It's what you should expect from a Burger King. The lady working the front counter was very kind and professional and seemed to enjoy her job; which I find quite rare. The restaurant was very clean and the food was fresh and great. I overheard the lady at the front tell another employee to, "make sure the fries are fresh and hot because it's a little cold and rainy". It's not a big deal but small things like that make a big difference. She and the rest of the staff care about their place and the quality of what they are serving. Things like that make the place exceptional.

Location does not offer any of the "Offers" options from the bk app or bk website. The location on Railroad and HWY 4 does. It's a shame because the food is always prepared great and the employees are very friendly at this location.

The food took a long time to get here. There was only two employees working. I was the only customer inside the restaurant. I ordered two Ham , egg & cheese croissants and ended up with two sausage, egg & cheese croissants instead. I didn't have the time to go back to the restaurant to complain because I had to get to work. My receipt was correct but I was given whatever they wanted to make and didn't check my order for accuracy.
Went on the app and paid for the family bundle for take out. Walked to the store and both doors were locked with no one standing at the counters. The store hours indicated they were open, the "open" light was on, but only the drive through was open. There wasn't even a sign on the door explaining why the doors were locked. No one answered the phone and you couldn't even leave a voicemail. The only thing stopping me from giving this 1 star is my previous experience here. I had no problems with the staff, wait times, or my order until today. There were two others who were with me when the doors were locked who had to leave because we couldn't order

I’m a huge fan of Burger King. I love me a Whopper! I just moved to the area, I’ve been to this location twice now, and it’s very disappointing to know my local BK is below average when it comes to food and beverage quality, taste, and availability. Today, the majority of fountain beverage items were not available, even though Coke freestyle signs are everywhere! And the taste of my food and beverage was not as expected from a Burger King restaurant; I can’t say I’ve ever experienced that before, even in the middle of nowhere. Com’mon BK, I just bought a house here, so I need you to get it together!

Fast Food Chains like this one is proving that the American Dream is Dead. If you are trying to feed a family of three it will run you a total of $43.00 for subpar food. The worst part is that even if you order a large drink you still get small fries, and at this location they didn't even fill up the soda all the way. Take your money and go to an actual place that taste better, you'll probably get more food out of it that way. Also I ordered the jack-o-latern whopper and got a regular whopper.
You call this large? This is the same amount of fries you get with small order, they just put it in a large container and charge for large. Stop ripping people off.

We couldn't do anything but call back because we were already on the freeway when we opened up our supposed bacon whoppers no cheese. Big mistake, we can't even trust burger King to get our order correct. We paid $1.50 extra for them to add bacon each, that's $3.00 for no bacon. On the receipt there was no mention of no cheese on them, so we suffered there too. I called them to ask about bringing them back to exchange for our correct order but the phone just rang until the voice-mail said there was no room to leave a voice-mail. On the receipt it states to call them to tell of our experience and the number is the same as I had called. I love burger King out of all fast food burgers but today I was let down, sadly I was disappointed and I even paid extra to eat whatever they felt like giving us through the window 😔 😪 🤮😤

Use to like this place but now I don’t even want to walk in here anymore or deal with any of the workers. The people here tell you the dumbest things all the time, I ordered 2 orders can I get 2 bbq sauce and 2 zesty please.The lady working “no you have to pay extra” I look at her like seriously I just ordered 2 meals how many bbq sauce and zesty can I get ? Proceeds to give me one bbq sauce and walk away from me like I’m nothing. These people at this store don’t deserve my money. It is almost like they don’t care about returning customers. It’s just sad cause I know people in the area that say the same but continue to go back because this location is the only one in the area. Thank god there’s finally a check out touch screen now so you don’t have to deal with the rude workers.
Wow. Haven't been here in over a year because it was bad last time too. At 1030 they had no breakfast menu up...that was awkward. My biscuit sandwich was hard as a rock. Got fries instead of hashbrowns. I should of just wiped my butt with the 10 bucks. Would of been put to better use. Looking forward to when this place closes down.
Those order screens are super impersonal. Our order took FOREVER. lunch time rush should be staffed properly and your 15 dollar whopper combo should be 7 dollars. Especially when I order no pickles and you give me pickles anyways.
Going through the drive thru was a bad experience. Whoever took my order was rude at the window. She kept trying to interrupt talking over me while I was trying to request a ranch dressing telling they have no salads there. She seems to speak Soanish. I'm Latina and am alot nicer to customers than she is. Please evaluate your employees or they'll bankrupt your business by driving customers away.
I ordered ahead in the app then waited another 30+ minutes after checking in at arrival. The whole waiting room was full of people waiting for orders. The drive thru was obviously the priority. There wasn't handicapped parking available (it was already taken) so I had a difficult walk to and from my car especially after having to stand for over 30 minutes waiting for my order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. I named off my items as they finally gave me my order, they said "yes it's there I checked it". I asked for a drink holder, they said they were out. I got to my car and double checked my order after I sat down. There was an item missing so I carried my bags back inside to get the item. No I'm sorry for the delay/missing item/having to come back inside or anything. I was very disappointed, half of the food was cold and when I got home I found out my melts burger was the wrong one! The worst part was that they gave me the one with grilled onions instead of the bacon cheese one. I'm allergic to onions and couldn't eat it. At this point I just went without and gave my burger to my husband. I was not going back there again that evening and with my disabilities couldn't have drove back anyway. I don't think I'll be going there again soon, at least not at dinner time. The manager was on break for the first 20+ minutes I was waiting then the supervisor and 2 staff from the back returned at one time. They really need to stagger lunches and have someone capable of overseeing and expediting orders during dinner peak time.

But what’s worse than the food is the so-called “manager” running the place(she a indian lady i believe her name is Gupreet ). This manager is rude, unprofessional, and talks to customers like they’re doing us a favor by messing up orders. Zero customer service, zero respect, and zero accountability. Instead of fixing the problem, they act irritated, dismissive, and completely careless. If this is the person in charge, no wonder the whole store feels dirty, chaotic, and poorly run. This location seriously needs a new management team because whoever is running it now has no business being in charge of anything.

She gave me the wrong order, and when I politely asked for it to be corrected, she refused and acted like it was my fault.
