Burgers were great, fries could be improved somehow. Service was really friendly and spoke exceptionally great english.

I've often stopped here for a quick dinner. I must say that the food is unique in that it's not fried but cooked at a low temperature, which should make it healthier. The sandwiches include a choice of both fish and meat and are also good with fries, but the difference in flavor compared to "traditional" burgers is noticeable, especially for those who aren't used to this type of cooking. The portions are also not very generous for the price. In any case, if you want a healthy alternative to the usual fast food, this is the place to go.

I had lunch with a bowl. It is obviously possible to select different formats and compose it to your taste, there is a lot of choice and I must say that the preparation is generally accurate and without errors. They should only specify which type of rice is served HOT and which is served COLD, because without my knowledge the second time I went there to eat I found myself with rice from the fridge instead of the lukewarm one... Now I ask every time to be sure but overall a positive experience. The environment is that of a shopping center, so unfortunately quite noisy and not very intimate. But you can still talk without problems and enjoy a meal in company at the tables.

Worst burger ever. I had a chicken burger and my wife had a burger di Manzo. Boring, soggy, almost no flavor, and all for 9 euros. The fries were dripping with grease and also soggy. Service was okay.

If you go up to the fifth floor of the mall, choose carefully where to eat... a word of advice: NOT HERE. We ordered two burger menus: a pulled pork and a beef one with fries. Where to start? Bland and sad buns. The beef one had jalapenos... Aren't jalapenos spicy?! Because I think I ate some incredibly sweet jalapenos in this burger. But the absolute worst thing were the fries: greasy and mushy, some so soft they almost tasted mushy, others rock hard. The quality of the meat may be better than that of the more well-known fast food joints, but still, how much bread do you have to eat to even come close to real fast food? Absurdly expensive for the quality, never again.

The portions were small, and the burger arrived very cold and small for the price—thirty euros for two. The fries seemed reheated and were dry. It took about twenty minutes for the order, which was very disappointing. I wouldn't go back.

I'm not giving one star to this specific place, but to the entire chain; prices (in general) have risen significantly, perhaps even excessively so... but places like this can't charge 15 euros for a minion menu with the smallest sandwich I can hold, a can of Coke, and a portion of tasteless, overly salty fries to cover up the taste. Absolutely not.

An experience not to be repeated. Eating a burger is always a great way to save dinner, but I will never choose a place like this again, which is only burger-like in name, not in taste. We asked for a cold drink and were given a room-temperature drink, oh well. When the menu arrived, after choosing the richest one, you'd expect at least a twist on the flavors, but instead, the burger was undercooked, and the flavors of the other ingredients were drowned out by the overly strong taste of the bun. The fries, on the other hand, were extremely greasy and had probably been fried several times (I'm attaching a photo, because they were "end-of-pack" fries anyway; I must have found 4 or 5 whole ones at most). What can I say? We spent almost 30 euros for two menus and didn't appreciate it at all.
