First time eating at this place. Dined in with my kids. Ordered do boneless teriyaki and lemon pepper chicken. The taste was amazing and fresh. Loved the size of the meat. Nice and juicy. Ended it with an ice cream cone. Will definitely be back for more.

I was working in the area, was hungry, and thought I would drop in for lunch. Staff was super friendly, and the meal portions were perfect. This is now my new "go-to" when I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible experience at Charlie’s cheesesteaks tonight, and it was all thanks to Briscoe! He was running the entire floor completely solo and still managed to be patient, super knowledgeable about the menu, and got our food out lightning-fast without ever missing a beat. Friendly, professional, and made us feel like VIPs the whole time. Briscoe is a rockstar — give this man a raise and a bonus! We’ll definitely be back because of him.

Store 2286 baytown . Your cook and server BRISCOE was totally the best. He has the best attitude I have encountered at anyplace in a long time. I watched him cook and make my food and he puts in so much love and pride in it. He deserves so much back. And the lady that took my order was the best. They both were so friendly and respectful and that is hard to find in the younger generation these day. Thank you for having the best 2 people working there.

I had an amazing experience at Charlie’s Cheesesteaks! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure my order was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious—the cheesesteak was packed with flavor, with tender, juicy steak, perfectly melted cheese, and fresh toppings. The bread was soft but held everything together beautifully. I also tried their loaded fries, and they did not disappoint—crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor! The portion sizes were generous, and the food came out hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. If you’re craving a delicious, authentic cheesesteak, Charlie’s Cheesesteaks is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

I ordered on door dash for pick up and sat and ate my food in the “restaurant”. The food was bountiful and pretty good for a price of $12.43. What I ordered: small jalapeño classic Philly cheesesteak with regular order of bacon and cheese fries (with jalapeños no extra charge 🤩). This was plenty of food with plenty of melty cheese on the sandwich and plenty of bacon and cheese on fries. To my surprise the jalapeños were actually very good! I love spice and they had a good little kick to em. The sandwich itself was pretty good although I couldn’t really taste the mushrooms because they were sliced super thin and sprinkled in. The bell pepper could have stood a few more mins on the grill (according to some) but I kinda liked the little crunch it gave to the otherwise soft sandwich. The fries were good but getting them to go is a mistake. They are so hot they steam in the little takeaway box and get soft and break apart but they are decently cut and thickness. Next to try will be their drinks and wings!

I came in to order some food and see a great guy, the GM, Mr. Lonnie, he is always respectful and kind with a winning smile; only to find out he is no longer there!! The atmosphere is not the same. I am very disappointed as he is the main reason I come back to Charlie’s is to know I will get great service, a smile and fresh hot food. Bring this guy back please!! If you lose him, you definitely will lose customers and you’ve definitely lost a great person who cares!. BRING HIM BACK!

Floors are sticky, tables are dirty, and we found a large cockroach roaming around the drink area. When we got our wings, they were over salted and one of them was undercooked. The service was good though. The cashiers were very polite and gave great customer service.
