Consider Visiting! Amazing matcha and boba plus customer service. I visited on a Saturday, exactly at 11:00 AM, and the business was up and running. The man who took my order was nice and respectful. The place also has a cozy atmosphere with a variety of small claw machines. I ordered a medium strawberry matcha latte with pearls. I definitely recommend this place to anyone considering coming here!

My first time here and so far so great! I went with a familiar flavor and my sister and brother in law went more experimental! And both of them enjoyed it! The atmosphere is great! It’s so clean and I love that there are card games and board games for us to play with if we want to hang around. The serves was with a kind smile! Definitely coming back again to try more items. I also love that you can choose to get more or less ice and also the boba is an appropriate amount! Not too much not to little!

They have the best milk tea and boba in the town. I’m so happy that I no longer have to drive an hour to Bellaire to buy drinks from Gong cha. Also, the shop owner is very polite and friendly. Pearls milk tea and Strawberry milk tea are my favourite 🥰.

So I’ve been coming here and it’s really good I usually get the passion fruit slush. Love it but today I saw they add this new flavor the Peach slush with actually red hot sauce and passion fruit slush with red hot sauce. I was like umm… ewww… but the lady told me it taste like a mangonada and me always wanting to try new things. I got it and no lie it actually taste really good. I got the peach slush and the red hot sausage actually taste like tajin. I recommend it’s not spicy either, it taste like a mangonada next I’ll try to get the passion fruit.

Oh my God I’m crying. This establishment is the best Boba place on the face of the Earth. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating even to dietary restrictions and even though we is stupid and ordered the wrong thing they kindly remade it 😭💕 we were having a terrible day on our cross country road trip, and we found Hope In Texas. That there is still good in the world. God bless America.

Usually the best tea and boba tea in Baytown by far! However the last time we went, not great. We got a total of 4 smoothies and one milk tea. The smoothies were hardly blended and had very chunky ice. My wife’s was supposed to be a smoothie and it had a little blended ice at the top and then was milk teas basically the rest of the way. I only have one of photo of the mango smoothie. Staff is always friendly!

Gong cha is a cool place to chill and radiates good vibes. Spotless restroom and a nice, modern design. Drinks took a bit to come out, but overall would come back again.

I've been to many of these tea places, I don't claim to be an expert with the Asian tea businesses, but I have a pretty good idea of how things should go. I came in shortly after 11am on Sunday. I placed my order. I then witnessed the dude take another 7 teas worth of orders before he started making any drinks. Had I known I would be waiting over 20 minutes while he keeps taking order after order, I would have driven to another place. He is by himself and I understand and sympathize with that, I just don't understand why take so many orders then start making them? My only guess is to keep the people from leaving. I almost asked for a refund. Overall, I won't visit again. Tea city is a much better option.

I was excited to try this bubble tea shop, but unfortunately my experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The drink I ordered was a bit too sweet and the tapioca pearls were not as fresh as I had hoped.
