos allí alrededor de las 21:20! ¡Un desastre absoluto! De todas formas, nos cambiaron el tomate. Los calamares estaban asquerosos, sin limpiar correctamente, y la salsa de las patatas estaba agria. ¡Horrible y, además, caro! ¡Ni se les ocurra acercarse, ni siquiera pasar por delante!

Horrible. Es el típico restaurante que da buenas sensaciones desde fuera pero es realmente un engaña turistas. Llamar tortilla de patatas española a lo que nos dieron es un insulto, era una tortilla francesa quemada. Con la “parrillada de verduras” lloras literalmente porque la cebolla entera que te ponen no está hecha, está completamente cruda, junto a tres trozos de calabacín y de zanahoria, crudos también. Las croquetas son las clásicas congeladas de bolsa. Además nos intentaron colar la cuenta de la mesa de al lado hablándonos en inglés como si fuéramos extranjeros, y cuando le dijimos que no era nuestra cuenta simplemente se fueron riendo. Ojalá que nadie más caiga en este engaño.
