Hartz on Alexander is under new management. Both times I've eaten here since, the food is fresh, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. They've reopened the sun sitting area in the store as well.

New management, new customer service, it's great! The manager there really was an awesome guy and his team was very friendly and helpful. I highly suggest if you haven't went to Hartz in a minute you need to go now! I will be back for that buffet no doubt.

This is the best little chicken place in Baytown. Nothing fancy but ALWAYS clean and always very fresh food! The staff is also very friendly. I love going there when I have the money to. But I always feed 4 of us for about $30. Which is very reasonable

We’ve had really good experiences in the past so I don’t wanna give a bad rating but just FYI it closes an hour earlier than advertised on Sundays, buffet closes at 7pm :)

Now that it's New Management the food is much better than it was in the past. I feel like they have become a little pricey on the food but, the price of the buffet is a good deal considering all the other prices of buffets nowadays. I usually go in the Drive-Thru at night when I get off work. I usually get Anthony at the drive through he is so friendly and professional and always makes me smile! He always checks my order to make sure it is correct and in my opinion that's excellent customer service! A couple times I went there the chicken was dry but the rest of the food was good! I like the sweet tea!

I've never experienced anything bad with this location. Now that it's under new management so far I've experienced the same courtesy assistance with the staff and hor food. Keep up the great work and I'll keep coming.

It was o.k. price was a bit much for what it was. I did get the buffet. Rolls are funky tasting.. but everything else was alright.

They have changed so much. My food was cold, the recipe changed, and there was no chicken breast offered. I go there because of the food being hot and the chicken breast being offered. As long as they serve these and the food is hot. As long as they serve it hot, I will eat there. But not as long as it is cold. We got charged $28. sum odd change. I didn't even get a senior discount.
