Great as always we love eating at Applebee's

Kaitlyn was our amazing waitress my son said she is his best friend and wants to return for his 7th birthday we will definitely be back! She was very nice and kind to me and my family Thank you very much Kaitlyn

They wait time for when I took my family there was to be expected due to it being the weekend and all. But when we did get seated our waitress was wonderful. And fast about getting us our food and anything else we needed quickly even though they were busy. But there food is delicious and well worth the wait if you have never eaten there. If you go I would recommend doing the four cheese Mac and cheese. It is a very good dish to try on the first time you go in

Loni was our server, and she was very friendly and attentive. She had the perfect blend of enthusiasm and friendliness without being over-the-top or cheesy. The food was great as well; wait times were appropriate and my steak was cooked to the correct temperature. Would definitely come back again.

The ribs are always spot on at Applebee's! The service and cocktails are great. I also won on quick draw. Enough to pay for our meal and give the waitress a 36% tip. It was a good experience and I will continue to go back time and time again.

We had a great waitress who was super business but was smiling and friendly. The food was delicious. The hostess was also was working hard cleaning tables thoroughly in between seating customers.

Sarah was a fantastic bartender, knew my drink on command even though it’s be awhile since I visited any made conversation and was happy and bubbly through the whole visit! I had the garlic chicken with mushrooms and waffle fries, the Alfredo bread sticks and strawberry margaritas bucket. All were delicious! Even with all of the garlic.

Applebee's in Batavia has never disappointed me. Cocktails are excellent. I highly suggest the berry merry colada. A frozen pink colada mixed with captain Morgan strawberry and melon juices. Tasted like a creamy berry milk shake. I ordered the Burben chicken and upgraded the garlic smashed potatoes for the loaded. The entree came with plenty of food the chicken was moist tasty seasoned right and loved the sauté onions and mushroom underneath the chicken breast. The loaded mashed potatoes were delicious. Big chunks of crunchy chicken and lots of cheddar cheese all melted inside the potatoes and a large dollop of sour cream on the top of the potatoes. I also had a cup of chicken Tortilla soup. The heat was the right amount. And the chef was not stingy with the chicken! Nice black beans and Pita strips completed the broth. The server was friendly efficient and no waiting!

The service was fantastic even though it was really busy. When we got to the door one of the employees actually held the door open for us! Our waiter was very friendly and very efficient even though he was handling a lot of customers. The food was very hot and perfectly seasoned. Her energy behind the bar is unmatched—funny, fast, and totally in control even when things got busy. We ordered the takeout curbside. The only problem I had with the order was the slaw side. It was replaced for the french fries that came with my half rib. You would think it would be the size of a normal side dish in the restaurant but it's not. It was 3 oz in fit in this tiny cup that I would expect to find honey mustard ranch in. I love that profile so I was very disappointed in the 2 fork full I got! I also aware that the house salad. That was fresh and just what I would expect. On the positive side the ribs tasted so great that I decided the next time I'm going to order the full rib!

I like the restaurant chain. I live in Rochester, and the closest Applebee's is in Greece, but the customer service there is not nearly as good as Batavia. The food was delicious and they were offering a 2 for special, so it was a cheap and delicious experience. Very relaxing experience. It was not very busy and we weren't rushed.

Stopped in here on a drive back from Niagara Falls. It was a Saturday night and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was slow coming to the table for the first time, but after that she was good. Very pleasant. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Food was good and arrived within an appropriate amount of time.

I've been here on quite a few occasions over the years. I don't have any complaints with this particular location. Service is always good as well as the food. The 2 for 25 is a great stand by. I usually go with the 6oz steak, mash and Garlic green beans. I'm also quite fond of their French Onion soup.

Have dined here multiple times- both for dine in and car-side pick up. Everytime the staff is friendly and professional and the food is excellent for the price. If you go on a busy night for pickup (Fridays and weekends) you may have to wait like 10min for your food, but that's par for the course. Good place to eat overall. The boneless buffalo wings are my favorite.

TAKE OUT- Always a good "go to" spot. Love the steamed broccoli. Little disappointed in the dessert, just slapped it all in the box. Oh well may have been a busy night. Still good place to get a meal.

Love the food here. As a Canadian, the portions a HUGE lol. Service was good but felt like we were expected to know certain things since this is such a popular chain in the US. Felt a little rushed in our orders when we'd never been there before and the server seemed a little pissed about us taking our time. Not used to, or a fan of, having to hand out credit card over at the end. Guess that's common in the US? Very weird lol. Server was a little weird about it, just put her hand out with a "come on give it here" motion and we were very confused. Once again, just a bit more patience and explanation would've helped for someone who has never been there before. When you're as close to the border as you are, you should know you'll have a lot of Canadians coming through not knowing things - I can't imagine we were the first. Would've been 5 star if not for these couple things.

Really enjoyed our chicken broccoli alfredo and my son enjoyed the shrimp Alfredo. Yum.

Food was good and hot. It's a geat place to take the kids. We had to wait a bit after we were done eating for our server to return with check and to request boxes. We were also brought the wrong sauce for a meal. Not really deal breakers for me just little annoyances for the kids. The sauce was changed out when my daughter went up to a server and requested it. The staff was nice and accommodating. Lots of parking availability. The parking lot was nicely plowed especially with the weather we have had.

Set the scene.. Valentine's Day, call order in. 6:09..get there 6:30..place is packed. Waiting for order no one can find it. But who comes save my day! I believe it was Tanner, 2/26 bourbon chicken. So thank you Tanner for asking the right questions and finding my dinner, which I may say was still hot. Took it home dinner was great with my hubby. Just wanted to give him a shout out with it being so busy and we were curb side. So Tanner you are the bomb.com! So busy that the guy next to me waited for an hour and 3 minutes at curbside. But not me. That's how busy it was. I always do curbside, I never have a problem. Their food has always been good when I pick up and get it home .

Server was just ok... steak was very good. My son and husband ordered full slab of ribs, husband found a hair in twined in the BBQ sauce, usually no biggie it happens BUT the server said "no one in the kitchen has hair!" Wow really. We spent 129.00$ we were given a new half slab of ribs with no discount given. Finally asked to speak to management and he took off 10$ and did not even apologize once for the inconvenience of hair in our food!

I've spent a very large chunk of my life in Batavia and it makes me sad to say the quality of the food has definitely gone down while the prices have gone up. I remember coming here as a kid/young teen and it used to be SO good, it would always be my first choice. Unfortunately the last 2 to 3 times I went, the food hasn't been really good, and I've felt really sick after I eat. I went last night and all I had was a cheeseburger and some fries, and I woke up today STILL nauseous. On top of the quality not being the greatest, the prices are crazy for what it is. I'm aware the pricing is NOT their fault, I'm just saying it isn't really worth it. I've never had a bad experience with the service, the waitresses are always energetic and welcoming. I'm hoping over time it gets better :(

We've been coming to Batavia Applebee's for years now. We stopped in about 4:30 after black Friday shopping. The hosts and our waitress were top notch. Very friendly and attentive. The food however.... I ordered the Ranch chicken sandwich. Im not sure why, but it just tasted off. Not very good at all. My guest had the chicken finger dinner. They were so tiny they barely qualified as chicken nuggets, and they were way overdone and dry. Over $50 for mozz sticks, a chicken sandwich and tenders is absurd. All in all, it was about being with loved ones so it was nice. Just too bad the food didn't stand out as much as the service did.

When my family and I (five people plus a high chair) arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet the hosts were standing there arguing about which server would take our table. After they finally decided, we were seated. The staff didn’t seem very attentive no one checked on us or even picked up small trash from the table. We ordered a steak well done, but it came out completely burnt, and another one was way too salty. The service really needs to improve.

Loaded nachos were terrible. The chips were greasy (deep fried?) and I think someone dumped a half a Shaker of salt all over it. Barely edible. Very nice staff took my order and brought it out.

Seats were stickier than a NYC bench with the tables not much better. The utensils were not washed properly and still had someone else's food on them. The worst part was animals were just allowed in there namely a dog, not a service dog, someone's pet. Will never eat here or reccomend it to anyone.

She got the manager to finally bring our appetizer after our meal was half over, and this manager just slid it on the table and walked away. Nothing was taken off of our bill. The manager never came back to check on us. Skye was AMAZING. she stepped up and took care of us and the rest of Kaitlyns' area. We found out that this rude manager let Kaitlyn go on break before her tables were taken care of. You don't do that in a restaurant. The customers come first. We made sure to tip Skye for excellent service. As we were leaving, Kaitlyn came walking in, and her and the manager winked at each other, so unprofessional

Food was good as always, though probably had the worse service I’ve ever had. I never make reviews but it was so bad I just had to. The girl we had was terrible. Walking all around but never coming to our table, she didn’t even bring us our food we ordered, when we got our appetizers we got no silverware as well as no plates to even eat it on ( it was the mixed one with wings, guacamole and chips, cheese sticks, etc.) so not sure how we can eat those without silverware lol. You shouldn't be treated like you're a "Karen" just for asking for your waitress. The hostess needs to learn how to treat customers professionally and not act put out when the paying customer is asking for a waitress who took 15 min to take your order, then turn around and talk about you to her other hostess like you can't hear a word they're saying. This is the real world, not high-school. The customer shouldn't be treated like they did something wrong just for asking for service that should be provided.

Stop pasting "We deliver" all over your website. You don't. It's through a third party you can't control at all. For a company this size, its embarrassing that you need to outsource the most basic of restaurant duties, and then lie about offering delivery. I called after your website wouldn't allow me to schedule delivery, and they told me over the phone you don't deliver.

I had asked for mozzarella sticks and never received them and my food I had asked for no tomatoes and there were tomatoes on it. Along with our waitress had only came back to check on refilling or any other items onec before our check came. Not very happy bout the service here.

I ordered a simple salad an hour before closing. I got there to pick, it up at 11:50pm. I also let them know apon ordering over the phone when I would be in the area to pick it up. When I arrived the doors were locked, the employees were inside looking at me through the windows of the doors from acros the restraunt. I knocked and stood there, the restraunt was supposed to be open untill midnight. The simply didn't move and ignored me, so I called, it got picked up and they immediately hung up so I left. Its just a salad so not a huge deal but I will never be a customer for them ever again, screw this place. I ended up without my lunch for my brake during work because of them.

Place is dirty, piles of food crap in the parking lot and floors inside…and servers are rude. Food is what you expect, not even elevated Diner food…frozen nuked. But what makes it worse HERE is servers yakking it up with each other, but too busy to wipe big spills and food pieces off the bar. Monday night football, but not particularly busy…When the so-called server said it would be a minute to wipe up the mess, I said “no, it won’t, I’ve already been here for several minutes” If I was an Applebees CORPORATE SHOPPER this place would get zeros across the board….And I left before ordering anything…Barely a small dent in Applebee’s corporate take for sure, but I’m satisfied never going to the Batavia Applebee’s again. The food was good, everything was good, besides when a random bald (If I recall correctly) guy brought out a refresh of the unlimited meal instead of our server kim, and when he asked if the person I was dining with wanted a refill on there drink, instead of grabbing the drink on the sides, he took the drink, grabbing it by putting his finger inside of it instead of around, then brought back the SAME CUP. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! Will never be coming back. Who knows what was secretly/unknowingly done to our food based on this.
