First time at a Freddy’s, will not be the last! Probably the best burger I’ve had and the fries…. Well I’m pretty sure I’ve never had any better. They should call it Fantastic Freddy’s… cause it is! Also had a hot fudge sundae, which I have not had in ages! Was delicious! The staff at this location were all very friendly and very pleasant. Certainly going back soon!

Was driving back to Beaumont after my regular grocery shopping trip to Aldi on Garth Road. Turned out to be the first ones in! I think this makes my 3rd or 4th trip here, and discovered the #3 combo two visits ago, so it’s now my go-to. Got a free frozen custard with a promo they were running, and my order came fast and correct. I see more visits in the future, especially since I’m getting points now! Definitely worth the stop.

Had a great experience at this location. It was clean, good customer service and food was good. I love their seating area with booths and how they have all condiments freely available. Tried the Signature Turtle Sundae and I’d have to say it was pretty good, the regular size was enough for my wife and I to share.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean restaurant with plenty of seating. The Patty Melt I had was perfect! They were generous with the Fries which were very fresh and coupled with Freddy's fry sauce made for a delicious meal which was still cheaper than McD's. Don't forget the shakes and malts.

First impression was it was CLEAN, and I mean CLEAN! The staff was even wiping down their cameras. The service was worthy of full service. The cashier was very polite, and cleaning in her downtime. I received my food quickly, and it tasted good. The young man expediting the food forgot the cheese on the cheese fries, and when brought to his attention he immediately apologized and corrected it in seconds. This really stood out to me. Everything was stocked, full, and neat. Great experience! Even the lights above your table are free of dust. This place was incredibly clean, and well maintained. When I pick up my kids from school in about an hour I’ll be back just to let them eat here. Keep up the great work! I almost forgot to mention the cashier cleared my table within the first minute of me finishing my meal….just wow!

Fast food place that still taste good! Like many i am trying to make healthy decisions while still being part of a group and go on adventures. It was dinner and movie - and I got an amazing burger lettuce wrapped. Still got to enjoy a wonderful perfume meal with everyone while still making smarter eating choices.

I had not been to one of these in quite a while, but when my wife googled the "healthiest" fast food burger they came up to the top of the list, so we gave them a try on our "splurge" night while traveling. While I'm not sure if you can include healthy anywhere in the description of the original double, it was pretty good and hopefully had a few less calories and fat than the competition. Overall I was pleased with the taste and liked that the thin patties with crisp edges are different from other fast food chains. My only complaint is the background music at this location was a too loud making it difficult to have a conversation or hear the server while ordering.

The Fríes are the worst part of an amazing burger joint. Really, c'mon, who would really think Shoestring fries would top a great Steak style burger...Smmfh

Ordered a hot dog they were out of buns. I ordered anyway without a bun. Hot dog was cold, could not eat it. Also, out of Freddies sauce.

I usually come here very often when traveling the lady. In the drive through is very rude she doesn’t allow you to finish ordering before she ask a million times is that anything else , very rude closed the drive thru window very rudely while we were still asking for condiments , and instead of telling us when we first ordered everything they were out of she wait til the end to let us know what we ordered they were out of . Very rude and bad attitude , then another lady had to come to the window and help also no receipt

I really wanted Freddy’s so I order a crispy sandwich and I ask for no tomato so when I open my sandwich to make sure it didn’t have tomatoes and it look like this i didn’t even want to eat it. I worked at Freddy’s and I understand that it gets a little hectic but i wouldn’t want someone to eat a sandwich like this presentation always matters people eat with their eyes first.

I really don't understand why when I pay for extra cheese & ask for extra grilled onions; I just can't get it.... This has happened so many times it's almost like the cook can't read. I'm about done with this location.!!!!! Update: Seems like management need work as well. They responded my review asking me to fill out more info. I did & after a week or so I still haven't received any type of response. Yep, I'm done with this location.
