It’s crazy that people come spend their hard earned money and get their food fresh. Then when I called the store the manager Rosa was so nonchalant about the situation. 0/10 fries cold🤦🏾‍♀️

Literally just went to the restroom and came back and my sodas were gone when I asked about them the manager was very rude and short. And it’s not about the sodas it’s about the service. It’s just soda.

Had my food delivered through Uber eats and the entire order was messed up. I called the place multiple times until someone finally picked up. When someone finally answered no one was responding and all I could hear is what was going on in the backround of the store. I was not able to speak to anyone.

Worst 9/3/25 im a doordasher and yall kept me waiting for over 30mins nearly costing me my job and I almost lost it because I seen all the burgers and orders ready for the doordashers and yeah are brushing all 5 to 6 of us off I almost started a lawsuit against this place for lack of responsibility, rudeness, ignoring customers and more. Never picking up doordash for here again not even worth it and if yall a costumer for doordash here dont bother your food will be cold and also I seen a few burgers there made and left the whole 30plus mins I was there.

This Burger King has got to be one of the worst places I've ever experienced in a late night dinner experience. One Google maps says this place is open so I drive all the way from where we're at and go out of the way from where we're going just to get to this place to see that it's not open to the public it's open to online orders and uber. Maybe people should not say that it's online orders and Uber if you can't go on the app which is online and order and still get food. They literally tell people on Google they're open because they are open to catering services only. Then when you go through then they tell you that and you're sitting here thinking you can order on the app nobody tells you that you can't order on the app. On top of that the professionalism of the diner employees was incredibly wicked and horrible it's okay if you don't want to honor what you say you do on Google as in like when you're open to the public you know like telling people you're open when you're not.

I hate this place every single time, no matter what time of the day you need to be prepared to spend 20 minutes waiting for your food. Even couriers have left without they order. They should start working on that. Instead of waiting until the person arrives to ask, start making your food. If you order ahead, it is because you need your food faster. Thank you

I can't get over how multiple people are working the register/handling money than touching food. No one is wearing gloves, and I keep seeing employees picking their scalp through their hair, touching their oily faces, and then having their fingers in fies. Sanity is very poor. Also, I'm writing this review while waiting for my order. Waiting, waiting 10 mins, 15 mins, 20 mins. The sun is going down. Very poor service. Finally, 26 minutes. Wow. Also, i went into the bathroom, and the kid working the register and touching fies didn't wash his hands after coming out of the stall. So the same hand that wiped his butt is now in the fries 🍟. Disgusting!!! I didn't order fies, thankfully!!

Not very good here. While ordering had 2 flies hovering above the register and almost crash into me. The employee taking my order didn't know what all ingredients came in my burger, wanted the big king so I asked the manager named Jennifer and she did know, 4 cheese and 6 bacon. Well that's what I wanted. Took my food home and couldn't believe that my whopper had a cheese on top 3 bacon and everything else below dry. I called the BK and the manager said her cook said I was lying! She said she could fix it but to take it back. Oh my God! I was already home and it's kinda far. So with gas being so expensive though it wouldn't be worth it. So please watch out with these employees and manager here. Because it seems that they are always right not the customers. Have it your way YHEA RIGHT
