im going to be as understandable as i can due to us ordering 30 mins before closing time.. but whats upsetting is my hickery bbq bonesless wings were like 50% covered in sauce and 50% uncovered. but i luckily spreaded the sauce on the uncovered parts.

For my first time ever going to a wingstop and for them to be all bout there wings they didn't taste right I have had better wings at a pizza shop then the ones I got this evening I'm very disappointed cuz they have a very good reputation but to me the food wasn't all that and there voodoo fries never again will I get those the sauce tasted sour I had placed my order online and they gave me food but no napkins or a fork and a drink but no straw.. I won't be coming back that's for sure sry maybe in a couple of yrs I'll retry

Ordered food for a set time (6pm) got there at 5:55 said 10-15 which would be 6:10 at the latest. Checked at 6:10 and was told 7 more minutes, checked in 7 and still wasn’t done. Didn’t have my food until 6:30

I ordered a 10 piece bone in wings. They were tough and chewy, especially the "drummets"! I prefer the "flats" and only received 3, which were a tad bit better. I've had better wings at Pizza Hut or even the Walmart deli! If you want "juicy" wings, this is not the place. I will not return.

The wings i got were pretty good slightly undercooked so i didn't finish. I chose to put 2🌟 because for some reason the bastrop Texas location opened up @1045. I thought that was very weird! Furthermore when i FINALLY got in and sat down after i ordered my food. I looked around and the tables were filthy. Obviously they'd just opened so its no reason for the tables to have been dirty. The lemon and limes were just sitting on the counter on top of syran wrap that had ice underneath it with a side of FLIES!!!

Good food , except we had ordered the cajun corn and literally had to ask to replace it due to how much seasoning was on it , looked like someone dropped the whole can of seasoning in it. They replaced the corn but came but still over seasoned couldnt even eat it comfortably. Same thing with the voodoo fries very over seasoned couldnt eat at all.

I ordered 10 Pc classic combo while visiting Bastrop. I made sure to order online as usual, I got there 20 min later and it wasn’t ready. I had to wait 15 min more minutes, but that’s okay. Then they gave my order and couldn’t remember that the drink was included, I had to remind them. I was in hurry to drive back because I had to drive late at night 25 min to get to where I was staying. As soon as I get home ready to eat, I noticed they forgot to put ranch sauce. I was so pissed knowing that I usually enjoy Wingstop because of their ranch. It was passed midnight and didn’t want to have a long drive again just for that. I don’t know how I can get my refund on that ranch because I paid for that. They need to be more focused on people’s orders, I feel like they make a lot of mistakes

Terrible service my French fry had no seasoning and all they did was tell me I could go eat again and have a free large fry lol as if that would make up for my bad service. They had no seasoning what so ever and they do not taste good like they used to I am not sure what kind of cheap frozen fry they use but it’s wack!!! Won’t be coming here again anytime soon!

Today a grown man who works here treated my child disgustingly. She was there to pick up her food, he told her it would be 30 minutes. Her food was sitting right there in front of him. He was extremely rude for no reason.

They don’t use heat lamps or Microwave since they keep your wings warm by shutting off the A/C and making the entire establishment an oven. Apparently the employees have had deal with these conditions for an entire month.

Past couple of days it feels like it’s over 90 degrees inside their Bastrop location. The AC isn’t working & they seem to be doing nothing about it. I feel horrible for the poor staff. I can only imagine what the temperature is in the kitchen!! Fix this please.

We ordered online, arrived when told our food was estimated to be ready at 8:50 pm. We did not have food in our hands until 9:18 pm. After sitting in the restaurant and waiting for almost 30 minutes, we opened the box to see that our wings had barely any sauce on them. They were coated mainly in grease, barely any flavor. Our fries were mostly broken, burned pieces seemingly from the bottom of the frier. We will not be coming back. This was the 3rd chance we gave this location. Don’t waste your time or money!

The service was good, they are hard-working. However, the place is terrible. There is no air conditioning/ventilation. It has a bad smell and is very hot. About the food, it is average, very oily in general. My fries were soggy.

The lade with the leg wrap was very rude talking very ugly to customers makeing them wait on her while she was talk ugly about another employee the employee that she was talking down to actually helped us while she was busy talking down on him the place was very very dirty and Nasty we had to wait a long time for our food and she never gave us our recipe at the time we cam in thier not a lot of people and they seemed fully staff, I will never go to this wingstop ever again the manger is doing a poor job and like I said before I have never been so Disgusted at a restaurant before
