Los chicos que trabajan ahí son increíblemente amables y muy profesionales; siempre están atentos a lo que necesitas. Y la comida… ¡wow! La pizza es increíble, llena de sabor y preparada con mucha dedicación. Además, la ubicación es muy céntrica, así que es perfecto para ir en cualquier momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que siempre quiero volver.

Vibrant Italian restaurant at the heart of Left Eixample. Swank decoration based on modern paintings and autoraphs of famous people who dinned here and typical Italian decoration including the stripped tableware and the wine bottles on the shelves. Excellent quality of pizzas, really above the average of Barcelona and interesting home-made desserts. Perfect for a Romantic date or family meeting. They also have some tables in a covered terrace on the street.

Cenamos el lunes ahí para celebrar mi cumpleaños. La comida riquísima, pedimos todo lo de las fotos y estaba riquísimo, además de servirlo rápido. El servicio muy bueno, muy profesional y atento. No muy amable pero al fin y al cabo escuchaba todo y atendía genial. Lo único que no nos gustó fue todo el ruido que se genera con todas las mesas tan juntas, estuvimos dentro sentados y teníamos que estar casi gritando para poder hablar. Por el resto todo genial, ni una queja.

La comida estuvo muy rica (aunque al vongole le faltaba cantidad). Todo buenísimo, si!! Pero le pongo tres estrellas porque el camarero rapado era muy desagradable y antipático, ni nos contestaba a lo que decíamos ni nada... Eso fue decepcionante porque lo que es la comida muy rica! Pero dudo que volvamos porque con la cantidad de restaurantes que hay en Barcelona, ir a un sitio donde no atienden bien, es una estupidez:)

La comida buena pero el local pequeño. Coincidimos con dos grupos grandes y había mucho ruido en el local. Pedimos agua como bebida y al traernos la botella nos preguntaron si queríamos vaso. Mucho tiempo de espera hasta que nos tomaron nota y después en servir y en volver a tomar nota de los postres. Estaban más pendientes del grupo femenino y del grupo de amigos del dueño que del resto de clientes. El servicio en general dejó mucho que desear.

Comimos ahí 7 personas, 3 nos pedimos raviolis de burrata a la carbonara, el camarero nos ofreció trufa. De ahí todo bien, el problema fue cuando nos trajeron la cuenta y salió por 38 euros por persona, con una media de plato a 15-16 euros por persona, nos pareció caro. Cuando revisé bien la cuenta, vimos que el plato de ravioles de burrata se había convertido de 14.75 euros a 33 euros, y todo por la trufa. Es decir, nos cobraron como si fuera un plato más la trufa. Como le comenté al encargado, está genial y me esperaba que me cobraran la trufa, pero si van a ser 15 euros espero que me lo comunicaran... Sino no lo hubiese hecho. Además la carbonara estaba fría cuando nos lo sirvieron. Una pena porque teníamos altas expectativas. Sin embargo no puedo quejarme de la atención del personal que siempre fueron amables.

La peor experiencia que hemos tenido en un restaurante que, hasta ahora, considerábamos de nuestros favoritos. Desde que entramos, el trato del camarero fue borde, recriminatorio y claramente molesto por tener que atendernos. Teníamos reserva para dos y preguntamos educadamente si podíamos ser tres; algo que pueden aceptar o no, pero lo que no es aceptable es contestar con mala educación y actitud de enfado hacia el cliente. A partir de ahí, todo fue incómodo: caras de asco, ojos en blanco y comentarios despectivos simplemente por pedir dos pizzas iguales para compartir. Literalmente se nos hizo sentir ridículos por nuestra elección. Surrealista. Cuando pedimos platos —algo absolutamente básico— resopló, los dio de mala gana y actuó como si estuviéramos pidiendo un favor personal en vez de un servicio por el que estábamos pagando. La tensión entre el personal era evidente y se trasladaba a la sala. El ambiente era desagradable y terminó arruinando por completo la cena. No disfrutamos de la comida por la incomodidad constante. La comida puede ser buena, pero cuando el cliente se siente un estorbo, el restaurante falla en lo más importante. No volveremos.

Muy mal servicio a domicilio, le echaron la culpa al repartidor de glovo, cuando fué culpa del restaurante que solo entregó 2 pizzas en vez de las 3 pedidas . Las dos veces que llamé fueron bastante maleducados e irresponsables, según ellos no estaba el encargado ???Al final el repartidor de glovo por su propia iniciativa, fue a pedir la tercera pizza que no le habían entregado y le dieron la que quisieron no la que habíamos pedido.Es una pena porque somos clientes desde hace tiempo. Por lo menos les hemos pedido unas 15 veces, pero acaban de perder un cliente y procuraré no recomendarlo a ningún amigo o conocido. Ya ven señores el cliente de años se pierde en minutos por su mala gestión, su falta de profesionalidad y mala educación.

Elegimos un plato que en la carta figuraba a 14 €. El camarero preguntó si lo quería “con trufa”, sin aclarar en ningún momento que eso implicaba un cambio de precio significativo. Al llegar la cuenta, ese mismo plato costaba 37 €, es decir, más de un 150 % de aumento solo por añadir trufa. Nada de esto se indicaba en la carta. Tras pagar, le dije que me había atendido de mala manera y de que, en un caso así, el camarero debe informar claramente del cambio de precio. Su respuesta fue totalmente fuera de lugar: dijo que él “no puede dar por hecho que el cliente sea pobre y no pueda pagar”. El problema no es poder pagar, sino informar correctamente y tratar al cliente con respeto. Una experiencia así deja muy mala impresión. La comida estaba rica pero no volvería ni lo recomendaría.
